    #s.. I placed order from your site and i paid online and then you sent the order and you made rto and took off my order. Now i cant withdraw my refund too. You are saying me to use it for next order you bloody #. Allow me to withdraw the money or i wil file a complaint that you are using our money like sending product and then cancelling it by yourself and not refunding. Bloody #s i need to withdraw money

      I have ordered a backpack on 11 feb 2019 and is suppose to get delivered by march 1; it's been marked delivered in the tracking panel but the item hasn't reach my hand. I called customer care many times who all gave different answers - one of them said there was technical problem, the other said he'll called back after consulting with others from whom i never received a call again... Some told me to wait another 3 days😢 which he change to 3 hours when i express my shock😩... Anyway i still haven't received yet... Please do something about it! I seriously need that backpack

        As you are showing that my order# so93420003 is pay freeze. Now i am not able to order it because you are not showing my balance when i am trying to order it. Why it is pay freeze? Unfreeze my balance and let me use it. This is a bad experience with club factory. This is my husband lalit's club factory account from which i am trying to order bag packs for our baby girls.
        Please solve our problem as soon as possible because my girls are waiting for those bag packs

        Dear, you must have used both balance and third party payment method. The pay freeze will be released once payment from third party channel is finished. Sorry for the confusion.

        I had placed an order SO64747958 and returned it after a few days.
        This order was placed in Nov 2018 and I have been following up with them for the refund. Customer care is non responsive. Kindly help.
        i don't know why it is showing pay freeze when i paid it from my club factory account balance. 1 rupees extra was required so i paid it from card but know it is showing that club factory account balance is zero and my order is too not paid

          I placed an order a day before and chose the cod option. I was told that i would get a call to verify my cod within 24 hours but i didn't get a call yet. When i tracked the order on site it says that it has been shipped and manifest has been uploaded. I am just worried that is my order actually placed and would i get the delivery on time. I want the delivery to be within 2 weeks as i have to gift this to someone. It would be better if cf becomes more accurate with the tracking and provides more information.

          Dear, I checked from the system, as you have placed COD orders several times with good record, we do not need to call you to confirm the order. This parcel is picked up by local courier now, it will be delivered very soon. You can check the latest status from the APP.
          I bought shoes from Club Factory on Guest Account which has the wrong size. But there has no way been posted of how to return via a guest account. I am highly disappointed and will make sure to never order from club factory. Those shoes costed me a fortune. And their Customer Care line is also busy.
          I have ordered an item from club factory. I thought it to be JBL bluetooth speaker and ordered it. But when the item arrived only I came to know that it was it protective cover. Now I want to return the item and get refunded. My order number is SO91762852. Please do the needful.

              This is regards to online ordered # S[protected] on 03rd Feb 2019 @ 1.21pm,

              This is to informed you that product has been delivered incorrectly on 07th Feb 2019, the same day we have raised the complaint for incorrect product has delivered and product has been returned to courier agency from Club Factory (Attached the zip file FYR)

              However, spoken to many executive on call and via chat on the issue, everyone has given wrong resolution and commitments, and also the issue is pending from a month, yet to resolve a simple issue, it’s very hard to take.

              Always getting wrong dates and time for the refund, since 15 days each one everyone is telling within in 3 working days but that day never arrived.

              Could you please take high action on this and refund the money or please re deliver the product which initially raises (Ear Tops).

              I hope this email finds to you well to get the resolution on this.

              Eagerly looking forward hearing for quick resolution.

                        Dear, if you think your piece is defective, you can apply for free return by uploading the items you got. I checked from the system, the return parcel is still on the way to our warehouse. We issue refund when it is delivered.

