I received two items on 25/8/18, dint like, initiated return request on the same date.. Post it back to dtdc warehouse, kapashera on 27/8/18 wch got delivered on 28th but they unacclaimed it n the items are now back at the post offce. I have been trying to talk to them but there is no such medium, chat option is all they have and there too they never respond on time and everytime there is new executive and i have to explain everything again n before i finish the executive is either ofline or a new executive comes up and i have to repeat the whole scene again. I even mailed them but i got no reply from there too. They have 9days return policy and they are just wasting time so that they dont have to refund any amount.

    Firstly, I called your Customer care, solution given to me, they could not take my request for return and advised me to reach out to your chat team.
    Secondly, I reached your chat team, solution given by them, I would have to write email.

      I ordered a Kids Girls Denim Patchwork Lace Dress, there is an issue with the size as well as the quality of the dress. I want to return that, i made the payment through cash on delivery (mode of payment) and i can't find any way to return the order I want the money back.         [protected] is my shipment number. I did not receive my order and it shows delivered!! How irresponsible!!! I was not even contacted by any delivery person regarding this!!

        For 2 days the courier company delayed the delivery and now says delivered when i did not receive any calls from them or the order.
        Such irresponsible behaviour.
        Neither XpressBees nor Club Factory did anything helpful when i called them.

        Delivery received. Xpressbees delivery boy is a big fraud character. Lies on my face that i asked him to put on the status delivered and keep the shipment with him when i had no word with him.

        Please change your courier services. There are a lot of cases of fraud on Xpressbees when i checked on cosumer forum.

          I have ordered a product from CLUB FACTORY. My order number is : SO41973634
          I have ordered it from guest account and now i do not have any option to initiate the return request. Product is of very bad quality color shown and design and pattern shown in site is not at all of same quality.
          I am very disappointed with the product that i have received.
          More over I have complained hell lot of times but no one is arranging a pick up service for this ### product and also since its not my fault that product is not good i am not ready to pay a single amount. Please refund my amount in my citi card.

                The product I received against invoice no -SO44400601 was completely different. That is no match to the product I ordered. The app is still showing that the product is being processed by the factories but it has already been delivered. So I am not getting an option of refund. I don't know if there issomething wrong about the warehouse or app. Kindly look into my problem

                    I would like to cancel order placed in club factory as guest and get the refund for the amount paid online in club factory. Got mail saying product delayed further and there is no way to cancel my order from app or website as i have ordered as guest member

                    It is really taking long time and product is still delayed further. So, i no longer need the product. Please cancel the below order and refund.

                    I wanted a dress and a shoe for my birthday. It was estimated to be received on sep 1. But on 28 Aug it hot returned. I don't know why it was returned and didn't know how it got returned. All happened without my knowing.

                            It was something like flash sale in the app called club factory..I saw the option like cash on delivery ...it was like membership for cash on delivery and it 49 Rupees n I paid through paytm then balance got deducted later the account page is like error..how should I resolve ...its the second time Ian facing this issue.. please help me out with this problem...

                                      I requested for return pickup of the products received from clubfactory on 21th July and till today no one has picked it back.                                         I want to cancel my order. My order number: SO43916515. I ordered a wrist watch on 31st august 2018 with cash on delivery. The total price of the item including the shipping charges was rupees 302 but when i picked up the confirmation call they said that the amount to be paid on delivery is rupees 5000 something. The price of the watch was claimed to be rs 378 and delivery and shipping charges of over 4949. This is blatant fraud and therefore i dont want anything to do with it anymore. My order hasnt even been shipped yet. I want to cancel my order right now.
