I lost my old account, i had a club factory account.I accidently logout from it.and i tried a lot to get back in and also tried to change my password.but they were saying that the mail id and number are not registered.then i got depressed becoz i have done 4 orders from that account.and delivery yet to come.and i accidently created new account from same mail id and number.plzz help me to get back my old account.

I want my product to be delivered within coming Saturday. i'll be out of town for a month and I really am in need of the product for my personal use. please consider. please get it delivered by this week. It says its still in custom clearance. When will I receive it. It's been 4 days since I saw the update of my product. I need my product asap

    I had ordered 2 earrings set and 1 card holder on 7th june 2019 at my office place. Now it is showing as delivered on 17th june which is monday. I have not received any parcel. Also on site it is showing as contact our courier service but the number provided is wrong. Look into this matter as i have already done payment. Thanks. Waiting for reply

      Hello, I am Ankita Naik from Goa. I want to cancel my order SO[protected].
      Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be avaible to recieve one. I didn't even verified my order through call. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unnecessary efforts of company and mine too.

        Still now I have not received the order as it was I have ordered guest order even though its not tracking show order owner error why want kind of service they r giving I have called many times and they are saying sorry for inconvenience even though when I will receive they r not saying abt the date they are saying custom clearance ho Jaye how much time it will take what is this

We are continuously working with the custom department and trying hard to get the orders cleared at the earliest. The order status will be updated soon once it's cleared by custom department.
        We appreciate your patience in this regards and your cooperation till the time we get this issue fixed.
        More than 5-6 days over and my product is in the custom clearance by the this time the product has to be delivered to me why is it delayed

            I placed an order worth rs 2171. Which i have already paid because of the no cod option. Since i will be out of town after 15 days from the date i ordered i called the customer care executive and asked him if he could fast forward the order since i'll be out of town from 29th june onwards. He asked me to relax since i'll receive the order way before that. How can you promise a customer something you're not capable of. Now i called the customer care again and since i received a message saying that the delivery date has been delayed. And the executive tells me that we can't do anything about it. How irresponsible behavior is this. A customer might have issues due to which he might want to cancel the order. You have already taken the money and now you are not ready to refund. Why did you keep a no cod option when you are unable to refund our money back.

              I had placed the order on June 23rd.. My order no is SO[protected].. When i try to track my order from the mobile app. but my order in not showing in order list and i can't track order. and i already paid the amount. Its been 5 days and am not able to track my order at all. I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible, if not I want my amount to be refunded ASAP.. Look into this matter.
              Short lengh of kurtas&lower tailor not stiched please refund the amount item is totally useless ply refund my product

We have received on 21st may 19 but than we have request for size changes and picup done from xpressbees person vijay solanki mo no +91-[protected] wia awb no: [protected] and this guys open our parcel & sent to club factory only 1 shirt so we have received only 1 shirt refund & another 4 shirt order showing cancelled automatically but still didn't get any refund since long time and didn't respond from club factory. Need your support to stop this types of fraud with customers.

                I did not get item like them pictures . They are showing 1 pair earrings but they send single in one earring and one bracelet . And now I am returning. they are doing pick up charge for return .
                I am uploading pictures you can see also all customers these product are same like as club factory...

                            I had placed a small order on 18/05/19 on club factory which was supposed to be delivered by 04/06/19 and yet hasnt been delivered to me (22/06/19). There is no helpline responding. Also the item says picked up and delivered. But i havent recieved the order. I was expecting the order by the given date as i had some important event coming up my way. They did not even contact me to let me know about the delay. Bad bad service!!

                                I’m getting only the “buy now” option and the heart icon to add to my wish list. But there is no “add to cart” option available to me anymore. What isn’t happening? Am I supposed to buy them one at a time anymore?!!! Definitely frustrating me, PLEASE HELP.
                                This is not just me facing this issue, I’ve tried from different devices and everything is giving the same response!! How do I resolve this?

                                    Problem Description:
                                    I have ordered one product from 'Club Factory'.
                                    I have ordered 'Medium' size night suit but received 'XXL', so i returned the product as suggested by their support team to the address shared by them(PFA).

                                    Their team told me that they will refund the courier amount also if they found their mistake, which is already clear that they have delivered wrong size product so they should refund courier charges also.

                                    When i had a word with their team on[protected] on app, they told me that they have received the product on warehouse and shared the screenshot also(PFA) in which it is mentioned that product has delivered to their warehouse in Gurgaon on[protected] at 7:00 pm, they said they will check the product once and will initiate the refund as soon as possible for both(order+courier charge).

                                    Yesterday and today i again tried to connect with them, now they are saying that they haven't received the product in their warehouse yet, even when i have shared the screenshot with them.

                                    Again & Again they are saying that 'we have raised your concern to the team, please contact us after 2-3 days' and whenever i contact to them they use to say the same thing at the end.

                                    Desirable Resolution:
                                    I want my money back (Order amount + Courier charges) either in my original source of payment (bank) or in club factory app.

                                    I applied for return and then only i had a conversation with your support team, that also number of times, i have all chat proofs if you want i can share.

                                    Your team told me to courier it and they only shared the return courier address. PFA.
                                    Why they will share the return address if i haven't applied for return?

                                    Your team shared me screenshot in which they said 'Parcel has reached the warehouse so wait to 24 hours, i will get the refund in my app balance' [I have proof of this also] . PFA.
                                    And now you are saying that its difficult to track.

                                    I have courier tracking number also, and its delivered to your address and its received by your team also as your team provide me confirmation also.

                                    Please go and talk to your team first and then say.

                                    I placed order on Order Date:[protected]:12, and its been more than a month that i struggling to get my money back.

                                    PFA the screenshots of conversations i had with club factory team and 'AG SUMA M' is the support guy anme who confirmed that the order has received ti the warehouse.

                                    Desirable Resolution:
                                    I want my money back (Order amount + Courier charges) either in my original source of payment (bank) or in club factory app.
