Have received the order no so51024056 order placed on 29th sep 2018, the storage bag is missing from the bag and even the usb data cable protector is missing. I like to return this product my order id is so51024056 and i want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return. Please let me know the procedure for the same.
This is the 1st and last worst experience shopping with club factory. Please ban this company transactions in india

    I have orderd 3 t shirt in club factory n da estimated delivery date was 11th october but till now i didn't get it.
    From last 5 days they kept in the courier office in bangalore oly.
    They not try to makr delivery
    I m totally not happy with the delivery service of club factory and there services
    I called to xpressbee today also but there response was not good.
    They are not trying to deliver only simply keeping parcel in there bangalore office for a long time.
    It will take hardly 2 hours from bangalore.
    I requeste not to happen it again i thought not to shop anymore in the club factory
    Try to take action thank u

      Kindly cancel my order no. SO54441123 from club factory as it has been mistakenly ordered. I just checked my inbox to find that my order is being prepared. It hasnt been shipped yet. And the address is completely wrong. So please cancel it in order to avoid inconvenience.

        My order number isno. So49737722. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
        I want to know where is my order.
        The mail clearly specifies that the tracking details will be available.in 2-3 days..
        More than 2. Weeks gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.

            Pathetic customer service i had ever seen.
            I have raised a return request on 17 sept and even after 25 days no one has contacted me to pickup delivery. I called 4-5 time on customer care number and all the time they said they will arrange pickup in next 2 days.
            Their chat support was also horrable they didn't even bother to reply properly or fast, it take me 50-60 min to chat only 5-6 lines. They are replying me after 10-10 mins break. And after few lines chat they only said we will issue the refund of shipping fee in 24 hours and without asking anything they just ended the chat. They also didn't ask either i want to know anything else or i am satisfy with the given solution or not.

So i requested for refund and pick up but yet no body contacted me and even your customer care number is always busy when i will get my refund and when you will pick up the item.                 Please let me the producer and i want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from china. Please don't use this website.

                  I wanted to return 2 items from club factory but i can't.. They told to wait 10 days after the shipping date so the infos will update in the order page so i can apply for return.. But now it has been more than 10 days and nothing updated yet! Please help me with this because the return date is short.. I can return in 9 days only.. This's the order no.                     I have ordered wireless mouse and i have received the delivery on 27 sep 2018. But when i opened the package it was defective as it seems like a used or the product is damaged in commute. So i returned the item on 28 sep 2018 the very next day of delivery to the same delivery guy who came for pick up. But till now refund is not processed. When i called customer care they are saying we haven't received the return yet. They are not even bothered to check with the delivery team. Its more than 14 days and i'm shocked to see the service level. Want my refund as soon as possible.

                          My order number is so5089553. All the products ordered under this ordered were mostly for kid age of size 0-48 months. But they would for any adults. Caps ordered under this order are extremely big n firs any adult perfectly... The bun maker preferred under this is absolutely horrible n worst quality. I would want to return the entire order n request for refund. But the club factory customer care doesn't respond.

                              I got a msg from club facory that

                              "dear customer congratulations for club factory you are second luccky winner tata nexon car contact for [protected]"

                              When i have call on the no given in msg then he (Kailash prasad bhatiya) told me that the you are the lucky winner and you won tata nexon car if you do not taken car then you can take the market amount of the car that is 680000 on given 6800rs on this account s. B. I a/c [censored]al hembram [protected] sbin0017171
                              Sbi bank
                              Then they released winner amount after deposit 6800rs.
                              I[censored] choose to taken car then you will deposit 9500rs and get home delivery
                              The mobile no of that person is [protected] and also he gives a toll free no. Is [protected]
                              So guys these are frauds and beware of them and do not pay any amount.

                                I order 2 hand bags and 2 blouses on 24th sept'18. Received the same on 9th october. Very very bad quality. Been trying to contact customer care at the given telephone number, 2 of which are inoperable and the 3rd, after trying for well over an hour, i get through, follow the recorded instructions and then i am told to hold on as i will be passed on to someone. Sadly, i wait and wait and wait and in sheer disgust, i disconnect. Thereafter, on trying to re-establish contact, no luck whatsoever. How do i return these sub standard products?? Please help!!
