My order is shipped bt it didn't delivered yet
Even the app is not showing the tracking status
And it shows the "estimated arrival 5july"
N today is 10 july 🙄
So deliver it soon
Or give my money back😑😑😑
I even called on customer care no. But they didn't answer.
Uh guyz have to work on your services
Its very bad... Even the app is not showing the correct info.

    I have ordered two dresses for my niece's birthday, which is already over and the dresses are still not delivered. Expected date of delivery was btw 29th june-8th july'19. From 27th june till date i. E.10th july, order update was showing that the items are in custom clearance. How long will it take for clearance.. I[censored] cant deliver on time then plz refund the money.. Such a pathetic experience with the site.😡😡 order id :[protected]

    Dear, currently the custom clearance takes longer time, we are very sorry that the parcel comes late. Once it is released from clearance we will push the courier to deliver to you at the earliest.

      I had placed the order SO[protected] on 13th June 2019. Initially, on tracking, it showed that order is at customs and will be delivered by 30th June. After almost one month of waiting for the order to get delivered, it now shows that order failed clearance at destination and compensation has been made to your account. (see screenshot attached) What does that mean? Will I get the order delivered or will I get a refund?

        I'm not able to contact coustmer care, as my product had not been delivered yet as it has been almost a month tat i hve booked. And I'm not at all satisfied with this. Very bad. Worse than the worst. Never use this app. And my order ID is

        plz delivery my product as I I'll not get any refund as ur service is dam failure in that process, so atleast please delivery my product FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME.

        Very disappointed with your service, I had a bit of confidence and positive thinking on your service but when I experienced myself I got to know wat kind of service you have got. And I'll never again repeat the same mistake (to order anything from next time).

          It's going to be a month and I'm not receiving my order, it is at custims from more than 10 days. It is paid. This is causing a lot of inconvenuence for me. The final delivery date is july03 and until today it hasn't reached and I'm not sure if it will ever reach me. Please see to it. I need to shift my place and if it doesn't get delivered, I wouldn't be able to obtain it if it doesn't reach on anytime soon. I am unable to cancel it. I am unable to get refund so that I can reorder from somewhere else.

            My order number is[protected]. The things I ordered were supposed to come by 2nd of July and they did not arrive. Later, Club factory said that they'll be giving me the order by 7th of July. The courier Delhivery mailed me that club factory did not physically handover my order. Furthermore, Delhivery sent me non existing contact number & email id for contacting Club factory. I have still not received my package. Neither are they cancelling nor they are refunding my money.

              Order was placed 3 weeks ago and products have not yet been delivered yet. Products are supposed to be delivered by Delhivery courier on 7th July. As per the app, it is at Customs clearance from past 2 weeks. Could you please let me know when will this product be delivered and how to keep a track of the order. Also let me know if i can return it now.

                Hi this is preeti i guess the delivery time was always up to date for me... But this time i m facing much problem... A pair of shoes was being ordered by me
                Almost 1 month has passed but it has not been delivered yet

                It was ordered on 15th of june... And expected to be delivered last by 1 july...

                  I have ordered non oven storage box on 16 th jun 19, i made a payment online. I received an email confirmation about payment and there i got my order no.
                  After that i havent got any tracking id. After one week i was continuously following up with the call centre. There they said my order has been shipped and will reach on 18-19 th june.. They have given. Me courier tracking id and courier companies contact no. And courier company was none other than "delhivery"
                  I was following up with them i have made a complaint also but the customer care executives were giving same answer that my package will be delivered within 48 hours but still i was not getting any confirmation regarding my package. 2 weeks has been passed still the same excuse. On 30 th jun i received my package, after so may follow ups. Seriously you guys should improve your service. Very very very worst experience i have with club factory. I am gonna uninstall the application.
                  My order no SO[protected], i am ordered in USP Vaccum cleaner and remote cover in 15.06.19, your estimated delivery date on 03.07.19 but till date not deliver, what is the order status.

                    Sir/ madam, i have purchased one t shirt in club factory on 29.06.2019
                    Tracking no [protected], this materiel is dispatched on 03.07.2019 but i am not receive any materiel. I have calling our delivery guy he say sending next day, ofter next day same reason says, to day that goy is not recive my call and i have fully unsatisfied delivery partner e com express,
                    I ordered a dress from club factory and paid amount online delivery date is today but my item not received .for knowing more about this, I search it's customer number I got it and after I called this number I know that my item was already cancelled .I did any get any cancelled message from club factory .I did not get any refund after cancelled

                      I have not received my order yet. Request you deliver it as soon as possible or cancel it and refund the prepaid amount.

                      Its been so long and still the package is at costumes. I tried calling both delhivery support team and also the club factory support team but none seems to be concerned of.

                      Delhivery team is saying that they have not received any instructions to pickup the courier and club factory team is saying its at the customs which they can not help. Is this the support both the companies are providing to their loyal customers?

                      I have ordered on 19th of June and till today i.e 5th july I have not received my order.

                      Tracking no[protected] is not yet delivered from past 6 days its showing in custom clearance .. How much more time will it take to deliver my order.. And the payment is already paid via paytm plsz deliver my parcel asap or refund my money asap..solve my problem asap or cancel my order and give me a refund

                        Add to cart option is not available on my account! It just shows direct buy now!
                        Does that really force your customer to make orders again and again rather than ordering at once?
                        Moreover cod everytime to be paid if i place multiple orders at once just because the add to cart option is not available.
                        It just shows like and buy now option at the bar below which feels very annoying!
                        Kindly help me out in resolving this problem and getting back the add to cart option as i need to order 6 products together.

                          I ordered many stuff from club factory 17/06/2019 but its taking so much time for custom clearance. I ordered stuff last month and its been in custom for so long. Its been over 22 days and its still in custom. Please look into this matter and ship my stuff with in 2 days or just refund my payment which i had already paid to you. My shipping status has not been updated also. I've waited for so long and i'm running out of patience.

                                So[protected], this is the order number and its still under clearance for more than 3 days... I ordered it for the first time and you can imagine the customers journey n feedback... Crediting 65 is not solution but delivering it on time is the solution... Please return d stuff at the earliest. Customer service based out in noida is pathetic... Only once i was able to reach thereafter it just never went through... I mean whats this.. Are you trying fool us or trying to wring us...

On 1st june it showed that the item has stuck in customs clearance and it takes 2-3 days to deliver it and now it's almost 10 days and still didn't get my product.                                     I had ordered on jun 16 and it was supposed to be delivered on 3 july and i even got coupon for them being unable to deliver it on time. What my concern is that i have made payment online already and seems like a rip-off and that is why i want my order to be delivered as quick as possible!! This is sheer incompetency of the company though they have always managed to deliver all my orders on time this time they have lagged. This lowers the bar. Kindly get my order delivered as soon as possible is all i want. It was on customs stage. Please look into it!

                                      Order id so[protected] and so[protected] were prepaid orders made by me via their app. They were supposed to be delivered by 30th june, 19. Today its 9th of july and my product is not yet delivered to me. Their customer support doesn't reply. I have already paid for the product but as i didn't recieve my product, i need my money back. This app is a fraud

                                        Above said cod is returned back to company and its delivered too. As product was too cheap in comparison with its price. Hence i returned it within. 8 days after delivery as per company rules but now after long conversation by emails they are providing baseless reasons to me that its return details are not updated. As i provided them indiapost website to check in which clearly shows product delivered but company stopped communication and i want my money back
