    I had ordered three items from club factory and paid with debit card but two items were not available so they said it was refunded but it has been 10 days already and i didn't get anything in my debit card or in my bank account.
    When i ask them they keep saying its already refunded and now the bank should process it.
    I don't know who is responsible but i want 640 rupees back.
    Cbi - rupay card was used.
    Please help...

      When I order more then 1 quantity of any product it is always not available always say out of stock... very pissed

        My refund has been initiated to an unknown no. And after calling and complaining several times I didn't get a response from the executive.They are taking no steps to initiate to refund to my account neither they are calling me to solve the problem.They are completely disrespectful towards their customers and have no intention to solve the problem.After calling several times they just say you will get a call but not once did they try to solve the problem.

          But not delivered to me till 7 Feb. 2019. I also called to customer care, but not got any satisfactory answer for it.

          Showing on the courier site that my order has been lost.

            I asked from the available customer care executive to refund the amount of my transaction.He asked me about my card details after telling him my card details. I received messanges about money deduction from my bank account and then I asked that executive about this he told me it it just hidden messanges ignore it.
            Then I checked my account balance it was almost nill.
            Then I complain him about it then he asked me to wait for 24hrs I'll get my mony back to my account.

On 20 jan 2019. when the package arrived, i hv seen that the item that was delivered was completely different than the order that i had placed. I had ordered a watch but they delivered me eaephones of oppo.
              This is the worse experience of online shopping i ever had.

                Dear, if you are not happy with your watch, you can apply for return from the APP.
                If I want to add two three itsms together to the cart i cannot because the option “add to cart” is invisible, instead they say buy now so I can only purchase one item at a time. Please help me.

                  Dear team,

                  I had ordered a baby dress on 26 october 2018 with the order no: so59254558.
                  Unfortunately, the product was not received/ delivered on the said date or later thus a refund request was made on 14th december 2018.

                  The customer is called to undertake all the basic banking details which were provided as asked & committed to attaining the refund within 2 days.

                  However, again as an act of following the commitment the refund wasn't received.

                  The withdrawal success date was then registered as 25th january 2019 with the displayed refund time within 1-7 days. It has been 10 days i have still not received any refund.

                  Being a trusted customer we order our valuables from club factory but the service provided is highly disappointing. The accounts & sales team is requested to take note if the matter & initiate the process asap.

                      Hi,

                      I ordered a coat from club factory which i dint like it so i placed a return request in order to return it and the pickup person came and collect the item he dint check it and took my myntra packet as there was a dress in that packet after since every day am making a complaint in oder to address this issue that i need my myntra packet back and take your coat back but its been 3 days still i havent received any response from them and now after 3 days they are telling me to wait for 3 more days.

                      I would request you to look into this issue as am fed up chatting with them as their customer care executives ask me to chat instead of giving resolution over the phone.

                      Please give me the resolution.

                        Dear, this freeze is just temporarily, after the process of net banking is over, the refund will be available again.
                        This was the first time i ordered from club factory and it's a disaster. I returned my product and got refunded but i placed another order using the refund money and proceeded to use net banking but i cancelled the order. Now i can't use my refund balance. It's saying pay freeze and my refund is deducted. Worse experience here. I want my refund back. Fix this asap. Informations are provided in the screenshots below.

                                i ordered a bag through factory clues (online shopping)and online paid Rs 225 dated[protected] through my debit card vide order No S06545420, despite i paid requisite amount product has not been delivered. Accordingly i requested to the customer care for the same he abused me and asked we wont refund go where ever you like!

                                    Defect - stains in suit

                                    The product that was ordered and subsequently received by me had stains on it, and hence was returned and a refund of the same was requested.
                                    The returned product was received by the club factory on 16.01.19.
                                    As per the company policy, i would have received the refund within 72 hours of the returned product was delivered, but till date, i have not received the refund amount.
                                    I have already contacted the customer care but they were of no help, so please register my complaint and refund me the amount of rs. 1435.56 at the earliest.

                                      If i ordered some product can i pay from balance amount.
                                      Because i have tried more than 6 times to get the refund but it always shows withdrawn if falied.
                                      I even tried to get the refund from both bank as well as paytm but it always showed me failed withdrawn.
                                      If there is some problem with the site please reslove it as soon as possible.

                                      I have ordered shoe on 27th dec 2018, still I have not received my item.order no. SO79893020. Send me my order immediately or repay my amount immediately.very worst service in club factory.
                                      I placed an order a week ago as guest user and i am not able to track it since then.

                                      I have been trying to have a check everyday. Very bad experience. No idea about it.

                                      Kindly give me an updated status.
                                      Your pickup guy came without any receipt and acknowledge slip so i refuse to handed over the shoes i want to return

                                        This is another story of online fraud by club cactory. We have received certain items from club factory. But when certain items are returned/tried for exchange.., they said they will pay back the amount and asked us our debit card number for making the payment back. But instead of paying back the money they have withdrawn money from our account. At the first instance they have withdrawn rs 9999/- then immediately we had blocked our card suspecting fraud.
                                        Immediately they called up and asked us that the withdrawn money is done by mistake and that they are returning the money along with the payment and hence they asked another card number to do the transaction, then again we believed and did as they said. They attempted two transactions 9999 and 9990. But with in ten minits we could realize that they are professional fraudsters and are doing this type of crime.
                                        All the phone calls and messages we have received from the following phone numbers

                                        5. [protected] *6. [protected]
                                        They said different names but in true caller it appeared as raajkumar, susheel kumar, rajesh kumar, rahul kumar, sharma club factory online shopping customer care). They said they are calling from gurgaon, but the true caller identifies that they are in bihar bibhuthinagar and maharastra, west bengal and new delhi.. All these fraudsters claimed that they are from the customer care from “ club factory’when ashed, he said, ok you can either complain to police or to the customer care of club factory, no one can do anything. Then he switched off his telephone. They especially target lonely housewives whose husbands are away on work. Even the persons do not know how to pronounce their very title of their firm. They pronounce club factory as kalaab pyactry gurgaon. Absolutely they speak not a single word in english. When contacted the factory consumer cell they have accepted that the above phone numbers belongs to their staff only. (Respective mail is available for proof if needed)
                                        If club factory claims it is a famous one then it should also take care of employing genuine people. They are least bothered about this but are taking part in this fraud having mal intentions to grab money from indian customers. We lost 30000/- in the clubfactory scam. Online customers are here by warned not to fall in to the trap of such kind of customer care unscrupulous persons of club factory. “ anything online is gone line for ever”.
                                        Can we expect at least this forum resolves or warn people not to fall in the trap of club factory.
