I recieved my order (Order No - SO[protected]on 18th of july 2018. The products were very bad in terms of quality so I applied for a pickup wherin someone will come to my home and take back the things for which an amount of Rs 90/- would be deducted and the rest would be returned about after 3 days of pickup.
Today is 14th Sept 2018. I have called club factory every 2nd day since then but nothing has been done till now. The customer care executives are just making a fool of their customers. I would like to write their names. Ruchika, Vikas, Amit, Deepesh, Sonal. These guys always said that they have escalated the issue, raised a complaint but nothing has been done till now. Its 45 days already.
The chat support team again is of no help. Everytime I have to explain the entire story from the very scratch whether on chat support or calls.
Its my humble request to the person concerned to get it done soon, get the items picked up and return back the amount which is Rs-3052/-.
