I had ordered a pair of rings a month ago. Already made the online payment but hasn't received the product yet. This is just waste of money. The order is already too late and the delivery guy just rung on my phone for *two seconds*. I tried calling him back but he keeps rejecting my calls.
Now the site shows "consignee unavailable".
Totally unsatisfied.
I need my money back.

Herewith i'm attaching the screenshots of the shipment tracking from the site and the call log of the club factory delivery guy.

Had ordered for a sling bag and a dress. It shows delivered and yet hasnt been delivered to me. Worst service. Have tue courtesy to let the customer know about the issue and the reason for such a delay. Worst application ever!!! I have paid the amount by NB. I want my money back.

There is no intimation from this unprofessional club factory .Now I have been seeing reviews and worried about the negative reviews for this company .

    My order id is SO[protected]. I want to cancel my order. The option for cancelling guest order is not working in my app. I mistakenly ordered it. I want to cancel it. Kindly cancel it and refund my money to my account. It is my first order. It gives me a great disappointment. If it not resolved as i think, i wont visit club factory anymore. All the options are working properly, but the cancellation option alone doesn't working is not fair.
    My order number is SO[protected]. I have ordered 1 bag on 16 june 2019. Order is delivered late and return is option is not available now. As this product is having only 9 days return policy, I have to return it as soon as possible. Please help me in this issue.I need refund as soon as possible. Please look into this by tomorrow atleast.

        I placed an order via club factory mobile app on 15th june and it showed that my order will be delivered by 2nd july.
        I ordered almost 13 items costing around 11k.
        The last update i've on my order is that its in customs on 28th june.
        Since then i'm going back and forth with customer care executives and they're unable to tell me when will my order will be delivered as well as they mentioned that sir we can't refund your money as well.

        I'm literally amazed at the company process that they don't have a control or information related to the orders.
        The funnier part is that customer executive states that sir we have credited 65 rs because your order is late.

        I got a damaged product priced 155 rs and when i returned it they cut rs 90 from my amount the club factory is a cheater site they are not responding to my calls also and live chat is useless its second time they cheated worst site ever

          I had placed my order on June 18. 2019 and I was supposed to receive my package by 5 July 2019. But unfortunately, I have not received my order yet. I have been mailing the customer service but I am not getting any response from their side. I have already paid for my order.
          The tracking information shows that order it at custom clearance since 26 June 2019. There is no update on this after that.
          I kindly request the Club Factory to either cancel my order and initiate a refund or deliver the order as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir,

          As per your response on 16 July, in 3 days you were supposed to update us with the order status but unfortunately, there is no update from your side. The only change that I see in the Club factory app is that the order status can be seen under "Delivered" heading instead of "Shipped" heading which is again a case of misguidance. This is not at all acceptable.
          In case you are facing some issue in custom clearance, please cancel the order and refund the money that has been already paid since you cannot give any assurance of the delivery date.

              Hello. I ordered something from club factory, & i paid online only, but still after 1 month passed, my order has been not delivered yet. When i track my order, it shows my order is at custom clearance. Like seriously?? Does it take 1month for custom clearance??                 I ordered headphones on 24th June through online payment and it's in custom clearance since 28th June. It usually takes 2-3 days in custom clearance, but now more than 10 days have gone. Expected arrival date was between 2nd to 11th july.
                Please deliver my order asap or else refund the payment along with compensation coupon which was mentioned to be given, if oreder is not delivered on time.

                  I made an order on 11thjuly on a yellow hoodie sweatshirt order no. So[protected] and i prepaid for the purchase. The money was also deducted from my bank account for the purchase too it is rs.685 deducted from my bank account. But on this morning 12thjuly when i look at my order its written as unpaid and that i have to pay for the order that i've already paid again.. Why is this?? Please help..                   My order is pending for a month. Delivery was expected long ago. Stuck in customs. In news I can see company packages have been seized as they are avoiding taxes.                     I ordered on 20th june and it showed it would b delivered by 8th july and it's already 11th july now it's showing me that it's delivered but i haven't even received the package of my order... And no helpline is responding.. No responses.. Didn't expect this from club factory... I was told club factory is good and delivers corrcelty but this disappointed me at the very first time... I ordered believing i would receive but i still didn't and am short of time to purchase again... Very disappointed.. Please let me know where my package is and when i would receive it
                    I ordered a nose-ring from this app last month and the delivery date was said to be 3rd July and I haven't got it yet. The tracking details stopped at Customs Clearance and then exceeded the date of delivery. I have been patient, but I have paid online already and I request that you try delivering my item soon.                       I ordered a yellow hairband from Club Factory and instead I received an empty pill box. I tried contacting them, they replied by saying that they would look into the matter but no response till days. I emailed them again and till date there has been no actions taken. I even sent them the pictures along with the order number and I warned them about me complaining to the consumer forum. But it seems they took it really lightly.

