I have ordered a backpack on 11 feb 2019 and is suppose to get delivered by march 1; it's been marked delivered in the tracking panel but the item hasn't reach my hand. I had purchased few products but as i did not like them i had returned them and the amount was lying in my wallet. However, through two transactions one on 25.01.2019 and another in february my balance of more than 2000 was withdrawn through some fake phone number that is not mine. Club factory should refund me my money for being so callous and cheating me of my money...

I had placed an order on the 20-dec 2018 which got cancelled and 'return to warehouse' on the 21-jan 2019. The app shows that the amount was refunded on the app on the 13-feb 2019 at 08:33hrs. And immediately thereafter it shows withdrawal of the amount at 11:35hrs.

However i have not withdrawn the amount, so who did?
Also, i do not have any credit on my account, so where is the money??
