Hlo. I have ordered two items on club factory india. My order tracking number is[protected]. It was supposed to be reached on 1 august but it's 3 august today. Club factory is showing the tracking of product at custom clearance. It has been 10 days and my product didn't clear the customs. I want to know why is this happening. Club factory is a reputed online store so it is never expected. I have also made my payment online. So i give cf an option either to refund my payment or deliver my order as soon as possible

Is [protected], i called on customer care numerous time and they only told me 2 wait for 3-4 days and now 3 weeks has passed, i have been in patience till now but cant anymore. Please refund me quickly or make my order out of custom in 2 days, i would really be so much happy if you'll just deliver it in 4 days, its a request please

      I got the order after a long wait. I was so much expecting, but all my expectations failed once i saw damage item. Customer service is worst if worst. They r lyk bargaining that they will give 10%20% amount back. I was lyk wth? Evrytym i contact them i get same ans to wait. 1st 48hrs, nxt 3bd next 5bd nxt 48hrs so on.. I am very much frustrated by this

      Work will. Never be done if u contact customer associates in club factory. Evrytym u need to talk to supervisor or their superior to get ur problem solved.

      I have returned the bangs after dealing a lot on 6th August. Pick up agent has not given any return slip. And here when I contact club factory these ppl say they cant do anything without the slip. If I would have received the slip then y would I not sent the images? These ppl should be informed before picking up the item from us right? Now I have been waiting since Aug 6th. I have asked for Escalation. They said issue will be resolved within 3-4BD.till now no reply from them. Is this a joke???? Money is a joke for them or torchering us lyk this is a joke?

        This is really disappointing, my order #so[protected] has not been delivered for more than a month now and everytime i call for customer care i have been told to wait for few more days. No action has been taken seriously on this. Never gonna recommend to anyone, planning to take legal action on this. Such behavior shall not be tolerated. I want my order delivered right now or refund

        I ordered ladies watch but its belt is broken from one side, also the color of watch is different against what i ordered.

I applied for return on both now the 3000 dress has been picked up but i m getting message that 600 pink dress has been picked up. Please do something it's 3000. I called the delivery guy and they said they will not be able to help me as they already sent the dress to factory

            Yesterday i. E. On 01.08.2019 at 22:56 pm i got a text msg from club factory about my order so[protected] has been delivered but till now i haven't received the same. I booked my order on 5th july 2019 it was already delayed by their side and now they are claiming that it has been delievered successfully. Try to do needful as am very disappointed by their service.

            My order no SO[protected] ordered on June 17 has been stuck in customs for more than a month...I have already paid so please I want to cancel my order and receive a refund. The customer care just keeps saying wait few days. But I have not received the order. This is cheating of customers.
            This item is not delivered at my address. 27 ko aana tha Abhi tak nahi aaya hee.

              I have ordered 2 products. It was an umbrella and a ladies top.Payment payed with in credit card.I had paid an amount of nine hundred and ninety eight, 998/- Rs. I have not received products and fund till now.I have call many times customer care buy not received my call. And in delivered history it was mentioned as delivered. But I am not received anything.The response of the customer care is so shameful that they didn't even pick my cal. If this mail also remain unanswered I will have to complain.

                I have purchased some items online from club factory on 19th june 2019. I have done the payment of rs 938 for that. My order no is so[protected]. But till date i have not received. I have sent mail and called repeatedly to club factory and everytime the are telling its in custom clearance. Courier tracking is also not properly showing where the item is.

                  I have ordered some item form club factory some time ago (Ages ago) now i am getting a message that they are unable to deliver due to either wrong adress or unable to receive calls. My address is perfect as i have received numerous products from different companies and my phone number is also ok and they haven't tried calling me yet. Worst online shopping company ever

                    I ordered bangles from club factory and it took almost a month to reach me while other companies deliver the same utpo 7 days anyways the product was cheap and not what i ordered now i have returned the product and irony is the delivery guy came very next day while the arrival took months now it has beem several weeks still not able to receive my refund

                      Hi, I have ordered a wallet on 20th July and I made the payment online and money have also deducted from my account and it's been more than a week my order has not been came at my door. And even there is no message came from your side about the confirmation.How I will know when my order is going to come because I wanted it asap so if you Can't give our delivery on time then atleast you can inform us about the delay.how can I assume by myself.So if you don't want me to take more action against it then please inform me about my delivery.

                        Its me jafna and its first time i'm shopping from club factory and it's the worst experience i ever had.
                        I bought 4 tshirts and returned back 2 t-shirts.in app, its showing that refund is successful but i didnt get any amount in my bank account. I have been waiting for more than one month. Please take it seriously. I want my money back. Its 700 rupees. Please do my refund as soon as possible.

                        I ordered large size. But I got the product in smaller size.i rechecked the size chart and check the product size. It was smaller than the size I ordered. I love the product. So I just wanted to return it and get the L size .

                          Kindly help.. I placed an order for a bedsheet on 16th june 2019, paid for it, waited for a month for the order to turn up, but then it got cancelled because of being out of stock. They refunded the amount in usd to my club factory account. I chose the option to transfer it to my bank account on 22nd july 2019 and provided my bank details too. They mentioned that it may take 1 to 7 days for the transaction to be processed. Its been 10 days and i have not received any amount on my bank account. Order number is so[protected].                           Dear, i suggest you provide this id to your own bank. Sometimes it is the bank that failed to receive the money while we have successfully transferred from our end.

                              My order SO[protected] has been stuck at customs for last one month...the order was placed on June 17 th..it's July 31 st today and all I know is that my order is stuck at customs..they are not ready to cancel the order either..pathetic customer service they just keep sending me automated response. They don't have an eta nor do they give me a proper reply. club factory is one website I would never even want to go back to or recommend anyone

                                  The order was delivered at my place on 29th but i was not available at home that time so i asked the delivery man to reattempt today but he didn't come? I want my order to get delivered tomorrow anyhow it's super urgent I need my order before 1 august in any case. Please do consider this and solve my problem asap!                                       I have already paid for order SO[protected] from Club Factory. The tracking is not updating since 23rd july and now its already start of August. I called Club Factory so many times, they never pick up and i sent mails too, never replied. I also ordered another product which is payment on delivery, i ordered both the same day, the one i did not pay already came few dats back and the one i paid still lost. Since i already paid, make sure that i receive my product on estimated time and the product has to be good.

                                        I ordered 3 items valuing rs 1810 from clun factory on 26.06.2019. Since 4th july it was showing that it's stucked in customs but now it's showing delivered as well as at customs. Screenshot is attached herewith. Whereas i have no update about my product. I tried several times to customer care but they are saying they don't know and due to technical error it's showing delivered.
                                        My question is that whether i m going to get my product or i have to move for legal action as my rupees has gone and they are totally uncertain about the product since 33 days.
