Items have been shipped on 24 june 2019
Went in custom clearance on the 27 june 2019
It has been almost a month my items is still held in custom clearance and i have already paid for it.
No update, estimated time already passed.
Please deliver my order at the earliest or initiate refund as soon as possible... Its too late

    I have ordered 6 products from club factory. Wen will i recieve my order.?. It has been a month.. So[protected] is my order number. I have tried calling the customer service and nobody is answering. Atleast the customer service should answer the call. Wen i checked the status its still showing its at customs department.. I hope the concerned person will reply me at the earliest.. Thank you!!!

      Completely fraud company
      Its being above 1 month i have still not received my product. It was replaced one i have to pay for that also. I have mail to company directly many times but no response from them
      I want my money back 😡

      At starting i had ordered a green top which was defective than i have to post it to company back with my money
      For which i got refund in my club factory balance
      Then i ordered for a pink top from that balance on 29 june 2019 now today is 6 august 2019 there is no response from company yet

        I purchased two products which fall in category of clothing, shoes and accessories from clubfactory on 6-aug-2019 and the delivery of my order was estimated to be on 24-august-2019. I am leaving to pune within 8days so i need my delivery to be as fast as possible. I expect my products will be delivered within 8days. Thank you for taking this note into consideration.

          Order was supposed to be delivered on 27th june and is still not delivered. Payment was done, they are not refunding the money nor are delivering product. Such pathetic retails should not be allowed to work in india. Everytime i connect with customer support and get same standard reply or have patience. They don't provide any update on date and just say wait for 2 business days. I came to forum so that these companies stop cheating indians

            Hey i have complained you regarding club factory fraudly debited money from my bank using my debit card details and you all repeatedly sent me only mail saying that club factory customer care will contact me but they have nt contacted me and why will they when they know it's their fault. Today i went to sbi, then sbi members said me that club factory is the one who debited my money twice. I had shopped from their website using my debit card but they falsely wrote the payment mode to be from paytm, which is not true. The sbi members said that club factory people used my debit card details and debited money from my bank account by using my debit card details in their paytm and hence the result shows that money is debited by debit card from club factory's paytm according to sbi where they fraudly debited rs 10000 twice ie rs 20000 and also falsely wrote about my order's payment mode to be paytm instead of debit card because they will be directly caught for using my debit card details. Please help. Club factory customer care never contact us according to you because it's their mistake. Please please help.

              I have ordered a dress through club factory guest account. My parcel was not delivered due to customer unavailability and it has been returned back. I have already made my payment online. I got a mail from club factory on July 17 stating the refund process has been initiated and you may withdraw the amount via club factory app. but when i logged into the app with my mobile number, i couldn't find any refund amount. Kindly refund my amount back

                My order no. So[protected]. My order is stuck in customs for last 50 days and it is showing that the item has been delivered, i talked to customer care executive twice but they are saying nothing about this, they are saying to wait, but it also shows that the item is still in customs, the courier service is also saying that they have not picked up the order, now i don't need the product anymore and wants my money back, please cancel the order.. If you deliver the product when the requirement is over then there is no need for product, so i request you to please cancel the order and give my money back..

                    But i'd received only one watch which has small dial but according to the order i should have received two watches among which one should be of big dial and another should be of small dial.

                      i dont think i have any rights to be in patience now, i call customer care every week they tell me it will be out from custom in 2-3 days, now its already been a month and soon to be 2 months, i also called in customer care to cancel my order my order but they said they cant cancel it neither refund me until its deliver, will that day come during my funeral??

                              I have placed an order in club factory on 26th june but till date they have not delivered my product, it is stuck at custom clearance since 3rd july. If they can not dekiver the product they should provide refund. I haveseen on club factory facebook page many people has raised this issue.

                              This is seriously not acceptable our money is crucial to us, please provide refund or product.

                              Hi I have ordered my hoodie on 24 June 2019 and today is 30 July 2019 and I have not received anything till now but it is showing my order has been delivered but it's not, please look after it as soon as possible it has been almost one month. I have been waiting for it since many days please do something I want my order as soon as possible.
                              The worst app ever..u dont deliver in time and deliver the items very late abd dont accept COD .ppl will not trust u until u try keeping the option of cod. U are always late with the order. Never satisified with order

The courier called and he was supposed to deliver the product to me but i had to go to him. When i reached to the place where he called me he was not there.                                 Since last few days i am getting calls and messages in the name of club factory lucky draw stating I have owned a tata car worth 12.50000 and charging a registration of 6500/-

                                I know these are fraud calls.. But they are just irritating regularly..

                                      I ordered a bag, the bag quality was not good so I returned the product within 2 days, In app it shows that money will be refunded to your app balance within 5 - 10 working days, it's been 1 months still my money didn't get refunded . May I know when my money is going to get refund to my app balance . please do something it's my request to you guys .

                                        N prize was safari car worth 12, 60, 000.
                                        N guys names are uma shankar n rajesh. They bloody fraud numbers. Dey asked me to pay 25000, and paid them. Pls do something. N refund them back.
