I made 3 orders in clubfactory which didnt arrived yet after their declared date.in my tracking status it is saying - sorry your order has been returned and got a $65 as compensation coupen. My orders are-so41984567, so41858622, so41857921. Somehow please give my product as i already paid through card. I cant click return or refund option as i didnt recieved the products so please send me my products. Im very dissapointed right now.😖😖...

I placed the order on 5 th sept. And in the same day i received a call from them to verify the order and i did it as they mention to press keys on call. My order tracking system stuck on "please be patient, a part of your order ia preparing by factories" since more than 6 days. And near my order it shows cod canceled. I can't understand this cod cancelled status and i want that product on time. Please solve this issue.
