Hello i got a refund for a product that i returned to club factory and i made a request to withdraw that refund to my paytm wallet account on 7th january, 2019 but still i haven't recieved any amount in my paytm wallet. My order id was so79942307 and my withdrawl id was 2e2zuwjmsfuwa7urv0eyvzwm

Please resolve this issue.
I hope you are listening and will return my money as per withdrawl request to paytm made on 7th january 2019.

    The product which i have bought is not of my size. I find it difficult to wear. I did not like the way it was stitched. Hence i would like to return the same. I have paid cash on delivery. I wish to know how to return the product. Very interestingly i keep getting the words message is short. All my request is to return the product. I dont think i will buy products from club factory anymore as the system of returning is complicated here. To hell with you

      I have returned the item order from CF on 2 jan 2019.
      It was a damaged product and costed me 2150, when i returned the product it was shown that i will receive an 1958 which i was not happy about so i talked to CF chat support and they gave me the compensation of 400 rs. I received it
      However the major concern is that i have not yet received the refund of main amount of 1958 in return of the damaged product.
      I have been spending hours on chat support to get my money back but they keep telling me that i have to wait for 2-3 days in order to get this processed.
      At some point they said i have already received the refund confusing the amount of compensation which is 400 with my actual refund amount 1958.
      I am sick of talking to CF support ever other day and get stupid answers in return. This is insane it was my first purchase with CF and i have been greatly disappointed. I have some screenshots of the the chat.

        I have ordered one dress on 24 December 2018, didn't received delivery yet. Order number: SO78561812, Can you please provide me the dates for delivery. Estimated delivery date was 10 th January 2019. Support services were not answering properly for my query. Contacted Customer service they told that my package is there in warehouse but not dispatched yet. Can you please resolve this issue ASAP.

          I wish to place a complaint against delivery boy the name i got as per truecaller is eric

          On taking the call the delivery boy confirmed the address i tried explaining the address however he was clueless of the address i did mention that he should call me once he is nearby and gave directions however he went to a wrong place

            I ordered two items, one top and one leggings. But after few days i returned my leggings but i did not got the refund yet.               I never purchased from club factory. But last year in january my paytm wallet debited by 676.82 rupees. I informed paytm customer care about this and they replied that contact to merchant club factory india pvt ltd under order 201801011438209069670. I never checked out club factory but i don't know how it could be possible. Even i received otp after one day.
              Please check it and resolve this matter.

              Dear, we have checked, there is one transaction from our APP. Since there is no related order, we have issued refund back to your original payment channel. It takes 5-10 business days to receive your money. You patience is highly appreciated.
              I didn't get my product in my delivered parcel.
              With reference order no. SO79064815, amount were paid by debit card but its shows as credit card and also yet not dedected money my account. once it cancelled i will place the order again...

                So i placed an order of around 4800 few days ago, for the very first time from this site. I paid online, but the next day i got the cancellation of my order without mentioning about the refund. Yesterday i called the customer, the number taken from google, and a person picked up. While conversing, he took me in his confidence, he sent me 2 links and took all the personal details including my passwords because i thought the link is with me and he doesn’t know about what i am doing on my phone. That’s totally my mistake that i believed this fraud and he debited all of my money from both of my accounts leaving zero money with me. How trustworthy this site is. What do i do now?

                    There was credit of 33.02 USD in my Club Factory wallet for returned order. Suddenly I notice on 9th Jan 2019 that the status of this money is "Withdrawal" on 6th Jan 2019 which I did not initiate. The money is not transferred to any of my bank account or Paytm account. I raised a complaint with CLub Factory chat support on 9th Jan and every day following up but they are of no help. I asked for details where the money is transferred and they are not providing those details as well.

                    They have just eaten up my money and now not ready to help as well. I want my money back. This is a serious case of the security issue with the Club Factory app. And Club Factory chat support team doesn't want to do anything about it that is amazing to know. Really frustrated now.

                          Dear sir, on 19/12/2018 (Tracking id[protected] i orderd a jacket (Rs2375) through cod. As the product was small i return the product &ordered another jacket on 24/12/2018 (Worth rs 1550) through cod. Till that day i didn't get my previous amount even though i have given my bank details. I was waiting till today.                           I ordered men's casual shoes from club factory.. But the quality is damn cheap... So i want to return the order as soon as possible
                          Dear, Why your site is not secure, how come ajay kumar can see all the details of my order including product code, tracking id, payment details etc, if that phone number is not from your CLUB FACTORY. Remember one thing there are millions of customers are shopping from your site(which is not at all HACK proof any ordinary ### can HACK your site).I am highly disappointed. Please help to get back my money

                                And today is january 14. Until now i haven’t received my order and no information on where is the order and it’s wherabouts.
                                This is not acceptable behaviour.

                                I had made an attempt to contact customer service twice. They just say wait for more 48 hours and order will be delivered.

They have asked me to send all the details of the order and my address they again msg me on 8/1/19 that the pick up has been made and today it is 12/01/19 and nobody has turned up till now when i check with cf they ask me again wht kind of order whn did you apply for return every single details i have to tell every day every 10 to 15 mint. Neither there is prompt service nor they keep a track on wht is going on. I just want my money back kindly take your product.

                                      Hey, i had given an order on[protected], order number so75792606, one of my items costing 163 was not dispatched. I had already paid my order.
                                      Regarding that, i called the club factory complaint id on google, time 9:33 pm, 11th january, some man, manish sharma (As told by himself) was very rude and asked us our debit card details.
                                      We don't expect this behaviour from you people, i need my refund and a polite behaviour.

                                        I orderad a stuff on 5 january 2019 having order id - so82553112. Transaction had been made from my account but the app is showing unpaid. On contacting your customer care number they use to say that there is no order placed and say to chat on faq. But there is no reply. I also got the e-mail for the order conformation. But the app is showing unpaid. Please help for the above.
