Now it is showing No Balance in Refund.
Kindly take steps to send money in my a/c
I have made the payment and the balance was detected but the order history shows no payment was made. When asked they said it will be updated within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I contacted they said it will be updated within 48 hrs. After 48 hrs they are not replying properly. I either want the product or the money back.

    Please club factory my is not yet been shipped this order was place on the 9 of this month february and estimated delivery date was 25 of the same month but today is 23 and the order is not yet shipped even what is keeping my this long i really want to know the problem am a loyal customer to this club factory i use to get delayed of my orders but not like this one and i need those items latest before the 5 of next month but am not sure i can get it before then please check and try to resolve the problem.           Order number is SO83220920 in which I ordered blue handbag but they delivered Red handbag. They never came to collect after multiple calls. Later they asked me courier the product and said that they will refund product and courier charges. Till date whenever I call, they say "call after 2 days".. I am fed up calling every day. I am behind the return/refund since Jan 10th. Please help me get the refund and take some action regarding this company.

                    I had oredred 2 tees and 1 shirt (Five points sleeve striped shirt) on Jan 27, 2019 with order no. SO87060471. i received 2 tees in 1st week of February, 2019.

                    the Shirt is not yet received. there is no contact or email to connect. My order history on Google and app both says no order history. No tracking mechanism. tracking link provided in mail says no tracking history.

                    What nonsense is this? I have ordered so many products from club factory.. this is pathetic. Lately i tried and mailed this issue @ [protected]@edm.clubfactory.club on Feb 14, 2019. But no response. I had paid 490 rupees for this.

                      I bought 4 products from club factory and returned the same because it was really of very poor quality. They charged me for the return but still i returned those products since it was such that it cannot be used. The refund came to my wallet and was withdrawn by itself on the same day and almost in an hour before i could even check my club factory wallet. I have been continuously complaining about this to the customer service and they are just giving timelines to me but there is no solution to it in more than 15 days time. And i cannot find any refund in my account for the same. And only get apologies from the customer service. Really tired of following up in every 4-5 days.

                      So basically you are trying to say my account was hacked and money was withdrawn. So your security levels are so weak that anyone can breach it. And just to get the information out that who had stolen the money you took 1 month.
                      Dear all please be careful before placing any order. Your security details are not at all safe with this fake company.
                      And note that product quality is pathetic.
                      And here the amount is stolen and the company is blaming the customer for the same. When the customer is raising consumer complaint and following up since a month, there is hardly any response from the customer service side and the company is blaming the customer. You even have the guts to reply is such a way. And show that you are not at fault from your end. Hats off!

                        For the past few weeks i'm unable to add things to cart. It just shows the buy icon. Does this mean i have to buy everything alone. Please resolve this.

                        Dear, we still have add to cart function, but it is available to all products.
                        Where is my Add to cart button??? Do something fast... Do I have to buy stuff one at a time? What is wrong? And all the products that I put in my cart, they're all out of stock, like everything not even a single product is left to buy, all out of stock I have like 57 product in my add to cart..

                          I had purchased a pair of shoes from club factory vide order no so73455311 in dec, 2018

                          The shoes were the wrong size and were returned and i was issued a refund on dec 22, 2018 amounting to us$19.81

                          This money was stolen from my account at 00:57am on jan 16, 2019 and transferred to a paytm account (I do not have a paytm account)

                          I have been chasing their local team in india for nearly two weeks now and despite their promises that the issue would be resolved this has still not happened. Today they have told me they cannot do anything... That my account has been hacked etc... They keep telling me wait for 3-4 days... It has been two weeks now and no progress has been made

                          I have accounts with all the online majors including amazon, flipkart etc and have never had a problem with any of them

                          The help desk is spectacularly useless and have no clue how to resolve a problem...

                            Hi I didnt loose any money, and i got the product on today, which i have ordered so many days back.

                            But the thing is to know my order details (due to too much delay) i called CUSTOMER CARE of CLUB FACTORY with below numbers.

                            They doesnt know english properly and they really irritated alot.
                            I didnt experience this much worst situation with any other CUSTOMER CAREs.

                            I called to check the order tracking details, and i said i already paid through ola money.
                            But they are asking my DebitCard number, which is so discussing and finally i said no, they i cut the call.
                            Again i got a call from some number and she said sorry for inconvieniece, i said i need my money back, i dont need the item which i have ordered now because of their behaviour with me.
                            For that she asked me to download anyDesk app and she is asking my google pay and PAYTM balances.

                            I lost my patience and said i dont even need money, she is asking for the google pay password too.After that i cut the call.

                            I dont know what is the process to refund money.
                            But better to hire good and honest CUSTOMER CARE employee.

                            But luckily i got my order after this ### call with CUSTOMER CARE people.

                              I bought few sweaters and jackets in december 2018 from club factory after i received it all the products were of inferior quality and i created a return. Even after several days nobody came to pickup and then as per guidelines i shipped the order by myself to the return address.
                              Its been a month now the product is already delivered but still neither the money is being escalated nor do any update
                              Even after several complains they are asking me to be patient and still couldn’t find any solution.

                              I have purchased 5 items in Club Factory and due to out if stock they cancelled and returned my qmount but i havent received my money to bank it was some one withdrawn from my app balance. Club factory logins has compromised and some one got my money.

                                I had placed a pre-paid order on 9.1.2019 which was supposed to get delivered by 26.01.2019.

                                I only received a text message from cf on 16 jan., i didn't get any delivery message/call.

                                Now, after waiting for such a long time, in the app it says that the ordered product has been delivered on 22jan, 2019 and now its 13 feb 2019 today and i haven't received my order till date.

                                I also tried reaching out for help, but its no where to be found. I've talked 8 times to the customer care executive, each and everytime they told me to escalate my complaint.

                                They also do not answering and cut the call in the mid after hearing everything.

                                I want my 964/- rupees back in my account as soon as possible.
                                Very poor service... I am totally fed up.

                                    I ordered the fashion sexy night club dress (Order number:- so[protected] on 9th february 2019, but the wrong product is delivered.

                                    It was a totally different product from the product which i have ordered.

                                    When i complained about the same on your chat option, i was told to keep the product and you guys will give me 10% compensation.

                                      Asking all bank details and telling if we will not transfer money in your acct, u can not be able to do anything..

                                      Please do not order anything for clubfactory..
                                      They are not giving refund..
                                      They are not giving proper customer care service..

                                      Amazon, paytm nobody is asking bank detail for refund..
                                      Fraud company... Damaged product...
                                      Pathetic customer care service..

                                      Pls do not buy anything from club factory..

                                      Worst.. I could not use more bad words... Otherwise i had told.. Whatever the most worst u think of.. It is this online club factory..

                                      Official loot chala rakhi he in logo ne...
                                      In the name of a company, they are snatching money..

                                      Never order...

                                      Refund my money.. As early as possible.. Or u will see more than worst complain awb:[protected]

                                      And i make sure not a single person from my whole college but anything from club factory..
                                      And mind it.. That will make you more lose.. As the population here is in multiple of thousands...

                                      So choose.. What do you want to loose or want to refund my money...

                                      Dear, did you google our contact no.? Our stuff never asked for banking details from customers. Nowadays there were many fraud hotline numbers you probably met one of them. Please report this case to the police to investigate. Sorry for your loss.
