Firstly I have placed an order and the money is deducted and next day I have placed another order in which it is showing unpaid even though my money has been deducted for two orders, I frequently visited the customer service chat and response it worst and I explained many times about the unpaid order and the thing is that they have cancelled my first order which is placed and about to deliver but they are not talking about the last placed order which is showing unpaid for last days in where my money has been deducted for that

    The total payment of this order was inr 2731.93. After returning the item you have charged me rs. 90 for the reverse of courier, than the total payment that you will have to refund me will be 2731.93 - 90 = rs. 2641.93 (Usd 37.90 with dollar rate applicable 69.70)

    Clarification:
    You have refunded me a total payment of 2553.29 (Usd 36.77) in the place o[censored]sd 37.90 (Inr 2641.93)

    Now remaining balance is 37.90 - 36.77 = usd 01.13 (Inr 78.76)
    Now you will have to sent me the total amount of inr 78.76 as per the above details.

      My order #so76900464
      I ordered 6 items from club factory and i received only 2 of it and made the full payment of all 6 items. When i complained their customer support about my missing items they said they have sent all items from their end, when i further asked why didn't i receive all items then they said their senior person will contact me regarding this and it's more then 10 days now i have not received any response. Even their customer care is not responding any more. They are a big fraud company. They deliver low quality products, missing items and charge full money without delivering your products.
      I just need my rest 4 missing items for which club factory has already taken my money.

        Club factory is making me a fool since one week, they are saying that the payment has failed from my gateway but, paytm has sent all the transaction number of the same . These people are just frauds, they should not be allowed to emerge into Indian markets . I am attaching all the proof photographs for reference .           I ordered a handbag (order no-SO[protected] on dec 10th 2018 which was delivered to me within 7 days but it was not upto the mark as the quality was not good and i was wanting to return it.But the delivery status was not been updated on the app and I am not able to place the return request.I tried to contact the customer service ([protected]) but it was unanswered...Help me out as I am frustrated and want to return it on priority.

              I have lost my 35000 rupees because of a fake call from club factory as i have purchased a pair of shoes from club factory and returned them as i didn't like them. Besides i call the customer care for the refund and i dont know how they asked everything and widrawed 35000 from my bank account. I request you to please look after this matter and take necessary steps.

                I had ordered 2 items
                1 item : top quality vest shirt,
                Which i have recieved
                2 item: casual school running hoodies two pieces.. I didnt recieve this item i have submitted my complaint many times.

                  On 30 dec 2018 i have order a blazzer type jacket whose payment had done online. But due to some problem i had cancelled my order of this jacket and asked for refund. Today i. E., 2 jan 2019 i have checked my refund status on clubfactory and it is showing #refunded. But niether i got my refund in my account nor in paytm account.
                  Its my request to take action against the problem i'm facing.

                    I applied for refund and my package has not been collected from me as yet for return. It has been more than 15 days now. When will you collect my package to initiate and process refund?

                    Remarks - i initiated refund request but no one came to collect my package and process refund. I called customer care and they said that sorry they cannot help me and that i need to contact customer care through chat service on the app. When i contacted them they said either contact us or mail us back your package yourself.
                    Do you think you can fool an innocent customer? I will take this further and ensure that you do not hoodwink customers again. One person will bring this change. I won't let go till my complaint is resolved.

However, I just realized the website wrongfully shows that my order has been delivered on[protected]. I'm yet to receive my order. Please look into the matter and kindly let me know how to proceed further to get my order. Or, probably a refund if there has been a mishap and my order can't be fulfilled.

                            I don't think complaining here helped in any way as I just did it a few hours ago and the delivery guy just dropped off my order. Apparently, the guy that's supposed to deliver to my house quit his job and the supervisor, unaware of this, marked my order was complete?! Whatever the case is.. I'm just glad my order was fulfilled.

                            Dear, sorry for the trouble, we would make a feedback to our courier, and we are glad that you like our items.
                            i applied for refund and my package has not been collected from me as yet, it has been more than 15 days now. when will you collect my package to initiate and process refund?
                            When I contacted customer care they said they cannot help me as this is now an escalation as this is 15 days old case now and that I need to contact chat support on the app.
                            But the app says" sorry we couldn't pick up, please contact us or return on your own"
                            The irony is that the app has no fixed time to reply to your query and there is no pop up or notification that they have replied to your query, so by the time u open the app again the agent who tried to attend to you after a long time has vanished due to his agent call time per call !
                            COLLECTY RETURN PACKAGE AND RETURN MY MONEY!!!

                              S[protected] order no. Needs to be cancelled as i m going out of town urgently and won't be available to take the package. I will re order once am back from trip but for now i need the order to be cancelled. But i m not able to do so from the app. As i try to cancel the order the app pops up a msg saying already shipped... Its just yesterday that i placed the order within a day u don't even allow me to cancel the order. This is not a correct way to deal with your customers. I won't be able to receive the package so cancel it the way u want. Authorities plz take necessary steps to cancel my order.

                              Dear, I checked the order, it is shipped, and we can not cancel a shipped order. But it takes time to be delivered to you, maybe you still can receive it. Anyway, it is a COD order, you do not need to worry about the payment.

                                I ordered a camera stabilizer. The item is not complete. Just the stick is delivered. My order number is so78095878. I ordered from facebook.in my app it is showing 0 order. How to return it. I'm from chennai.

                                The worth of this product is way much less than what i have paid. I saw the ad on facebook and ordered since it said cod. While ordering from facebook there is no proper facility. The response in the mail were prompt so i thought i can trust club factory. But when the product is delivered i was shocked to see that it is just a stick and not what i have ordered.

                                I trusted club factory very much, but now i am very much disappointed. Kindly help me out.

                                  I was purchase the blue tooth head phone but what is in the add and i the product quality is too much different in the product i am not satisfied even 10% so this is my request to you that this type of product add please don't put in the web side it is not good product to satisfied the customer.                                     My order no. Is so71932067... I have orderd a maternity wear dress about 40 days back.. It was a paid order.. I did not get anything till now. And wife is near to delivery... And as per customer care product is already delivered... I want my refud.. I think company is so irresponsible to thier customers..                                       I placed an order for a white top on club factory app and paid online. Also i cancelled the prepaid order the same day i placed it. With order number so73837333, a payment of rs 413.42 was made through debit card. The app says the refund has been done, but i have not received any amount. The money was not added to my bank. It's been more than 20 days now and they are not even replying to my messages on customer support. Please refund rs 413 to my indian bank account since i cancelled the order and did not avail any services of the company.
