I placed an on order on25/9/18 n today is 17 oct..in my id it ws showing that it will come at 14 oct approx. And in the tracking order for whole one week its in transit to my location i also checked the courier's site (Same thing).. My order is-:so50272486 n my payment mode was cod txn no[protected]. For how long i have to wait? When my order will come please solve the issue as soon as possible

My order no. Awb[protected] payid rs.1005.06 by cash. I am not happy with the product quality and the size is also not working... Please refund me asap.. I want. Refund. I tried the coat bt it was too big for me and the material was not good. I thought of altering but no it is not possible.. The picture which i saw b4 ordering and in reality it's too different. It's not worth 1000 rs.. Please return me asap..

I m not satisfied with the product. MY ORDER NO. IS SO50198797 . Elastic of bottom wear is not stretchable & Inner wear is too short & also not stretchable. Material of suit is not good as i have seen on your website. overall product is not worth. Not value for money. It took so long time & then i have got product like this which is very depressing for me. As a customer, now I will not prefer to shop anything from club factory. I Have order

Club Factory — lucky draw fraud

I got a sms from Club Factory that i won a lucky draw and they are giving me 2 options, option 1 is Tata Safari and option 2 is INR 12, 60, 000 money prize. So I tell them that i want to avai the money prize, Then they told me to submit INR 6, 499 charge to process my payment.from where did they get information of our order and its tracking details stop this fraud as soon as possible

My name is Vanshaj Kumar. I ordered a sports casual shoe from club factory, but it didn't meet my expectation. So i put refund request on the same day i got shoe. While filling the refund form i accidently wrote my credit card number instead of my bank account number.
After 5 days it shows that my money has been refunded but how can money be refunded on a debit card number. I call to customer service so many times and they just say wait we are processing, you will get your money soon and its been more than 45 days but still i didn't get any.
I want my money back as soon as possible or else i am ready to put a complaint on consumer court.

I ordered a jacket from club factory, i am highly disappointed. Its a daylight robbery that you people are doing.
I ordered my product on 19 th sept and it reached me yesterday i. E. 15 oct, it took 16 days to reach me. And the product is extremely cheap, and flimsy. If i buy it from market i will think twice before spending rs 100, it costed me 715. With discount. Seriously criminal minded sick people are there, who want to expand busi ess by looting people.
I am now uninstalling my app for good. I need full refund for the product i ordered.

Updated by Eden Lepcha DAYLIGHT ROBBERY IS WHAT CLUBFACTORY IS. Took 16 day time to be delivered and the product itself is flimsy and cheap that, I would not giving it to begger also. Looting and fraud is a criminal offence. Please i require full refund.

2 days ago my order from club factory was delivered. Of the 4 items 2 were damaged and on requesting a free return pick up, i got a response to say it cant be done and they can only repay 1$ against the price of roughly 10$ equivalent to 597 indian rupees. I did send them proper evidence of the damaged products via chat support. Customer care number is continously busy i was the lucky caller after trying 20 times.. They promised that i would receive a call back from the cf support chat team which i never did. I have been relentlessly trying to resolve this matter since 2 days but to no avail. Please help.

Hi,
I want to register a complaint against club factory. I have ordered a sweat shirt on 28th September, 2018 and it git delivered a week later. I didn't wanted the transaction to happen, so I went for cancelling the order, but their staff was very rude and they didn't cancel my order. On 14 October, I raised a request for cancelling and getting my refund, they asked my card details. I refused many times, but they told me if I want my refund, I need to give the details. With no option left, I had to share my details. They deducted INR 15000 from my card. I know, the mistake was mine for sharing the details, but I want to raise my complaint against them and want to get back my money. Please take a strict action against them and make sure such fraudsters cease to exist from our society.
