I want to return my order so43799420. I was ordered womens shoes but i received chain only so i want to return the product. How to return product what is the process. I want money refund.
Please let me the producer and i want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from china. Please don't use this website.
Hope to get proper guidance from this site as they are not replying on facebook too.

    My order number is so43997565. My order has been show shipped and payment already done. But i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call. One day your customer service person said, tell me your card number, date and cvv for return my amount. I think club factory site is totally wroung and your representative is cheater.
    I want to know where is my order. And my return mount.

      Hi, my self runika. I ordered a luggage_bags on 22nd august 2018. I received order on 4th september 2018 but product quality is not good when i opened the order. I already talked with your customer supoort excutive. He said you have just send the msg on chat "i want to return my order" then our compay pickup boy will pic order from you. I already sent details to customer support center but till now i did't receive any reveret from your side. I called many times on your customer care number but number also shown busy. Kindly return my order & refund my money on urgent basis.

      Still now no response . You picked up my reverse order on 14september but still now I didn't get my money refunded. Customer care people didn't give any reply. Every time no is not available. This company do farud with people's. Don't buy any thoughts ng from this company they didn't have good quality products & don't give customers refund back if order is not good. Very pathetic experience. If I have to rate I will give minis rating.

        I get my product on 08-sep-2018 11:17...

        But i only get the silicone rubber band... What about the main part from where i see the time in the watch...

          Hey... I placed an order of backpack by mistake the order no is so45797675... Please please cancel my order as i don't know how to cancel it. Please help me out. Im so sorry for inconveinence caused. Bdw i liked your product but i don't need it right now. I'll order the product whenever i need it. But pls cancel it right now because it would jaust be a waste of both time for you and mosey by me.             I had placed the order on 24th august.. My order no is so42526642.. When i try to track my order from the mobile app, it's continuously showing that it is at customs, since august 31st iam getting the same. It is almost 16days now and u still havent received my ordered.. Either please let me know when will i receive my order. Even when we call to the customer care, simply they are holding the call but nobody attempting the calls also. Waiting for a positive response.

              My name is mounika. I had ordered my product, awb: [protected] on august 16th.
              I got a message fron xpressbees that my order is out for delivery. I am waiting for that, and next day i got message that
              ' we couldn't deliver your order. You were not available.'
              I called xpressbees customer care number and have told them to contact me when you cant reach me. Still im getting same message that
              We couldn't deliver your cf.., awb:[protected], as you were not available.

              So i request you to consider my complaint and please deliver my order as soon as possible, as it was already late.

                I want to cancel my order so44977881. Sorry for the trouble. I was looking forward for this item but then im not going to be college and wont be at home for vacation anytime soon. So please cancel the order. It was an earing set. A gold coloured one.

                I also cant find the account where i purchased this order to cancel this order or to track it. So kindly do the above.

                      These sites shall be banned as this doesnt refund the money for return.
                      Firstly the site is worse for ordering as it provides real cheap quality stuff. I returned the goods, and as per the policy it was expected that the amount will be credited in my club factory account in 3 days, however it took 16 days for return. Then later as per the policy that the amount will be refunded by 5-10 days to my bank account. However its been more than 3 weeks and amount has not refunded.
                      The support is really poor and no on providing proper update on when the amount will be returned. On following always they mention 3-5 days.

                      It seems to be fake.

                        My order no so39595867 with club-factory have been misrouted from the destination city since the date of delivery.. The item was to be delivered on aug 31st and till now i have not received my product. Please resolve the inconvenience caused as early as possible. I kindly request you to let me know whether i will receive my product or not.. It has already been delayed by 8 days. This is my first experience with club-factory. Waiting for your response.

                          Received order - 15 aug 2018
                          Returned products - 17th aug 2018 due to incorrect sizes through professional courier as the club factory app gave me a option of returning the products through professional courier. I paid rs.120/- courier charges. The address to return the products was mentioned as dtdc warehouse in delhi. On 20 august 2018 the dtdc warehouse in delhi rejected my package and the package was sent back to mumbai. Then after lot of contacting club factory on chats, one of the agents wrote on chat that i need to send it through dtdc courier only. Then again i spent rs.180/- by sending it through dtdc courier. This time the dtdc warehouse in delhi accepted the return package. Within few days i got my refund for the products as well as rs.180/- of dtdc courier charges. Now i want the refund of rs.120/- that i spent on professional courier to sent my package. It is my right to get rs.120/- back because the club factory app gave me an option to send the products through professional courier. It is the wrong information on club factory app because of which my rs.120/- was wasted. There should be strict action on this club factory and this app should be discontinued in india. And action should be taken on dtdc warehouse too for rejecting the packages sent through other courier channels.

                              I ordered a denim jacket which id of large size and poor quality. I want to return the item but on my account there is no information to track or return the order. Plz tell how can i return. Also previously they had taken my products back saying i was not available and still not refunded my money. Fake company. I want my return and refund as soon as possible or i will take some legal action. Their phone numbers are also not responding.

There is i don't have any refund from you. I really have ridiculous experience with this site.in future i don't think so for prepare ds site again & give advice to other peoples dn't use this site.                                     I have purchased some products from club factory app. The products we're o[censored]tmost cheap quality. Hence immediately applied n for return. But it's more than a month, no body turned for pick up of products. Also called customer care number once where their executive just made false promises and told that it will be done in 2 days.

                                    It's really painful experience. Will never buy any product from this cheap company.

                                      I receive a fake call who tell me that you are lucky winner from club factory and you have two opt one is tata safari car and another cash prize of 12, 60, 148 and he asked for pan card and account no.
                                      I buy a cross body bag online form club factory. But I recieve it, it is too small not sufficient for lunch or other things. so I decide to return it. Please help me refund my money.

                                        I had placed an order in the flash sale on club factory for a set of 10 rings on september 2nd and i was supposed to receive it around 15-20th september 2018
                                        But i received it on 4th september morning itself. The parcel was in a box, i received it and as soon as i opened it i saw that the box was empty it didn't have the product but just the wrapper.
                                        I immediately called the delivery guy to inform him about it and he said that he will talk to his senior and let me know, but well he didn't, later i called him and asked him about it so he said that you must reach the site itself for this issue. Soon after i got the customer care number of clubfactory and called them, they didn't take my call... I called them multiple times but it just said that the person is busy, till date i call them daily but there isn't any response. I even tried to reach through texts but there also it shows active yet there is no reply to solve the issue.
                                        Prior me texting them the app use to show that i am yet to receive the product but now it says that i have received it.
                                        I have ordered rings before too but they never came in a box, it was always in an envelope sort thing also i have never received a product from club factory within a gap of one day, since the products are imported from other places.
                                        In addition the wrapper in which the rings were supposed to be was closed in a way that in no case can 10 rings ever come inside it... It was that closely packed and the box was of no use... This was intensionally done by the seller or the clubfactory workers itself.

                                        I want a refund for my products cost else deliver me the product as soon as possible.
