I had made a guest order in club factory on 6th september 2018 my order no is so45470367 now i am not able to track my order.

It's almost 1 week since i have ordered. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. I have made the payment and it was shown order will be shipped. I have no idea of where my order is.

Pls help me out to track my order.

This has to inform you that i ordered a Men's v neck short sleeve t-shirt order no so[protected]. I received the item but that is not of Same Product Which i Orederd. So i want to refund. I logged as a guest customer and now i didn't find any refund option. Plz tell me the right procedure as soon as possible...

i have order for the smat watch and you have send us a Chain Stap without watch, i am not sure what is going on from your end. i am trying to reach on call center number from a week, but we cannot connect to it. please help in resolving the issue not sure what is your service from Delhi, getting cheated like this.

I received my order on 30 or 31 August 2018.
I am not at all Satisfied With the products I have received.

I still didnt get my refund and they r blaming me for all this.. they send me mails stating that it was my fault... They leaked my number and so the fraud ppl got it.. i just need my money.. clubfactory is a fake company plz do not trust these guys they take money and say the cistomer that it is his/her fault. I just need my money

I ordered something from club factory in 15th August, 2018 but soon it had cancelled by itself. It had showed that the money has been refunded but nothing happened. Still it's 10th September, I can't get my money back. I paid it through paytm. It showed that it will take 5-10 business days for refunding money.
I'm requesting to take action and please try to return my money quickly.

It's been more than a month i am following up with them to refund my amount as they sent damaged products. They have still not refunded my whole amount and looted me. Their customer care number is invalid and chat support guys are horribly ignorant and don't respond me on any status. Everyday they come up with new stories and don'treply properly
Big fraudsters has looted me.

I have purchase a shirt (1068 rs) rson may month and i got the product on july 21st and that was bad quality china product i put for refund on july 22nd{return id son[protected]}. No body came to pick back the product then i contact to customer care through chat option {phone call option is not available only money waste}. They told me to sent the product to uttar pradesh address on after recives the product they told me they will refund in 2 to 3 days but still id not get refund. After updation of application old chat history also not there. To whom i will ask my money. No responts from your team

The prouduct i bought i returned due some quality issue after the return i recieved the payment in the balance section of club factory app. And i withdraw the amount twice, first time it was failed which was on 24th of aug'18 and second time it shows withdrawal successfully which was on 2nd of sept'18 it's been a week now that i haven't received the amount. Can you please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
