I ordered grey pullovers sweater from club factory. But fabric and colour is not good. Size is too small.
My order id is so82177030 and i want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return.
Please let me the producer and i want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from china. Please don't use this website.

As I complained about my refund amount. I got msg that my order amount 525Rs. will be issued me on my paytm account within 3 to 10 days. But I have not Paytm account so plz refund my order amount on my bank account which I provided at the time of ordering.I just want my money back on my account as I haven't paytm account at any cost.

    My order no so78513206, its been 20days. Since i ordered on 23rd dec 2018 n its not yet shipped, it has to be delivered by 10th jan n there is no sign of shipping details. I have fedup contacting c. F cc as they are least bothered n not solving my issue. They are not even saying what's the problm wouldb. I want my order to been shipped n delivered asap. I will never ever trust this site again. I really worried n its not a small amount. Ple resolve my problem as some of the ordered items are meant to be gifted for my closed one's. Pls help me in solving my issue.8

            Yesterday i got a call from courier company "imile" which is in dubai. I were having two orders with 3 packs in which i received 2 packs only
            Order so80463523 with two tracking number and price for these parcels is 524.97 with two tracking nos

            When i checked in my room the both orders items where missing in packets please solve this problem today otherwise i m leaving dubai tonight i have flight.

            I have returned 2 products order number SO70240532. Have recd refund of only 1 product. Refund of 2nd returned produc 88 dollars is not given. Now they are saying I have returned only 1 product. Beware of these big time cheaters

              Dear, very sorry for this, currently we charge pick up fee, but if you receive defective or wrong items, we will bear shipping charge for you. As per payment currency, we may consider changing from USD to rupees in the future so customers wont suffer exchange rate fluctuation loss.

              The club factory customer care is not pick up my call . I called it more and more time . I purchase a lady jacket from club factory with payment from Paytm UPI. But I didn't like that jacket. So I return that. But it's payment had not received. and it's transection and order have deleted from app automatically.

              Cancel my order SO79661658 as I am no longer available. I had ordered it many days back and then there was no option to cancel it as is available on Amazon or Flipkart. now I need to cancel it. Worst experience I ever had.

                I have ordered spoon and socks.
                Spoon was unavailable and showing refund in app but I did not get any. I paid through paytm and didn't get any refund.

                  I have placed an order last week(03.01.2019). The order no is: SO82013278.It is an earrings, but I received only one earring, it was shocked, I already made my payment while making the order. So how I return the product. The customer care number is not responding it is always ringing, no one pick up the call..I need that the club factory should get back their product and refund the amount or provide the earrings in pair.This is worst experience I received even in the first order itself.

                          I ordered some products from club factory on october 2018. They said that they will place the order on november. But i didn't get the product. After that i called the supporting member and register the complaint. The person said that they will refund the money through pay tm. But they were not refunded the money yet. I'm waiting from november to january, till january 2019, club factory is not refunded my money. I will never use this this app next time. Its very very worst app.

                            I had placed a return order for 6 items out of 11 products within 9 days after receiving the product due to quality and suze issues. The return order was cancelled around 10 days after the order placed. When i contacted CC they asked me to check with the chat support i was asked to share the screenshot of return request. The return ID and order had vanished from the app when the return order was cancelled and I was unable to share the screenshot so i placed the return order again and it was cancelled again without any intimation around 10 days. When i shared screenshot of return request andn ID with chat support i received below reply:
                            Dear, we are sorry for the delay, because it is the busy season, can you please return on your own? We will refund the shipping fee for you, thank you. Please do put a piece of paper with your order number and return reasons on it, otherwise we wont be able to process your return. Thanks for your co-operation.

                            Since my return order was already cancelled i was unable to place another return request. When i asked the chat support again why it was cancelled they said:

                            Whereas i had not received any call, message or mail from third party or club factory or anything showed in app. Without being able to place an return order in the app i again informed the chat support how can i send the return order and got this below message again without any other response to my queries.
                            Dear, we are really sorry for the delay, we'd recommend you to do it mail by myself that would be quite convenient to you.

                            Dear, to return it by your own, please do put a piece of paper with your order number and return reasons on it, otherwise we wont be able to process your return. Thanks for your co-operation.

                                First time shopping with your site, i place order of mobile case,, but i am not satisfied with the product, it is not of that quality that i expected. Now want to return it, but i place order through chrome but now there is nothing displayed about my order that i placed. As i shopping with snapdeal and flipkart through google chrome, there is no such problem. They give complete description of placed order. Moreover, customare care doesn't pick my call thats not good. My first experience is too worst, my trust is badly shaked off, so i decide not to shop again from here. Recommended others not to shop from here

                                  On 3 jan 19 i was ordered a dress for one of my friend. My was deducted from my account but order was not placed. Club factory apps shows unpaid. I paid money from my internet banking. While i am contcting customer care they told me wait for 24 hrs, after that order was not placed then i was chatted with there customer care services for refund then they told me wait for 3 working days. Now its over but still i am getting my money. They are not refund my money. Order was placed by sumathi (My friend name). I am prasun mukherjee placed an order for my friend.

Please resolve the issue.

                                      I orderes a dress a few days back... Paid online for it... They brought it without a call or message.. Did not tell me when will i receive it... The costomer care number is not working neither have i refunded the money all costomer care numbers are wrong... No one is responding. I want my money back anyhow.. This is rediculous i hated the experience i ll not shop again ever with this website. Never ever will i again shop again

                                      Yesterday I received handy stitch sewing machine.its not working.so, exchange myorder AWB:[protected] .Please, provide me useful machine.
                                      My order number is so16439231. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
                                      I want to know where is my order.
                                      The mail clearly specofies that the trackkng details will be available.in 2-3 days..

                                        The sweing machine is not working so i was returned i have lost my cash i do notwant to give shipping charge because it is not my fault so i was talk to an agent of cf and he said i will get my full payment 252 rupees but now i received only 161 rupees i need my full payment i dont want to give shipping charge on return because its not my fault you should ensure the product is a good quality n good working condition when it pack. I need my full payment 252 rupees on my account within 24 hours otherwise i will go for complaint n i am a journalist so i need to write a artickle on your cheating to safe for customers
