    I want to inform you that the product i received today was total disappointment. I am not able to see return/refund option for this product. I want to return the product as soon as possible. I was so excited to receive this product for my birthday but it totally disappointed me (Not the same color, not the same size, not the same product) even dirt on the top. Kindly to the needful and return it.

        I had made a guest order in club factory. My order no is SO[protected].. Now i am not able to track my order.

        It's been 1 week since i have ordered. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. I have made the payment and it was shown order will be shipped. I have no idea of where my order is.

        Pls help me out to track my order.

          I need to know when my order will get delivered.
          Please give me more details/status of when I can receive the order.

          Now its more than 18 days. Will it take these many days generally?

          I have ordered 3 product from Club factory on 29th Jun 2019, now its been 20 days and the product is not delivered, the tracking status shows it t Custom clearance from July 5th 2019.

          I am trying to contact customer care in many ways, but I am not getting the proper response.
          I have done the payment already. The Max date shown is today but I haven't got any response from the team.

          Please deliver it as early possible.

              My item is stuck at customs from past 21 days. My so is so[protected] and whenever i contact the customer care operator through chat all i get is wait for a while your item will get delivered and they are constantly working with the customs. They always keeps reminding me how i have received a 65 rupees compensation. What's the point of compensation when i can't even get my present order that is taking forever to get delivered and the compensation further asks to buy something to get it. I can never reach the customer care phone number as it never connects or is always busy. I can't wait forever can i? Just give me my refund or at least get my package delivered. Stop playing games with your customer.

              Now my parcel is being shown as being delivered on the club Factory app from the last few days whereas on tracking the courier on the courier partners website it is showing it has not even been even picked up. I can't even reach the customer care on call anymore and the chat operator aren't really sorting out the problem. I can't even connect with the Carrier phone number too. Kindly just sort this issue as soon as possible or get me a refund at least.

                I have not received my order yet. Request you deliver it as soon as possible.

                Order placed on : 20th june 2019

                Its been so long and still the package is at costumes. I tried calling both delhivery support team and also the club factory support team but none seems to be concerned of.

                Delhivery team is saying that they have not received any instructions to pickup the courier and club factory team is saying its at the customs which they can not help. Is this the support both the companies are providing to their loyal customers?

                  This complaint is regarding the issues of the customs. My order had been placed on the 16th of june and it was supposed to be delivered by the 2nd of july, but ever since my order has reached the customs, which was on the 25th of june it hasn't moved out of that spot untill now.

                  I've been ordering some products worth more than 5000 from club factory with order no. SO[protected] on June 24, 2019, the expected delivery was 12 july 2019 my parcel is with custom clearance for more than half a month from 8 July 2019. I want a speedy shipment of my product at the earilist or refund my money in my account. Please I need help

                  Like for exactly how long do you expect me to wait? I never expected this from club factory. I'm unhappy with the service and I will henceforth refrain from ordering anything from it.

                    With high dissatisfaction and arrogance am writing this complaint as my order on outdoor sports nylo backpack men general purpose shoulder bag with order number so[protected] ordered on 19 june 2019 has not delivered yet though the amount was paid already.. Mailed to clubfactory but no response... Tried to contact through carrier number but no response..
                    Now it's becoming one month after the order and product not yet reached in time... Then how the customers can satisfy with their required items on time? It's a breach of trust the club factory is doing to the customers after collecting the money... Kindly pass the information about the product delivery.

                      I placed a order in club factory with 3 item on june / 16 / 2019 (So[protected].
                      It is in custom clearance for long time. I have already made the payment. Since it is delay the have also given a coupon. I'm unable to contact the customer care also. I don't want any coupon as compensation. Can you please deliver my product or cancel the order and refund my money asap

                        My order is stuck in customs since 21st june. Contacting customer care doesn't help. They say they cannot do anything about customs clearance. Club factory doesn't have any idea why it is stuck at custom clearance. Please deliver the order as soon as possible. When ever i call they are telling to wait for another week. I need a solution to this problem, either deliver it or cancel and refund.

                            I placed an order on club factory on 2nd july 2019 for 7 items and my order number is[protected]. It has been a few days and my order was supposed to be delivered by now but i haven't received any update about it. It has been over custom clearance for 7 days now and the company provides no answer as to where is my order and when will i receive it.                               It's one month crossed I ordered some products from this side, still I am not getting anything, already payment was done. I ordered 7 items I think having three ordered id, but when I am trying to track also all order Id's are not present in list.I can't able to track also.                                 Hey my order is with the customs for clearance from 29th of june.now its like 20 days newrly.no updatesno news. My money is gone? I have been contacting customer care people most days now and they alwats tells me sorry ma'am, sorr for the delay ma'am, you will get your products in two-day, , three days and blah blah blah..but these are just dialogues..they do not do it..Take action immediately. Running out of patience already. Will never ever again order pre paid product from club factory for sure.such a bad experience. Feels like giving bad review. Huh. It's too much.

                                    My order no. is SO[protected] and i have order 2 product on dated 21/07/19 and till date (06/07/19) i haven't received my product, as i have called more then 5 times at customer care for complain but no one is responding properly and just give same as that we cant help, we cant cancel your order and its in custom clearance so we are unable to cancel, plz wait 2-3 days more... cheaters.
                                    M not getting any mail from there side and when i have called customer care, m asking to pass call to senior person then m getting same ans that we will arrange call back, but m not receiving any call, no mail and no refund and no product...

                                      I had placed my order on June 14. 2019 and I was supposed to receive my package by 30 June 2019. But unfortunately, I have not received my order yet. I have been mailing the customer service but I am not getting any response from their side. I have already paid for my order.
                                      The tracking information shows that order it at custom clearance since 28 June 2019. There is no update on this after that.
                                      I kindly request the Club Factory to either cancel my order and initiate a refund or deliver the order as soon as possible.

                                        Hi, i have ordered a product from club factory today (9th july), however i can not see it in my orders placed and the amount is deducted from my account.
                                        The item we received which is a handbad did not contain every piece of it shown in the image.We received an incomplete product.Very disappointed with the product we received.Not at all satisfactory for the price.
                                        I booked a vivo earphones order no:SO[protected] on 24th june still i am not receiving product nd tracking details. And i am also paid amount. So i am totally disappoint with this product nd app.
