I have made am order of order number so45556061. I don't need this item anymore so please cancel it. Please cancel it before the shipment. I have selected cash on delivery. So please cancel the order as soon as possible. It's a bracelet order. I dont need it now so cancel it. There is no option on the website to cancel it. I ordered it on club factory. So i am complaining here

My guest order number is SO33430574 order date is 19/07/2018 this shipment is not delivered on my address so that is cancel by club factory but its refund is not credited in my permanent account phone_user_[protected] or [protected]@gmail.com of club factory app wallet.

I return some products to club factory and i got the refund in my club factory account from which i transferred the amount to my bank account. It has been 2 days it is not reflecting in my bank account. I ft this issue is not solved and my refund i will not get i will file complain against this firm and take legal action against it. i am calling them but their phone is always busy. they only chat. but each and every time new customer executive come and every time i have to tell the each and every new person. but issue is not resolved.

I have purchased material under order no SO 30562026 and SO 30302484. On receipt of material, do not found this to be as per my expectation and hence raised a return request on 21st June 2018. I have been regularly chasing with them since them. Initially, there response was that the courier is not in our control and they have escalated to highest authority. However no action was taken and since last 15 days, they have even stop responding to my message. My money of around 2k have got stuck on account of this. Looks like a fraud site and also am not sure why Ranveer Singh has become a brand ambassador for this fraud site...

Respect sir my order on clubfactory is automatically cancelled without any kind information and I called customer care for my order and return my fund than he say me to give your credit card number, Cvv, expiry date, date of birth etc.
My order no is SO41438331 and the customer care number whose take my credit card number cvv expiry date is [protected] .why club factory customer care take my credit card any information for refund please take strict action against customer care number +[protected] and [protected].

My order number is so45049244. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
I want to know where is my order.
The mail clearly specifies that the tracking details will be available.in 2-3 days and payment made successfully..
I have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.

Hi, i recently ordered as a guest order so44487257.
Now i'm unable to track it. I even mailed clubfactory complaining about my complaint and they sent me one link so that i could travk my order.
But i still couldn't see my order. I complained again but now they are not even responding my mails.

I can get this product but i have same. When u delivered it to me my husband purchase same so i cannot need this when i try return it i cannot show return policy option. So plz let me know and suggest that how can i return this?

Hi am kannan salem district.. One order for club factory at order time paid the amount. And accept the transaction club factory showed.. Am transection to paytm in this link infield the club factory amount transection side.. And then yesterday parcel is come on parcel mention to cod... Am shocked.. Am telling about delivery person but not accept.. Delivery person said to me."sir you cancel the this item".. K my amount how to return i said to delivery person.. Delivery person said to me you have mail to club factory sir... I think club factory very very cheating online shopping... My money is gone.. What i can do it. I don't know..

I ordered a tws i7s earpods on 20th august and got them on 3rd august after getting it i released that the product is defective and i made the video and send it to club factory feedback email and the reply i got is that they will compensate me only 450 rs and i bought the product for 1115 with 100 cod charges and they are saying me that we will give you $7 so that you can get it fix your product to a shop. I also placed the return ship but no one is coming to pick it up.
I have made the video also you can see that 1 earbud is working and other one is not even starting and i also tried to charge it but it is not charging at all.

I had placed an order for 2 pairs of ladies shoes from club factory on 3rd august, 2018 in the name of kaine felocy (Order no. So[protected]. However, the product hasn't been delivered to kaine felocy yet. We got a message on 20/8/18 informing that the product was out for delivery. However, on not receiving the product, i tried to contact club factory on 25/8 which was not successful and on 26th/8 i could contact the club factory and they informed that the status was shown not delivered and that it would be delivered. When i made calls to xpressbees, the customer care executives told me that the product has already been delivered and that the issue would be settled soon and complaint no.9010528 was registered. When i contacted the xpressbees customer care executive on 30th august, i was told that the delivery status was shown wrongly and that the product was still with the company and which would be delivered in 4 days. Again, when i called on 3/9/18, they told me that the product was ready for delivery and would be delivered in 24 hours. Since that didn’t happen i called them again on 4/9/18 the care executive told me it would be delivered on 5th morning and which didn’t happen. When i called them in this evening, the executive told me that the product was delivered on 20th august and that he would register a complaint and i would receive a call within 48 hours. They seem to bluf[censored]s in this case. Please help to resolve the issue.

I have placed to order and got it delivered on 21st Aug 2018. On receiving the products i realized they have been delivered in wrong size. Quoted below is my series of issues so far faced with Club Factory. Worst shopping experience ever!

1) I ordered footwear size UK5. apparently they sent USA 5. and state its my fault. Their website offers option of only UK/India how exactly i would know they would take it for US5 is beyond my imagination.
2) I placed return request on 28th Aug 2018. They apparently do not have a system where you get any kind of mail or sms confirmation on any kind of transaction - again i do not know how this works
3) I am being charged 90 rs for the return for no fault f mine.
4) You cannot place the return on website. can do it only through app which is extremely tedious to understand.
6) call center number: If you are lucky you can get connected after about at least 12 to 15 attempts. - mine got connected after couple of days
7) They have some funny thing called chat customer service which is apparently answered half the times by auto responses given by a robot!
8) Have been spending too much time chatting over same concern with obviously no resolution. I informed this Cust care guy on Thursday that my office would be closed on Sat sun so pick needs to happen on time, he assured me it would f not they would arrange pick up from my home. Its next wednesday getting over now, with no signs of pickup yet. and obviously since there is absolutely no sms or mail confirmation that they give, you are left to rely on their word.
9) Calling the customer care did not help either: spoke to a lady, she made me repeat the concern 3 times, then kept me on hold for aby 7 to 9 mins.. came back online and in almost no english that she could speak.. asked me for the concern YET AGAIN!
10) i ahve finally been able to talk to some sensible person who has asked for more 5 days to arrange for pickup. Again, this time i asked for mail or sms confirmation, they flatly deny the same.

I have ordered for a geometric round double rings on August 14. But the product hasn't been delivered yet. The expected delivery date mentioned at the time of order placement was September 3. I would like to take it as a clear case of irresponsibility on the part of Club factory personnel. It was a gift for my sister on her birthday on September 5. Please do the necessary to get my product as early as possible.

I had returned my club factory order by self shipping through India Post addressed to DTDC WARESHOUSE, NEW DELHI, but my parcel has been returned undelivered. The timeline of return which is 9 days after delivery has been passed, I have no option now. My order was of about 2400 inr. The club factory customer care service is useless and the helpline number never connects. There is no other way to get in touch with them

Dear sir / madam,

I ordered one product (Bucket package fringed handbag-shoulder bag four pieces) from your club factory as on date 9th aug' 2018. Its quality is not good. Thats why i returned that product. Its almost one month, we are not received the amount. I call on Club Factory Helpline Number [protected], but its does not exit num. even i call on another customer service number -[protected], [protected], they asking me debit card number, CVV number & Aadhar card number. they didnt give me proper response. I ask them nearest club factory office add, one of executive told me if you want product return, meet me at belapur. is it way to talk with customer? its fraud company. even i ask them to send in my Paytm account but they ask me my Paytm password. its ridiculous. this is my worst experience for online shopping. I just need the money otherwise i m Filing an FIR against this...

I placed a order for watch & make payment by net banking hdfc bank worth rupees 288.
But now no information or confirmation sms about product.i want my refund.Clubactory phone number is fraud .You can not contact.this number [protected] registered in Dadri Gaziabad up.no full address is available.
It is an offence u/s 420 IPC.I have to lodge FIR against ClubFactory.