                        My order SO[protected]Prepaid) is showing at Customs Clearance since a long time.They have shown a tracking id but when I am calling the courier partner they are saying that the product has not been handed over to them.
                        Scheduled date of receiving order is 14th July and my trip for which I ordered the products is on 16th.Now I am in doubt whether I am going to get my order or not.So I called Customer Care.Now they are telling that they are not sure about the delivery date same time the way of response was also very much unprofessional.

                            I've ordered for a bagpack on 22nd june.
                            Today is 11th july. I've still not received the order. I called the customer care number. They didnt received the call. And i got charged 20 rs. For no reason. Also the tracking thing is showing blank. How can we communicate? Its been so long for my order to deliver. Its so irritating. Would never recomment it to anyone. Good game played by club factory.

                              I got the headphone in as order no SO[protected] today. When I unboxed then i get that the product is not well functioning. It made me disappointed with club factory. I never expected this type of circumstance. So please grant my return application.order number is described over and make it clear to me that the return policy is really helpful in club factory service.
                              I have ordered a watch through club factory before a month its still not delivered... I hav done the payment through net banking frm my registered phone number..when i hav contacted the delhivery service they had informed me that club factory hasnt shipped my order to their courier center... Kindly take actions against this..

                                Order SO[protected] and SO[protected] are being stuck at consumer clearance since 6days!! And this is worse thing! This order was a gift and I should have given this to my relative before 8 July but it is 10 July and it is still showing the same status since 6 days!. Now I don't want the 1/4 of refund now! Or just cancel my order and give my whole refund!

                                  I ordered an item on[protected] and I got the message about money being deducted from my bank. But later when I checked, the item order is not placed and it is showing unpaid. The helpline is not helpful at all. Please refund my money. I've been trying to reach since day one. I do have the screenshot of the message of money taken by the company. Please resolve this immediately.

                                    I have ordered some goods on June 24 but these have not yet been deliever..even customs not cleared for a long time..and customer service is not working...
                                    I'm very disappointed with this.

                                    My order no. is SO[protected].I placed my order on 26/6/2019. According to tracking the order is under custom clearance since 8/07/2019 and today is 11/07/2019.

                                    The payment has already been done. How much time does custom clearance takes.
                                    I just want to get my order delivered as soon as possible. It's just so annoying.

                                    I infact tried contacting their customer service but seems as if the number they have provided does not exist as I wasn't able to connect the call even for once in my multiple attempts.
                                    I submited return request for Losse Tie Sleeve Top Half Sleevdu return request on Club Factory. Return ID is SON[protected]. But my request has expired without any reason. and no one inform any issue. If i submitted return request why no will be take the action on this request.

                                      I ordered a set of earrings in club factory on november 2018 and on nov 3rd the order was confirmed. The order number is so61821786. It was to be delivered on nov 24. Today is july 10 2019. When i tracked the order, it still says the order is at customs clearance and the date of customs clearance is shown as nov 7. I tried to contact the customer care service by calling their customer care number[protected]. They asked me to wait while the call was being transferred to customer care executive and i waited for about 5 to 6 minutes. No one is picking up. Then i tried to contact them by their live chat option. They are not replying and it shows some error.

                                        . Hi i guess the delivery time was always up to date for me... But this time i m facing much problem... 6 items were being ordered by me
                                        Almost 1 month has passed but it has not been delivered yet

                                        It was ordered on 24 of june... And expected to be delivered last by 4 july. It is still showing in customs clearance.
