Ordered an earrings which has 6 parts in total. Received only 6 of them thus it is useless to me. Now when i am trying to return it, the charges are being deducted from my account itself. Reaching to the customer care on call is tough as it is continuously busy. When i got through, they said i should chat through the app at customer care and send them a pic of the product. Thrice have i told them my concern but there is no one to revert. I had to abort the chat and then restart the conversation to ask them question. They are offering a compensation where they want my approval but on asking if it is above the products price or just that amount is being provided to me, there is no reply. Now again, connecting them on phone is difficult as it is busy.
This is out and out cheating. Providing incomplete product, deducting refund from customer itself and then customer care is providing no solution at all.
Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
