        Did not receive the bag that i ordered but in the website... It shows that it's been delivered... Completely frustrated and tried speaking with them... Was not able to contact... Tried contacting through chat... They did not respond as per the requirement...
        Really want them to at least give a number to which we can call and speak... Their chat service does not provide the required response which is required but it always says a contact number which you cannot contact

          Hello. I want to say that by mistake i placed an order on club factory app while viewing my cart. My order number was so58195668. I immediately cancelled that order but i dont know whats wrong with the app. The app is not showing that my order has been cancelled or not. I didn't even recieved any kind of email or sms, which confirmed that my order has been cancelled or not. From the app, it is not yet clear about the cancellation of my order. I request you to please cancel my order.

            I have ordered an item five days ago nd its shipped but now its longer needed by me. But it is stated in the clubfactory app that once its being shipped I cant cancel it. I hve tried many times calling ur hotline number But its always busy. I posted a picture wd ny order id. Kindly cancel my order and its a cod, so i dnt want to be blacklisted for other cods due to rejecting this order. Cancel at the earliest

                I ordered a top with size m wherein i received the top with size l.. Nd isnt the way its shown on your app. As its not the way i expected to be i want to return the product. Though its your mistake shipping charges are getting deducted from my refund amount and to inform this as well as told to sent the pics your customer service chat isn't working from 2 days.. What to do so that i'll get my complete refund amount? Please see to it asap.

                I had ordered 2 dresses with order id- SO52740297. I received the order today and the dress doesn't match the photos at all. I wanted to initiate a refund but the ' apply for return' option is disabled for me. The customer support is also of no help. What is the process of the return? Please help me to initiate the return and refund my money.

                  I wants to get early delivery of my products. I want my product before 2nd nov 2018. After 2nd. I am not in town for 1.5 month.
                  That’s why i want my product delivery earlier.
                  I need that product which i purchased form your company.

                  I hereby request you to please cancel my order as i won't be able to pay the money and wont be available on the delivery date.

                      My order is not delivered till dt. Order was placed in september. Amount was rs318.69. It is really a d experience. Plz give my money back and cancell my order. Actually l have a very bitter experience with you people. Please gove my money back and i promise to never again deal with you.                             I had ordered items from clubfactory and i chose the cod order. They said they'd call me within 24 hrs but it's been 1 week and i haven't received a call yet. It has not just happened once but twice. I want you to please kindly take this into action.

                              I am first time shopping from club factory. I ordered on 29/9/18 but still not received my stuff. My order no so 50855013. I am unable to track it plus i am calling the customer care no through the app and no response is there. When i check through app, it msg no tracking ino available. Also i got msg from club factory "currently your item is not available and you don't need to pay when it delivered". I want to know where is my order? It's not good experience from club factory when shopping it first time. Hope for quick response.

                                Paytm has credited Club Factory With Rs 442.53 Vide Cash Txn no [protected] on 9th Oct 2018 at 6.45 pm.

                                Item ordered not delivered.

                                Co help line called at[protected] at 8.42 pm on 16th Oct and at 09.37 am on 17th Oct only kept saying hold on for 15 mins before disconnecting..

                                  I want to cancel my order so54698865 because one of the 2 items of my order was unavaliable. So the company cancled 1 item and shipped another1. I ordered on cod so now, i have to pay 100rs twice. Either
                                  1. Cancle my order
                                  2. Give me 100rs compensation
                                  3. Reschedule my shipment when both the items are available...

                                      We had our anniversary on 21st october 2018. My girlfriend ordered a dress 2-3 weeks ago which was supposed to be delivered on 18th october 2018. Received the order though on 21st noon, and found it malfunctioned. Contacted 10 times on the chat but no one responded. Then contacted on call with clubfactory call support, they disconnected the call several times after listening to the issue. On 11th call a managers (Rahul kumar) promised us a callback which we haven't recieved even after 3 hours.
