I Ordered two items as on 8th Jan 2019 out of which Club Factory cancelled my order for one item due to unavailability. The order that they cancelled was on 17th Jan 2019 amount of 659.89 (INR) which I had made payment through Net banking of Axis Bank. It was said payment was refunded but never credit back to my account.
Even when I am logging into the Club factory app it's showing as amt refunded but No amount is credited into my Bank account or into my Club factory wallet.

    I had placed an order on January 1, i have no idea regarding delivery date
    its been 23 days now .. worst online shopping experience ever. there is no update on the tracking or delivery... Status is always showing in transit
    I[censored] don't mind plz provide proper delivery date... I am totally disappointed bz coming 30, i wanna go to india. When called to customer service I have not received proper response. am afraid if my order will reach or not.

I received confirmation mail on 20th January and another mail saying your order is being prepared on 23rd January.           I ordered shoes on clubfactory but i had to change my shoes size right after ordering so i called customer care they told i ll have to cancel it and put a new order with desired size assuring me that money will be refunded so i cancelled my order i got message saying money has been refunded but i dont see it in my paytm account

          Sorry it should be 21 Jan. However, your payment is made by a bank card from ALLAHABAD BANK. You have probably combined this account with paytm. As we issue refund to original payment channel, you should check bank card details.

            I ordered a Blazer on 17.01.2019 of Medium Size and received the order no. SO85226852...later on the product was delivered on my address on 21.01.2019.however, on trying the same it did not fit my size and I want to replace it with XL size as I am satisfied with the product. The fabric is very good and I like it.. Please do the needful at the earliest.. Thanks

            Sir/madam I'm not able to do it... Plz do it manually.. The order was inadvertently given as guest order.. When I go ahead by putting the order no it ask dfor verification code which I receive almost after 10 minutes and by that time the verification code get invalid...

            My product has been picked up on 29.01.2019, however, the status is is still showing as picked up requested.. Even after 5 days of pick up it has not been delivered yet... Its very unprofessional and demoralizing...

              I hve ordered a t-shirt from Club Factory on 9th Jan 2019, estimated date of delivery was by 29th Jan 2019 but it was already shipped for delivery I received a message " Your Club Factory Order AWB:[protected], 2 item(s) is out for delivery via Xpressbees, Please be available, Thanks " but I have not received a call from them! I waited for two more days but no response. When I checked the tracking details it was shown that my order has been delivered. But it's not!
              Disappointed with the service. I paid in advance still not received my order till now.

                We had placed an order of 1266.99 wroth bedding spread instead received an handkerchief size material and ordered return of the product. The order for return was not processed for about 10 days, called customer care and they said to raise the fresh request for which there are no option available.
                Now customer care not responding to our call.

                  Hlo i ordered a shirt on 17th january 2019, i paid for it and then the app started showing some kind of error... Money has been deducted from my account but i didn't get any order number or any order confirmation email... When i inquired about it on your customer care services they said they didn't receive any order... But money has been deducted from my account.. Plzz resolve this issue..

                    My order number is so82411342. My items were to be delivered yesterday. I never received any call from the delivery person, but received a message that my phone wasn't reachable which was a lie. I received 3 orders from other couriers, who had called me to deliver the products, on the same number. Yesterday i called up the xpressbees customer care and raised a complaint and gave an alternate number. Today the products were to be delivered but i received the same message in the evening that my phone wasn't reachable. I am sure the delivery person doesn't want to come to my place since he must have been in a hurry to go home. They do not share the contact number of the delivery person also. It makes them fabricate a lie and get away with it. Tomorrow i am not available at home since i am going to the office.

                    I received the money on clubfactory I applied for tranfered to paytm it's been more than 7 days and the money has yet not transferred so pls cancel the withdrawal so I can use that money to buy something from clubfactory again pls

                      I had rs 1512 balance in my cf account. The same was transferred to some gira’s account on 11th jan’18. This withdrawal was not made by me. The bank details are not mine. There has been an unauthorised access to my account, probably by the cf executives.

                      Customer support is not helpful as they asked me to contact the police. Any monetary balances in the club factory account should be the responsibility of the club factory itself. I have spent 6 days now trying to find a perfect solution. Please help me with the same. Club factory should take the responsibility for this loss in my cf account balances. Either undo the withdrawal or reimburse me for the same.

                      I got defected product from club factory and there is no option to return it so I want to return ASAP and need my full amount back. poor quality for both the products I did ordered and poor customer support.

                      I will not bear any courier charges as I got a damaged product so I will not bear any extra xharges for the same.
                      I have ordered shirt of XXL order No. S[protected]. Payment is paid through net banking. This company shirts are not slandered one, so my ordered shirt is not fitting me.
                      I want it to return.
                      For return of order is very very difficult. Only to order is easy.

                          Dear, for both orders you can go to find guest order to check status. As per so53112784, it was delivered on 198 Oct, for the newly placed order, it was shipped but not yet arrive India. Kindly wait for a few days more.

                          SON[protected] this is my order .they have charged 90 rupees as delivery charges and I returned the product for defective but they are charging extra 90 rupees for returned shipping .(90+90=180)
                          This is the worst of online shopping, if they doesn't return my money which I paid for the product then I'll file a case against the club factory
                          Order number- SO76261167 don't receive any refund of rs- 481 from club factory. they first cancelled my order and then they told me to get a refund in 10 days but more than 15 days has been passed and I don't get any update please refund my money. if you don't deliver your products then you make such e-commerce website.

                            I had ordered in mid of december 2018. Suddenly coming near to delivery date i got message that my order has been cancelled without giving any explanations. After 1week they mailed me to refund my money through paytm within 4-5 days. I had mailed them, made calls to customer service no. But nothing turned up positively. And now it's been almost end of january 2019 there's no such sign of refunding my money. I again request you to please refund the amount asap.

                              I have received an incorrect size so i returned it i got the refund as well but i withdrawn the money to my paytm account its usually takes 2-3 at max and it's been 11 days until now and i haven't received the refund/withdrawal amount even if i try to contact the customer care they suggest me to chat with their representatives and they keep messing with me by copy pasting the same thing

                                      I placed order for the wrong product by mistake. I really like the products i have purchased on your site before. But i accidentally ordered this as a guest and even on finding my guest order on my account, i'm not able to cancel.                                         Plzz cancel my oder;i have ordered by mistake sorry for the trouble, my order no is so83839238, plz try to understand my problem, plz cancel my order, its my humble request, infact now a times i have no extra amount so please forgive me and immediately cancel my order, please.
