Hey, club factory... I have ordered one pair of shoes on dec 27, 2018. Still i have not received my order and update about my order. My order number is so79893020. I[censored] people can't do ur work properly why are you doing this online business. U r just simply cheating people's money.
Send my product or refund my money immediately. Very worst service in the world is club factory only.

    I ordered one dress from this website and even I paid the amount but still not received the order.. It's a totally fake company.. My goodness is as I am getting married I selected around 40 dresses but thank god I decided to first wth one then later on bulk.. Now take serious action on this.. I contacted them fb in morning but now m not able to send them any of the msg also..

      Hi,

      I have placed an order with club factory on 22'dec'18 and the estimated delivery date was 16'jan'19. It's been more than a month still not received my order. When i contacted there customer care service they said they are escillating my request to the concerned authority and will get back to me within 72 hours. I contacted thrice and received the same response but no one contacted me and my order is still pending. This is not my first order with club factory. I'm there regular customer. But this time they disappointed me like anything. People used to say me that club factory is not a good app for purchase but i always say no it's good try it. But i proved to be wrong from this experience. Please help me this asap.

        I raised a return request of both the orders.in order id so85177414 there are 2 items to be picked up and in so83156544 there are 4 items. On 28th jan an executive came from delhivery service and told me about club factory pickup i asked him i have to return two orders tell me the details which which order you came to pickup. He told me am not having any information i just know there are 2 package i have to pickup again i told please confirm with your team u came to pick two orders or two quantity only then he told me ok give me both the orders i will see he didn't provided me any receipt regarding it.in the evening i again get a call from club factory regarding pickup i told them my order was already picked up. Then i got a message from club factory that ur return request of order no so83156544 has been cancelled by the local courier. From my club factory app also my return request was automatically disappeared. Then i called club factory team they were like contact our chat support team and am continuously in contact with chat support team they told me contact delhivery team i called delhivery team also they told me again contact club factory team they will mail to our mail department. I am not getting any satisfactory response from both side i already told the club factory team that my whole products has been delivered to the merchant under one tracking id that is[protected]. But still no one is listening to me and just keep on saying call them or other. Even i have the no of the delivery boy who pickup my product yesterday he told me that all 6 products has been sent to the merchant i

          I make payment to an order no :SO76420459, rupees 146 for a product which i did not get delivered. Tracking of order show, i will get it by my paytm account with in 15 days. but till now i did not get any refund to my paytm account yet.
          i am also dis appointed with the product un-delivered which was cancelled by club factory. the quality which was provided by the club factory is good, but to deliver the said product bit take long time more than a week.

            S[protected] is my product i'd. I ordered two products which was never attempted for delivery. I mentioned on the chat customer care about the alternative number to call and also then time to call before 1 pm but nothing happened and then when i called customer care a representative advised me to call delivery team. I did the same and was informed by delivery team that only merchant can re arrange to order the product again. I clearly mentioned that the two of the product in my order was costing me 583 as one i earned through flash sale for free and main product was for 583 which is costing 597 now. Why would i pay extra to get the same product which did not deliver due to the company failure. A manager refuses to log complaint and connect to his senior. This is pathetic. I am talking this to social site now

                    Hi I bought an item from club factory in the month of November and it came in damaged condition after a marathon chat try refunded part amount. After few days the amount is withdrawn automatically and when I contacted them they say the amount is withdrawn by someone vikash so we can't do anything. Not sure how this refund is possible the amount was transferred to some different account. Can someone help me get my money back. I am pinging their customer care and no response

And after that i m return back those item but they cant picked up from my house and msg me after that plz cancel one more times so local guy pick my stuff.                         I had placed an order with clubfactory app on 10-dec-18, order number - so74647907 which i received on 22-dec-18. Then i returned the entire shipment on 2-jan-19 and requested refund. The shipment was picked up and refund was processed in my clubfactory wallet on 2-jan-19. Post that when i checked my balance refund in the app it is showing refund withdrawn on 3-jan-19. There was no withdrawal from my end. Please check where the withdrawal has happened. The withdrawal id is a422p5vwhq0in17455ot2vgsq.
                        The amount is 43.24usd (Rs.3026.58).

                        My amount has been withdrawn from my account from without my permission. This is a case of fraud. Please check this out at the earliest

                            This is regarding the order with awb number of [protected].
                            It was placed and delivered was supposed to receive two things in that order, however i have received just one.
                            I did multiple attempts to chat with the customer chat and helpline numbers, no body helped. I have attached screenshot of no replies from the "support team". I keep contacting them and they say they have escalated it... After waiting for so long for their reply. Haven't yet heard from them please help

                                  Good afternoon!! This is Dr. Trishala!! I have had ordered 2 products ( one on 24.01.2019 and the 2nd one on 25.01.2019 i.e. yesterday and today respectively) under the "EXPRESS DELIVERY" facility provided by you wherein a product is delivered to the consumer within 4-7 days that too without extra charges!! But things are turning out to be wierd as on clicking the "track your order" option the estimated date of delivery is being shown to be 11th & 12th February whereas under the provided scheme I am supposed to receive them by 1st and 2nd February respectively!! It is my sister's wedding and I am in dire need of those 2 things!! Everything I've ordered from Club Factory has well been delivered in advance and I've always rooted for it!! I hope that I do receive my orders under Express Delivery this time as well and I'm not disappointed!! Kindly look into it and ensure that I get my orders delivered within 7 days!! I really want to look the best - it's my sister's wedding afterall and I know it's not possible without Club Factory!! Hoping to hear from you people soon!! Thank you!!

                                    And also i made a payment of rs. 1880. But then after 20-22 days, i received a message saying my order got cancelled due to stock issues.. And also its been exact a month i didn't got my money back. Either you return my money or i'm gone take a strict action or register a complaint against you. Its been high time.. Even you guys are not accepting to re-order the same product and asking me to pay again..                                         This was my first time shopping with club factory and this has been a very bad experience for me. I had placed the order and the payment was also successfully made. I got a confirmation email of the order and payment yet the order summary is not being shown in the paid order or unpaid order section basically there is no track of my order. My order tracking ID is- SO86180304.Please look into the matter, either I want my orders to be delivered or I want my money back. Please reply to this email as I tried all other customer support numbers in the app none of which seems to be working.
