I order a product from clubfactory. I submitted the correct address but i don't know why on every order it shows wrong address. On my 1st order this problem occurred but it was resolved by customer care. But when this time i tried to contact the live customer care services i got no response from them. I want to change my order delivery address as soon as possible.

    I ordered few items yesterday but i forgot to check waist size and put 33 waist, i am trying to contact customer support but they are not responding. Please change the size of 3 underwear and trousers to 30 or 32 if 30 is not available.
    I am surprised by customer service like they are not talking at all.. Please rectify it before it is delivered.

              Sorry for the trouble but want to cancel these two orders as i no longer want the products.
              I've always been buying products from club factory but as of now the product is no longer needed so, please cancel it.
              I tried to cancel it on the app but the company has disabled the cancel option so kindly help me to resolve this problem as it would be a waste for me to pay for products that i no longer need. This doesn't mean that i would stop buying from this online shopping site. I will surely buy next time. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
              And there is no need of any refund as it is a cod.
              Please solve this problem as early as possible.

                  Iam very disappointed with this app... I had select a free item and collect my likes but when the likes are completed it is not showing the option of 'add to cart'... I have done it three times in three weeks but it is not showing how to get it free... Please provide the option of add to cart on free items so that i shop other items as well... Thnku...

                    By social engineering - when i call on customer care no someone recieved the call and when i ask him to check my order details as payment confirmes but order has not placed he asks me about my payment mode and then devit card no and cvv as he said he need to verify my account or else u call on different no i cant help you so i tell him cvv and otp also so then everyone knows my cash got stolen and everytime you call they again ask for cvv to verify it

                    I know its my mistake but club factory must see this as its not only my mistake

                            I ordered one dress in club factory. My order number is so54912575. But they delivered me a different dress. Now i am not able to return the product. I am not seeing any option to return the product in club factory app. I want to get my money refunded. Or at least i need to get the same dress what i ordered. Also when i checked the details in the app, they have given like they will take shipping charge for the dress. It's them who have delivered wrong dress to me, and it's their mistake and then also they are taking shipping charge for the product.

                                I order a Bluetooth speaker which was broken and I demanded refund and it got credited in my club factory account balance.                                       On 9th oct i had ordered one pair of martin boots high heels metal straps having order no. So53742828. Within 24hrs i received a call from club factory and i confirmed that order. But today when i tracked the order it showed that it got cancelled. And i got a text that "we are sorry but while processing your order so53742828, some items are no longer available. You don't need to pay for them when the package is delivered." can i know the that though my order is cancelled, then which parcel i ll get??? And why my order get cancelled?? Club factory..

                                        I placed an on order on25/9/18 n today is 17 oct..in my id it ws showing that it will come at 14 oct approx.
