I need to cancel my order. I ordered the cloths before 2 days. I had ordered a t shirt worth 900 in cod membership. I will not be able to receive the order as i am going out to different country for a long time. My mobile number will also be switched off. I also don't have anyone to receive order. I will again order more cloths in some months. I am sorry for this. Please cancel my order

          Did not receive the bag that i ordered but in the website... It shows that it's been delivered... Completely frustrated and tried speaking with them... Was not able to contact... Tried contacting through chat... They did not respond as per the requirement...
          Really want them to at least give a number to which we can call and speak... Their chat service does not provide the required response which is required but it always says a contact number which you cannot contact

            Hello. I want to say that by mistake i placed an order on club factory app while viewing my cart. My order number was so58195668. I immediately cancelled that order but i dont know whats wrong with the app. The app is not showing that my order has been cancelled or not. I didn't even recieved any kind of email or sms, which confirmed that my order has been cancelled or not. From the app, it is not yet clear about the cancellation of my order. I request you to please cancel my order.

I hve tried many times calling ur hotline number But its always busy. I posted a picture wd ny order id.                   I ordered a top with size m wherein i received the top with size l.. Nd isnt the way its shown on your app. As its not the way i expected to be i want to return the product. Though its your mistake shipping charges are getting deducted from my refund amount and to inform this as well as told to sent the pics your customer service chat isn't working from 2 days.. What to do so that i'll get my complete refund amount? Please see to it asap.

                  I had ordered 2 dresses with order id- SO52740297. I received the order today and the dress doesn't match the photos at all. I wanted to initiate a refund but the ' apply for return' option is disabled for me. The customer support is also of no help. What is the process of the return? Please help me to initiate the return and refund my money.

                                I am first time shopping from club factory. I ordered on 29/9/18 but still not received my stuff. My order no so 50855013. I am unable to track it plus i am calling the customer care no through the app and no response is there. When i check through app, it msg no tracking ino available. Also i got msg from club factory "currently your item is not available and you don't need to pay when it delivered". I want to know where is my order? It's not good experience from club factory when shopping it first time. Hope for quick response.
