I ordered shoes and a t-shirt from club factory. But the shoes quality is worst and t-shirt cloth is nylon means how could they do this. I want to return this product and want my money back worst website they show another thing and the delivered product is of worst qualities and the packing is like you received used products they are just spending money on photoshop to edit the pics to fool the innocent people.in mobile application it is showing 0 (Zero) as paid order. I want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience i m calling on customer care number automated voice is saying press 1 press blah blah n al at last after wasting my 15 to 20 min. She said good bye what the #. Fake company. Please don't use this website at any cost. Club factory products is a big scam you never received the product which you see and ordered. Anyways do what ever you want but you yes you club factory i want my money back asap.

    I have ordered shoes on dt. 07/09/2018 and i have make payment for same. But due to stock is not available therefore order is not process, i have received sms from club factory
    [club factory] we're sorry but while processing your order so45615729, some items are no longer available. A refund of inr 955.955 has been issued to your account () balance or original payment method. If it is refunded to your balance, you may withdraw your balance in club factory app. Also, to compensate your loss, we've put a rs.30 coupon in your account.

    But still i don’t have received any refund from club factory, i have request to you please refund to me as soon as possible.

        Hello, from jaipur. I want to cancel my order so47142946.
        Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be avaible to recieve one. I didn't even verified my order through call. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unneccessary efforts of company and mine too.

          I have placed a order from club factory on 25th august and my order no. Is so42812358. But i didn't receive the order as well as any kind of information about shipment of my order.
          After contacting with customer care service they told that they deliver it on 30th of august but i couldn't receive any kind of order or call of an delievery executive person.
          Please take an action against it nd deliver my order as soon as possible.

            Please cancel my order so46591241 which was estimated to be shipped on 29 sept. 2018. Please it is a humble request. Since your company club factory is very responsive to customers and sees into their issues.. So please cancel my order. The reason is that i have ordered a large size t-shirt for my but the size that fits me a small one. This is the issue. I just want you to please cancel my order so that we can further continue with this app.

              I have ordered Stuff amounted to almost 1 crore Rs, but still the delivery service is very Poor, I have complained about it but Club Factory just doesn't respond, If I lost my 1 crore Rs then I will make a Police Complaint.
              Just make it possible, Make my products deLivery as soon as possible..
              Or else I will delete club factory app and wont allow anyone to install the app, I will make a Police Complaint.

                I made 3 orders in clubfactory which didnt arrived yet after their declared date.in my tracking status it is saying - sorry your order has been returned and got a $65 as compensation coupen. My orders are-so41984567, so41858622, so41857921. Somehow please give my product as i already paid through card. I cant click return or refund option as i didnt recieved the products so please send me my products. Im very dissapointed right now.😖😖

                    Item returned and refund is not credited. Tracking no foe the shipped item is[protected]. Item was out for delivary and returned back on september 5 2018. Estimated delivary date for the item was 24, august 2018 i. E. Big delay in delevary time of shipped item by the company. We are contineously calling to the customer care contact no. The same issue but didnt get any responce and resolution.

                      Sir,
                      I receiver the parcel yesterday on 15.09.2018 but the quality of the products are not good and also the suze doesn’t fit, hence i wish to return the products.
                      However, on the app, the order is showing unpaid and expired and the ‘apply for return’ is grayed out.

                      Kindly help me return the products and get my refund.

                            The mail clearly specofies that the trackkng details will be available.in 2-3 days..

                              I placed the order on 5 th sept. And in the same day i received a call from them to verify the order and i did it as they mention to press keys on call. My order tracking system stuck on "please be patient, a part of your order ia preparing by factories" since more than 6 days. And near my order it shows cod canceled. I can't understand this cod cancelled status and i want that product on time. Please solve this issue.

                                This is my first time ordering in club factory.. I ordered as a guest in its website... Order no so46377900... There has been no response after the order and tracking was not available i[censored] order as a guest... Is there any possible way to track order... Or should i be in oblivion till my order reaches me? Already i had paid for the order... And ur customer service no one is picking.. Very bad service
