    I've ordered one dress last month and waited patiently for the order to be delivered, but some days later you people cancelled it by saying that it is out of stock. I'm fine with that and order another dress actually two with order no. So51278177 & so51277980. I m afraid that again you'll cancel my order because when i tracked down the order details it is showing that please be patient some part of your order from factory is delayed. You know i had high hopes from club factory but because of last incident i m starting to doubt on your service. It's my humble request that please deliver my these two orders as soon as possible otherwise it's my last product that i m buying from this site. Thank you.

      Against order ref s[protected] an amount of rs.394.29 was deducted from my account. But after discussion on 14.09.18 over phone (To [protected] at 12.29pm) and came to know that the order has been cancelled.
      Product delivery date was 11.09.18.
      As the order has been cancelled, the deducted money should be return back to account.
      So please arrange to return back the money to my account with interest or delay charges.

        I have order the t shirt because of the size mismatch i returned. My order number is s[protected]. But in the app its showing the amount is withdraw successfully on 9/9/2018. I have chated with the customer care persons they telling escalated the issue to senior team. Its been 30 days the issue has not been resolved. The utr number they provided is not there in any transcation of my account. I have checked in bank also. Please its a question of customer trust. Please look into the issue.

          My cod got cancelled... My order was confirmed on the first day and then after it was showing that my order is being processed after about 6-7 days my cod got cancelled but it is showing to be patient from the last few days... It is appearing as if the order is not cancelled yet... Pleasee let me know if its cancelled or not... So that i can buy new stuff

              I placed an order on aug 7th 2018 for an amount of inr 2076.2994. I did not receive the products till date. Early september onwards i have been trying to contact their customer care through emails and calls. But no response. Telephone line as always busy. Finally on sep 14th i was able to connect to theor customer care agent on chat. They said items were not delivered due to natural disaster and they initiated a refund request. I got an email confirmation as well. But till date i did not receive a refund. It is almost 4 weeks now. I need my money refunded.

                I have ordered a pink colour hoodie.. Of size 3xl... The club factory authorities has sent me a small size i guess.. And the hair clips i ordered are of worst quality.. Im hating this.. I expected more as i placed the order 20 days back.. And ive ordered this black top which is again very disappointing... The material is really horrible.. Highly disappointed.. I demand a refund immediatley... My email adress is [protected]@gmail.com and my order id is so49517551 the product quality is not upto the mark and the clips are of cheap quality... I would be glad i[censored] could resolve my matter...

                  My order no. SO52379880 is still not verified. There is no call from your end. I can’t trace my order & can’t check when I’ll receive it. The customer care no. keeps me waiting for hours & the call never gets connected to a customer care executive. I placed an order on 4th Oct & received a call the same day but when I asked to transfer the call to a customer care executive the call got disconnected. As per your rules, every order needs verification. I still have not received any call for order verification. I have not been able to see whether my order is coming or not. There is no message or call from your end. The Customer care no. is useless. The call never gets transferred. Let me know the status of my order. The whole experience of placing an order with Club Factory has been really bad.

                    I had bought a dress from club factory. It has been delivered but the quality is worst and the stitching is also very poor. Moreover the colour is not same at all. The material is very bad.The price of the product is 648/- on the website, but according to the quality of the dress it should have been 200/-. I am highly disappointed with the product and with Club Factory. My friend had also bought a dress and it is different too. I don't understand why do the online shopping companies deceive people so much.

                      I recently ordered 2 bracelets of best friends and i am highly unsatisfied with my delivery. The quality of the bracelets is pathetic. One bracelet is broken and the other one rather than having best friends on it it has daughter written. Really disappointed with the application and would never ever in my life would order from this application also i would never let anyone of my friends order from here.

                          My order number is s[protected]. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. The expresses has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
                          I want to know where is my order.
                          The mail clearly specifies that the tracking details will be available.in 2-3 days..
                          More than 1. Weeks gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.

                              I ordered 2 footwear as a guest from club factory.
                              Product quality is very bad.
                              Order reference no is: so50386937
                              I ordered the product on 26th september.
                              Its my first shopping experience with club factory.
                              The price charged is not worth.
                              It a total waste of money.
                              I will get much better stuff from my local market.
                              I want this order to be return asap.
                              Sad to say that i had to attend a wedding function so i was excited to were the product of club factory.
                              I could have recommend this to my friends also but now i have to think.

                                I had ordered some stuffs from club factory app and i didn't like the material of two products, so i returned them. I got money in club factory wallet and i opted to transfer it to my bank account. The amount was $11.39. But i never received my money in the bank account! I spoke to them lots of time, but they never address it properly.

                                I don't have the chat records because they have erased the history. But if they have refunded, i want the proof from them.

                                  The cash on delivery option for the concern area with pincode 797001has stopped. So now its really difficult to order literally any product and moreover it does not feel safe to pay a huge amount online. The easier or safer the methods, it is good for the customers and many products can be ordered without any hesitation.Cash on delivery is way more reliable and does not seem to be something like a scam. Please avail the COD for the above mentioned are pincode as soon as possible.

                                    I have ordered 8 items and all comes out to be worst item. All items are bad qualities and does not meet the qualities shown in the photo so, I applied for returns and haven't sent any confirmation msg or calls. It's been 4 days and no schedule for pick up has been alloted neither any customer care calls for solving the issues. This is insane. I have trusted club factory but now I am worried. My family and I myself purchased multiple items but did not expected such a careless actions from the company.

                                    There are about 8 items I have received from Club Factory, 7 of which are VERY dissatisfactory.
                                    I have raised a return request but there has been no notification or response. No one picks up calls either. I don't know if someone has received my request or not. Please help me with the return and get my money refunded, it was a waste of time and money ordering. The time taken for orders to arrive was too much as well.

                                      I have ordered through club factory on Sept 15 which was Deliverd to me on Oct
                                      1 and One product of my order number SO47293450 has not been delivered to me yet. I have talked to their customer care support yet my problem is not resolved. They promised me to deliver another equivalent product instead of that undelivered product but yet my problem is not resolved. Now it's since 1 week I have complained and they are not responding to my complaint yet.
