I had placed an order in the flash sale on club factory for a set of 10 rings on september 2nd and i was supposed to receive it around 15-20th september 2018
But i received it on 4th september morning itself. The parcel was in a box, i received it and as soon as i opened it i saw that the box was empty it didn't have the product but just the wrapper.
I immediately called the delivery guy to inform him about it and he said that he will talk to his senior and let me know, but well he didn't, later i called him and asked him about it so he said that you must reach the site itself for this issue. Soon after i got the customer care number of clubfactory and called them, they didn't take my call... I called them multiple times but it just said that the person is busy, till date i call them daily but there isn't any response. I even tried to reach through texts but there also it shows active yet there is no reply to solve the issue.
Prior me texting them the app use to show that i am yet to receive the product but now it says that i have received it.
I have ordered rings before too but they never came in a box, it was always in an envelope sort thing also i have never received a product from club factory within a gap of one day, since the products are imported from other places.
In addition the wrapper in which the rings were supposed to be was closed in a way that in no case can 10 rings ever come inside it... It was that closely packed and the box was of no use... This was intensionally done by the seller or the clubfactory workers itself.
I want a refund for my products cost else deliver me the product as soon as possible.
