    Dear club factory team
    Hi, well i am a regular and a happy customer of club factory but recently i came across a problem, i ordered a pre paid parcel with order id so[protected] on 10 july well it never happened to me but this time the delivery is quite late i mean every time i would get the parcel in 3 to 4 days which was really fast for an international shipping but my package seems to be stuck in customs and looking at current situation i have seen many customers to complain same just wondering when my package would be delivered i don't want to cancel it because i really want it but just hoping to get it as soon as possible.
    I will give complete details here

    Please i would really request you to look into the matter and see if there is any solution and i talked to the customer executive through chat service the just said it would take time i agree customs sometimes can take time but this long doesn't seem right.

      This company take my money on paytm and no give my order no shipping details and no give any information regarding to my order. I send many mails but no reply. No give any response on customer care number no connect any number. So plz stop to this company dealing this is a fek company take money many people and fraud.         I have ordered 12 items from club factory on june 16 with delivery date on july 3. But till now i haven't received the items or any information about them from their part. Upon checking the status of the order i found that it is in the customs clearance from june 24th. Even after 1 month there is no further action. Please help.

          I haven't recieved my order yet and the deadline has passed. Therr is no response from the customercare service also.. The money for the order has also been deducted. I need my order to be delivered as soon as possible... Else.. I will take a compensation from the company for this.
          Your company had given a deadline for delivery as 15july but its already 19july. Its been too much wait since i have booked my order. The one thing irritating is no response from the customer care service.. They just keep telling that our representative will assist you shortly and there will be no assitance even if hours pass by. No clear response might take away the cutsomers from buying from club factory. I need my order within days else i will be filing a report against club factory for fraud case where they have deducted my amount and havent delivered the order yet. This is so annoying to the customers and i need urgent response for this

              My order number is so[protected] i have order the kids baby soft silicone finger toothbrush teeth its almost more then 15 days product is not delivered and also no status is updated.
              I have to check again and again entering the order number and see if teh stastus is updated in website and even when i have logged in using same credentials on mobile app and web app still unable to see the product iin mobile. If the product is not delivered in time no use cud have ordered it from hopscotch or firstcry.

                Hi,

                I had placed a return order for my order so[protected] because the product was not working and they had not even provided the batteries.
                Its been more than 4 weeks now and nobody has come to receive it yet and my amount is also not yet been refunded.
                Tried calling them but nobody answered and not even replying to the live chats.

                Please help in the above matter.

                  Hi,

                  I have placed my order with club factory on 12th june 2019 order number so[protected] and suppose to reach by 2nd july 2019 but i have not yet received it.
                  Whenever i try to get in touch with their courier partner gati, they ask for a 9 digit docket number. Which i haven’t got.
                  Can someone please assist me in getting the docket number please so i know where my order is.

                          I place a order before 1 month ago still it not delivered to me. Company is doing fraud to customers lots of people having the same issue. Customer care service is not responding the customer care number is showing rong. I am giving the warning to the company otherwise the action is taken by the customers against the company. Company have to deliver my product and refund my amount in any other conditions strick action will be taken by me or other customers also.

                              Club factory is doing a big fraud by charging the required prices but giving the apparels in small sizes and inferior quality than the one they display which is not customary. Once it reaches the customer then instead of return or refund they play with customers.
                              They have a fake review section where no one can post the reviews also. Then the numbers they have given is also not reachable
                              The packaging is horrible, sending in small packs which damages the product.
                              Kindly look in to it . I am taking this matter to court now.

                                I would bring into your notice 1) The company sent wrong sized shirts which was not ordered. Instead of accepting their fault they say the exchange window is expired
                                2) the sizes they are offering is fraud as per the customary sizes in market which means they are charging money and offering less of value
                                3) In the app they have pasted desired reviews and there is no provision to put riviews by current customers
                                4) to cut the cost of packaging or courier, they are squeezing the garments in small packets which destroyesand damag s the apparels

                                  call or even message trying to get in touch with you guys but their is
                                  no way of communication or coordination i can able to do.

                                  never seen such a pathetic service no more interested in buying

                                    I ordered men's hoodies from club factory. The day i ordered i got call from club factory and asked if it's confirm and i said yes. It's been a month and today call came from delivery person saying your amount isunpaid of hoodies i have ordered and i went to location i gave i met the delivery person and i got my product, but when i came home it's worst in quality, stiches in cloth is not done properly and worst quality. So i want to refund but i uninstalled club factory before 1 week now again i installed back but it's showing order cancel what do do please reply no refund option is given.

                                      I have tried calling customer care number for club factory and it says "please check the number you have called". My order has been in customs for more than 10 days now. There is a big fraud going on for the refund of money for club factory. Numbers like [protected], [protected] are circulated on google for refund process for club factory. Please look into this matter and ship my stuff so[protected] as soon as possible. My shipping status has not been updated also. Please ship my stuff fast. I've waited for so long and still no news about my stuff.

                                        I have purchased 7 items (7 shoes) from (As per the attachment and my order number is: so[protected]
                                        However i only received 6 items (The item marked in yellow in the attached capture is missing).
                                        I also received 3 days back from the date of deliver a refund message from club factory (Attached).
                                        But since the payment is cash, no re-calculation were communicated to your courier agency in uae and they insisted to collect the full amount even-though one time is missing.
                                        Now i would like to claim my balance of aed 52.45, but instead of receiving the balance in cash, i would like to make more orders (As i am happy with club factory products) and i would like you to include the amount of aed 52.45 as a credit withing my second purchase.
                                        Kindly advice how can i do that? And if this is not acceptable, what is the solution to get my reimburse my money of aed 52.45, for the item which was not delivered to me.
