I have ordered 5 items from club factory, my order id is SO45302967, out of 5 items, 2 items i have returned but did not received refund money yet.

Items were picked on 22 September 2018
So45302967 is my order id .

It's near to month but no further communication from them after they have picked items.

Please process my request and refund the money as soon as possible.

    I placed an order on 25/9/18 and i have'nt recieved my order. yet the date to be deliver was 14 approximately. and now its oct.15 in tracking its showing in transit to my location..my order no is : so50272486 tracking no : protected* the mode of payment was COD ..please solve the issue as soon as possible..n till which date i can recieve my order..???

      I did the order for the top but I am out of town this month. So I won't be able to collect the order so please help me cancelling the order mentioned below. I will reorder it when required. If I don't cancel the order i will be blacklisted from all of the e-commerce websites from ordering on CASH ON DELIVERY. Kindly help me out.

        I placed an order in the morning with the order number fraud : so55827224 on the club factory website. I realised thatafter placing an order the sizeof the product haschnaged from xl to xxxs. As this will ot serve the purpose, i called up the customer care #[protected] and[protected].
        They said that the order cant be altered though it is placed just now, it had to be cancelled and re-ordered as the refund happens immediately.
        I trusted and shared mydebit card number and i saw that a transaction to debit all the available balance was placed and processed without asking for any authentication.
        When i tried to call back on the said numbers, they didn't pick up the calls even.

          I have ordered 4 wallets in the 1st week of october... I received a message stating my order number so52622754 and mentioned that my order will reach by october 23rd... Now when i checked... It is mentioned that i will receive my order only by november 2nd... Its very disappointing.. I have paid the money also... I ordered this for my cousin's birthday on october 10... Will i receive my order before that... Plz do see this issue... I am also afraid whether i will even receive my products worth approximately 2000 rupees...

            I ordered 17s wireless headphones order no s[protected]. But the received piece was defective so on the same day i requested for a return policy. On my surprise ur pick boy with contact number[protected] said me to reach at his place and provide the parcel this is very disgusting to know the type of worst customer service the club factory providing to their customers and till date my order is still on applied request and further more i called customer service to get the ultimate resolution but again ur customer care executive ms megha told me to wait for a week time.
            Hope i will get a rply back when the person come to collect my parcel and i will get my refund back

            I ordered a pair of shoes, order id : SO43524467. I requested for return on 4th Sep'18. I am surprised to see that no one has contacted me yet to pick it and nor a response from club factory has been received.

            I feel like that I have been cheated.

            If possible, can my complaint be registered and sorted.

              I am order earbuds. But it's quality is not good. So i returned to you for refund at oct 5. But yet the money didn't refunded to me. Please give me my money back sir. Or otherwise i will promote your company as a fake company. Lets do it fast for my money back.

                  Kindly look into this matter asap.

                  Kindly note recent order so48410225 on club factory for which i already applied for return option through app but till now no one came.. Hence i am not satisfied with the product becoz its damaged.. Please make sure i get my refund... Please do check your product before you delivered to customer. Check sleeves.
                  From last 5-6 days i am trying to call your customer service number but it's always coming as busy... Atleast take efforts for replying mail or send your representative to pick your product. 3 reminder already given but no reply... What should i do.

                  If this kind of service you are going to provide and take it lightly will stop shopping from club factory and will make sure my friends also don't ship from you.

                  I need refund asap.

                      I had ordered a bag and a necklace on[protected]. So40730550. I kept the necklace and returned the bag.. I should have been refunded rs. 1014.41 - charges for pick up. = 924.87. However, till date i have not received the refund. The history on the app says the it is refunded on[protected]. But i have not got the refund. Please can someone explain where has the money gone,, if it is refunded???

                          I am not able to withdraw my balance money from the app. I have been trying to withdraw the money through paytm. I have submitted my paytm mobile number also but it is saying withdrawal cancel again and again. I tired contacting clubfactory but there number is always busy and there is no other way to communicate. This is the worst experience i have ever had. I want my refund asap.

                            I have ordered a product, tracking no[protected] and again this has come of a small size.. This is the second time i have ordered the same product and what was delivered is a smaller size product.. I think the company is cheating customers in india.. To confuse the client this company cut the size tag so that customer will not come to know.. Similar thing happened when i ordered the same product.. Size tag was cut and when i returned the product refund was initiated with a deduction.. This is not a customer fault so why the money was deducted.. I need the refund of that as well as refund of this consignment.. Even the customer care executive fool you over the phone as they don't have reply to this.. They keep you on hold or transfer the call on pretext to talking to senior executive.. Call never get answered..

                              I had placed the order on 7th october.. My order no is so53112784.
                              I'm not able to track my order anywhere, i placed my order as a guest. Even the customer care is not responding, i dont know why the hell have you open up the company if you cannot deliver wha you promise. Pathetic service, pathetic support.

                              Let me know the status of order or refund the amount asap. Also if you guys cannot help customers, then please stop fooling people with your website and pathetic service.

                                      Ordered an earrings which has 6 parts in total. Received only 6 of them thus it is useless to me. Now when i am trying to return it, the charges are being deducted from my account itself. Reaching to the customer care on call is tough as it is continuously busy. When i got through, they said i should chat through the app at customer care and send them a pic of the product. Thrice have i told them my concern but there is no one to revert. I had to abort the chat and then restart the conversation to ask them question. They are offering a compensation where they want my approval but on asking if it is above the products price or just that amount is being provided to me, there is no reply. Now again, connecting them on phone is difficult as it is busy.
                                      This is out and out cheating. Providing incomplete product, deducting refund from customer itself and then customer care is providing no solution at all.

                                        I ordered two tops together.. But when parcel came only one top was there... I already did the payment for both. After a day i got a call from club factory that other product will be delivered soon.. Now i'm trying calling them.. But there no. Is always busy. Getting really annoyed. Why we need more characters. Worst delivery very poor service of club factory
