I placed a order for watch & make payment by net banking hdfc bank worth rupees 288.
But now no information or confirmation sms about product.i want my refund.Clubactory phone number is fraud .You can not contact.this number [protected] registered in Dadri Gaziabad up.no full address is available.
It is an offence u/s 420 IPC.I have to lodge FIR against ClubFactory.

I have placed an order as a guest user and they have send me wrong size so i returned the product once they received the order they are not refunding the money which is of almost 2000 rupees. Every time i ask them they are saying the same thing check ur balance which is showing 0.00 usd in my balance.
I m continuously saying that i have looged in as a guest user but they are denying to accept. I even ask them to send in my paytm account but they only talk on chat n dont reply properly and when i called then they deniyed to hlp. I just need the money orelse i m filing an fir against this company and going to count for mental harassment as well cz it has been 1 month i m asking for my money but i m not getting.

Such a cheap company i will sue them i swr.

I can't track the order.
Even in the account it hasn't shown that i have ordered.
The payment is also done.
Pls provide the information of where and when the order will arrive.
Also resolve this as soon as possible as it has been more than a week the order has not arrived based on the estimated time.

I have placed an order on 7th Aug, which was later cancelled by Club Factory mentioning that the item is no longer available and your money is refunded. But till now i have not received my refund.

I had ordered some hair extensions. I want to cancel this order and order some other hair extensions. So please cancel this order.

I ordered 4 top of small size after looking into size chart you mentioned, 1 of them is defective but that fits into me. Now rest 3 are not fitting into me. Its not my fault i ordered small size for all.1 is fitting and another are not. So i think you should have size chart according to dress material not the standard one for all tops.

Now pls replace the defective one
And fo rrest three one size larger.

You customer support on chat are very rude. They don't listen what are you saying and then close the chat.

I ordered 8 items from club factory out of which 1 item was canceled by the company due to unavailability and said the amount of rs.84.02 has been refunded to my account. It has still not been refunded. The order was placed on august 5th, 2018 and the status was updated as refunded on august 14th, 2018. It has been over a month now and still i have not received the refund amount. Highly disappointed with the service of club factory

I ordered 3 products from club factory in 17th aug, 2018. It said i will get my parcel at 1-4th september. But i dont know why it showed wrong or incomplete address though i always use same address for other online shopping like amazon or flipkart. Whatever i tried to contact with customer care and they said for correct address and phone no. I gave them my address and phone no several times. But they continuously asking me my address and phone. Even i got a call from club factory, india branch. They even ask my address and phone and said that i will get my parcel in next day. But that next day never come. Seriously its so annoying.

I logged as a guest user and purchase 2 products from your website which I received on 30th of July however it was a deffective products so I talked to your customer service team they advised me talk to your support team I contacted them on 30th of July and they raised my return request and arrange my reverse pickup however from that time till now no one come up to take that shipment moreover the support team is just doing copy paste msgs by saying pickup will be done within 2-3 days . This is inform you that somebody is giving a call on behalf of your company that you have won prize in random lottery system and you have won tatasafari.
You have two option either get tata safari or 12.5 lakhs rupees.
I know this is a fraud call but the main issue is that person know your mobile no and all details regarding address and what you have order. This means someone from your company is also involve in this who is providing all details to that person.
I suggest you to look into matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.
Failure to which force us to approach to pm modi site for registration of complaint.

One guy called me and informed me about winning a lottery(Tata Safari) worth Rs. 12.5 lakhs. He also told me the details of my order from club factory. I am still wondering who provided my contact details to this fellow.