                        Now also I have made a return request for one item now it's 4 days gone still no body come for pickup everyday I got message today our will come for pickup be ready but nobody is coming what ur thinking we are free for whole day that is person will I think ur thinking only club factory is only busy other all are totally free no work at all that's why we will sit at home for ur person who will come and collect the item from last 4days why ur courier person is not coming for pickup who will follow up when we call to customer care they are telling we are helpless this is ur service ur providing to customer if courier service is providing the service then change the courier company it's ur duty to followup really worst service from club factory

                        really this type of company shut down in INDIA who never respond to customer and there courier person also never response proper way bad bheviour no responsibilities nothing that's why sloving problem customer satisfaction is just 21% they are taking money in indian Rs and refunding amount in US Dollar in which also they are taking commission per dollar 3 to 4 rs really nice
                        I want to share u one audio also see how ur courier person is talking with us how rudly behaviour but it's more than 2mb so it's can't upload there but really worst service from club factory never recommended anyone to buy from club factory never recommended and if possible to consumer helpline pls take strict action this type of company's

                          I ordered one pendant that costs rs167 but when i received it i didnt like it so i called customer care to return it and he said that rs 90 wiil be cut for shipping charges... And your cod will not be returned
                          Why is this so???
                          Other shopping sites doesnt have this type of provision...
                          Other orders of mine were nice andrvalue to money but this time i am very much upset with cf...

                            I placed and paid for the above order 24/10/2018 totalling 1434 baht which included free shipping being over 990 baht and this was stated in my online receipt and i waited about 6 weeks and received a notification from a courier company who had an office in bangkok called aramex who i knew to be the shipping agents named in my receipt they told me i had to pay 700 baht charges to receive my order i refused contacted clubfactory who said i was liable even though my receipt said free delivery. Aramex without my consent delivered the order which i would not accept because of the 700 baht charge contact between myself and clubfactory continued and also aramex contacted me. Eventually clubfactory told me that if i did not accept the goods and pay delivery charge the goods would be destroyed. I asked for a refund they said no then i got an email from clubfactory saying the goods had been destroyed but this was not true because aramex phoned me and said the goods were in their bangkok office i asked clubfactory again for refund and they said no they have the order and my money i have nothing

                              Hi,
                              I have purchased 2 product from club factory 1 order no so91586308 which i have already paid by card and 2 order no. So91350071 that is on cod.
                              While i ordered this 2 product showing home delivery option on this pin no. 737101
                              But after few days i got the message showing that this area is out of service kindly collect your order from 20/1205 tibet road gangtok. I went that address and i found barber shop on above address.
                              However i called club factory customer center they did not help me to find out my order they are making me fool and gave me courier service center no. I called delhivery courier service center even they also doesn't know there courier patner already left that place how funny is that. They are sending me again and again same address 20/1205 tibet rd with google map.

                              Finally i got message from club factory, my both order is cancelled because no one came for self pick up ha ha ha where i can go with out any correct address at least they have to call me before cancellaion this order.

                              If you did not do good service then closed your web site so we can save our time.

                                I had purchased few products but as i did not like them i had returned them and the amount was lying in my wallet. However, through two transactions one on 25.01.2019 and another in february my balance of more than 2000 was withdrawn through some fake phone number that is not mine. Club factory should refund me my money for being so callous and cheating me of my money

                                    I had placed an order on the 20-dec 2018 which got cancelled and 'return to warehouse' on the 21-jan 2019. The app shows that the amount was refunded on the app on the 13-feb 2019 at 08:33hrs. And immediately thereafter it shows withdrawal of the amount at 11:35hrs.

                                    However i have not withdrawn the amount, so who did?
                                    Also, i do not have any credit on my account, so where is the money??

                                    I had originally made the payment via my paytm account, and there has been no credit to my paytm account. Nor is there any credit on my cc or debit card account.

                                    I have been following up with the customer support operator team since almost 3 months now... First for delivery cancellation issues and now for no refund issue. There is no support at all from them!

                                    I've not received the refund of my order number SO82486812. The company claims that they've refunded and the refund has been withdrawn from the wallet through paytm, but the paytm number they told doesn't belong to me. I've not received any help from the support center of the company.

                                      Dear, I think it is probably because slight color difference between image and the item you got. If you dont like this necklace, you can apply for return from the APP.
                                      When will i get my refund or am i just being fooled.
