I ordered a cosmetic product but the delivered product is not as shown in the picture also it seems used and poor in quality. I tried returning it but they have the policy of not returning cosmetic products unless they are of bad quality. The return option is not available so i tried to use their consumer helpline but it is not working nor they are replying to my emails. The product delivered is of poor quality also it is not same as shown so it should be returned.

    My order so[protected] has been in the destination city for so long. Please solve this as soon as possible. It is a prepaid order and still cannot arrive till date. It has been more two weeks. Please do something about this. My email never got replied. I have been complaining from the app but never been replied. Cod order are fast but prepaid are so slow.

      It’s been more than a month and i still haven’t received my order from club factory with order no. So[protected]... I was supposed to wear those shoes to very important events l... I shall not order anything from club factory if this is the kind of service they have to render.
      This kind of injustice shall not be tolerated.
      The name of the company is getting maligned and the customer satisfaction appears to be nil
      If this is how their service would continue they shall soon loose most of their clients.

          Team club factory,
          I got the order no. SO[protected] for my product. I check the status for the same product and found the tracking message as -
          "package not picked/received by client" and "incomplete shipper pickup address and shipper not contactable" as per delhivery courier system.

          I received the tracking number i. E.[protected] from you in a message as well with the name of delhivery courier service.
          I think many like me are facing the same problem. What is the problem? Please resolve it fast and ship my product to me this week latest on priority.

After that there is no update show in the app. please do the needful and let me know.

              Ordered "no show socks for loafers" of set of 6 as mentioned in club factory site. Received wrong product ankle socks of set of 3, extremely bad quality. Seller : kelly homes

              Updated with photo in review which is blocked by club factory to view by others.

              All helpline channels are useless :
              Live chat is robotic, no use just giving links to read
              Call us # [protected] is not working (Getting msg to check the number)
              Mail no response.

              More than loss of money, i feel cheated in daylight.
              I placed an order (SO[protected] on 16th June..its been one month now and i haven't received it. I don't want the order anymore because you aren't gonna deliver it anyway so please refund my money and stop harassing people!!!

                I have placed the order with club factory on july 18 and paid 959 through credit card and the money also detected and showed me shipment date as august 2 but when i check for shipment update today i found my orders are still in cart and the ordered list is empty. I wanted refund.. I tried for chat suppory but no response.. Then i found some customer care number and i called customer care #. They couldnt speak english much and asked me to download any desk app for refund.. But this is something fishy.. I got irritated and told them i cant download. I want immediate response for refund.. Im really having worst customer support from club factory

                  It is Bluetooth headset and I had not received yet over 1 month my order number is[protected], it's courier is delivery but yet is showing at Delhi airport

                  I have mistakenly given the wrong address nw I wanna change it hw to do

                    I ordered a handheld sewing machine on 3rd july but i am really unsatisfied with the product that i received after 20 days with extremely bad packaging. The free gift that was claimed to he given with the product was also not given. I want an immediate refund for the order or compensation on this id order clubfactory awb[protected].                       It's taking much longer to deliver my product (A watch), ordered on 29th june 2019. The expected delivery date was 7th july 2019- 17th july 2019. It's known to me that club factory takes a much longer time but still it should definitely be informed that it's gonna take such time. I have ordered this as a birthday gift but due to it's late delivery my wish went in vain. Moreover, i had to buy something else as a gift which resulted in loss of both time and money. I will think twice before placing my next order, which may result in deactivating my "club factory" account. I do not need the 65 rupees compensation as my reward. Thank you.
                      So[protected] i was order on 07/11/2019 and it was showing the date 16 july delivery. I was order this dress for some purpose and till now i didn't get my product. For making fool to me you give rs 65 coupon for late delivery today date

                        Tracking status says delivery date for the order is 22 july which has gone.

Each time I have called the customer care, they refuse to give any details and simply say that my order will be cleared in a day or two. I've been calling them for weeks now and they give the same answer. It's a prepaid order and the option of cancelling the order isn't showing up anymore. I would like to cancel the order ASAP and receive a refund on it.

                                I purchased handwatch. I waited 20 days that I will be come. But I didn't recieve my product. I paymented through my credit card and money is transferred to the merchant. Since I didn't recieve product. This is fraud. Either return my money or give me handwatch. Please solve my issue. If this issue will not be solved, I will stop purchasing any product on clubfactory and advice to people to not to use this app. Either solve my issue or I will stop purchasing any product on clubfactory.

                                  Dear, you can file a return application in the APP, refund will be issued to your CF account, but you can transfer to your own bank account or use it to place new orders.
                                  When I checked the item it is many holes in saree and cloth also not good so just i want to return back your product .

                                        Customer care say that wait but it exceeds the expected date limit what i do about it.
                                        Plz do something as early as possible.
                                        Some one is calling and saying that we are from club factory and is using your company details...and making people fools...by asking account details...and asking people to credit money in to Thier account so that they will credit with more money
