I return some products to club factory and i got the refund in my club factory account from which i transferred the amount to my bank account. It has been 2 days it is not reflecting in my bank account. I ft this issue is not solved and my refund i will not get i will file complain against this firm and take legal action against it. i am calling them but their phone is always busy. they only chat. but each and every time new customer executive...

I have purchased material under order no SO 30562026 and SO 30302484. On receipt of material, do not found this to be as per my expectation and hence raised a return request on 21st June 2018. I have been regularly chasing with them since them. Initially, there response was that the courier is not in our control and they have escalated to highest authority.
