Above said cod is returned back to company and its delivered too. As product was too cheap in comparison with its price. Hence i returned it within. 8 days after delivery as per company rules but now after long conversation by emails they are providing baseless reasons to me that its return details are not updated. As i provided them indiapost website to check in which clearly shows product delivered but company stopped communication and i want my money back

      I ordered many stuff from club factory before and it took only 1 day for custom clearance but this time its taking so much time for custom clearance. My order number is so[protected]. I ordered stuff last month and its been in custom for so long. Its been over 10days and its still in custom. Please look into this matter and ship my stuff as soon as possible. My shipping status has not been updated also. Please ship my stuff fast. I've waited for so long and i'm running out of patience and also i still have no news about my stuff.

        I had placed for 2 tops on clubfactory on june 24th and it's stuck with customs since june 29tg, today is 8th july and they haven't updated shipping statusi tried calling them all they say is stay patient,
        My dear cf why do you update 3days for clearance status when you are not sure about it?

        Kindly update me the shipping status asap or just refund my money!!

          Return request was raised on 17 Jun 2019 with clearly request to arrange pick up in week days during 9 am to 6 pm.

          This was informed every time I connected to customer care. despite, no pick up has been arranged accordingly.

          Though 90 Ruppe will be deducted from the total product cost / return value and rest will be refunded, I'm facing this challenge.

          I am not able to use my balance due to pay freez. I want to know that how many days will it take to resolve this issue.
          When a customer pay for certain product, she pays instantly. When a customer ask for a refund why you take so much time to refund.

                  I ordered a handbag order id SO[protected] and after receiving the order it is totally fake product it's accessories are different than what they have shown on website and I requested for return but clubs factory charged Rs90/- even though it is totally fake and their mistake the handbag I ordered had silver color zips and handle and the one I received has local material golden color accessories

                      I have placed an order on 14 June and it was to be delivered on 3 July but till now I have no update of my order it shows it's in custom from 22 June. I have already prepaid the sum of my order. When will I receive my order? As calling club factory doesn't help as they say it will be cleared in a day or two but it still shows no update. Kindly look into the issue and solve it as soon as possible.

                        I had ordered on june 14th and the estimated delivary date was 2nd july, and today isalready 7th of july still i didn't receive my product. No customer care response since we can't reach only. This club factory is not a trustworthy. Please check out and deliver my order as soon as possible.                           I have already paid for my product and the mentioned delivery date is already crossed. I have emailed them around 3 times for the first two times they have replied me with the same mail telling me to have patience my product is with customs and taking some time in custom clearance. For the last time when I emailed them again they didn't even respond! The last mentioned date for my product delivery was 4th July 2019. And after that in the Tracking info they started showing me that if my order is not delivered within 6th July 2019 then I will get ₹65 compensation on the next purchase but that is also, only applicable on purchase above ₹600. There is no sign of response and my product delivery. I want to know! Is it a fraud or what ?

                              I ordered two pairs of casual sandals but it has not arrived yetthe date i ordered is 15june which was to arrive by 3july it have been 20 days but their is no respond from club factory and also when i ordered it was avaible but when i checked again yesterday one of the pair the sold out i can it be possible i am very upset with clubfctory. It last updated only to custom clearance which takes 2-3days but it already have been more than 10days of custom clearance. Please respond clubfactory.

                                    Sir, i have reviewed my order again as i was wondering why is it more costlier then i thought, i found out that i have added the same product twice when i was ordering which certainly is a mistake on my end. I also want to change my size for the pink tshirt that i have ordered. Since there are so many mistakes made in this order i would like to cancel it asap as it hasn't been shipped out yet.
