I Ordered two items as on 8th Jan 2019 out of which Club Factory cancelled my order for one item due to unavailability. The order that they cancelled was on 17th Jan 2019 amount of 659.89 (INR) which I had made payment through Net banking of Axis Bank. It was said payment was refunded but never credit back to my account.

I ordered shoes on clubfactory but i had to change my shoes size right after ordering so i called customer care they told i ll have to cancel it and put a new order with desired size assuring me that money will be refunded so i cancelled my order i got message saying money has been refunded but i dont see it in my paytm account

I ordered a Blazer on 17.01.2019 of Medium Size and received the order no. SO85226852...later on the product was delivered on my address on 21.01.2019.however, on trying the same it did not fit my size and I want to replace it with XL size as I am satisfied with the product. wrong order delivered and return of that is not processed

We had placed an order of 1266.99 wroth bedding spread instead received an handkerchief size material and ordered return of the product. The order for return was not processed for about 10 days, called customer care and they said to raise the fresh request for which there are no option available.
Now customer care not responding to our call....

Hlo i ordered a shirt on 17th january 2019, i paid for it and then the app started showing some kind of error... Money has been deducted from my account but i didn't get any order number or any order confirmation email... I received 3 orders from other couriers, who had called me to deliver the products, on the same number. balance in cf account stolen by their executives

I had rs 1512 balance in my cf account. The same was transferred to some gira’s account on 11th jan’18. This withdrawal was not made by me. The bank details are not mine. There has been an unauthorised access to my account, probably by the cf executives.

Customer support is not helpful as they asked me to contact the police. Any monetary balances in the club factory account should be the responsibility of the club factory...

regarding refunding money

I had ordered in mid of december 2018. Suddenly coming near to delivery date i got message that my order has been cancelled without giving any explanations. After 1week they mailed me to refund my money through paytm within 4-5 days. I had mailed them, made calls to customer service no. But nothing turned up positively. And now it's been almost end of january 2019 there's no such sign of refunding my money. I again request you to please refund...

paytm withdrawal issue

I have received an incorrect size so i returned it i got the refund as well but i withdrawn the money to my paytm account its usually takes 2-3 at max and it's been 11 days until now and i haven't received the refund/withdrawal amount even if i try to contact the customer care they suggest me to chat with their representatives and they keep messing with me by copy pasting the same thing...

I am complaining about refund

Please help me. I returned back one item and one cancelled. What i got is the refunded balance in my club factory balance. I withdraw it to my bank account but i didn't receive any money.
