I have received this message from Club factory. They had given me details and ask me for account number and IFSC code of my Andhra Bank account. Please confirm whether it is true or false. If any amount withdrawal from my Andhra bank account by them who will be responsible for that. Please take action against them for misguided your customers. I hope you will take this seriously.

    I ordered a women's handbag from club factory. So45656115 is my order number. I received an e-mail regarding the package being shipped. However i do not find any online tracking facility for this. They ask me to install the club factory app but when i installed it, it does not show any paid orders under accountorders. I would be grateful if you can help me with the status my order.

        I ordered items via order number s[protected] on 17th aug 2018 worth 1127.23 inr and was waiting for the delivery and now its shows cant be delivered.

        I was waiting for the items and now its showing the order has been cancelled. I just need my money back and the customer care number given has been ringing to infinity and no one is bothered to attend the call..

          Club factory order number so25050016. I have applied for return and return pick up was done on 11th of july 2018. From then i have been doing a follow up for my money refund of 1500+ rupees but i keep getting different replies. No one responds over chat and call & when they revert, keep saying 4-5 days. This company is a fraud and this is there business. They send worst quality clothes and when we give return request, they take back the order and never return money. This is how they earn money.

              Worried abour my order as i need to return my order but i dont see any option for guest loggers to return the item. There was no tracking no notifications nothing
              If you provide an option to log in as a guest, then atleast give an option to track orders and return it.
              There is no way we can contact the customer service. Numbers are fake. Nobody replies in messenger. Its very difficult for customers.

              I need to return asap, cf

                I purchased an overcoat order number so45034937 through club factory. Product quality and size is totally bad and i am stuck now as i ordered it through guest id and now there is no way i can track my id on thr app or site to place a return request. Tried calling customer care but number is always busy and once i got through but ivr did not transferred my call to customer care executive.
                Plz help.

On 1st september i had received a message on my registered phone number such as - you order so43707313 is being processed by factories. To prepare your items, it takes about 1-3 business days. I have purchased as guest. So i cannot track my order. Now it’s 10 more days over but no updates from club factory. As i have seen many complaints about this site, i am worried. Please deliver my order as early as possible.

This order was done by me iniatially but the review of my product is very poor. The product sohown on picture of this online site is very much deffer from the original product. Original product is very low in quality. So that i want to cancel my order. My order id is so46725873. I have been charged rs 276 for this product. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                      Why is my order number so45293296 from club factory delayed for so many days? How much patience do i need to have? If you continue this negligence to a regular customer you are gonna lose it. The customer care services is nil and disfunctional unlike mytra or jabong who have impressive, excellent customer care service. I request club factory to solve this delayed order as soon as possible because i want my order delivered as soon as possible. Thank you!

                        I ordered a wrist watch online and when it arrived I didn't look at it but it was already broken it was already open and watch glass was already broken
                        I applied for return but they are deducting my money for the return policy
                        This is not acceptable at all
                        On top of that the customer care service provider is not picking up calls
                        Do not advertice your product if you cannot handle the wrong or damaged delivery or at least change your delivery service because as I said the package was already broken

I recieved confirmation message on phone amd email but now when I try to log in it says invalid email/phone. What do i do to log into acc? Or how to track guest orders?                               I have ordered two items, one baby dress and one jewellery item amounting to Rs. 982.44 and the payment also made on 08th Aug'18. It was supposed to delivery on or before 26th Aug. But on 29 th Aug. in the portal it was mentioned that the "item returned return accepted" without intimating any reason. Now almost two weeks completed and there is no response from their end regarding the refund. There is no response for my repeated email and there is no proper number given to contact. Pls. look into the matter and do the needful

                                  I have ordered an item as a guest from club factory order no. Is so4379440 the quality of that product is very low and unable to return the orderd product.I have already made the payment and there is no link in app or website to return a guest order. Please tell me how to return the received items and please refund my money .it will be better if they provide a link to return guest orders or give some contact no. To ask for the same.                                         I had ordered for a bronze butterfly earring order no so43424598 and an anklet order no so43656490 but I am unable to track it. In d app it's showing payment nt made.. While I had received a massage and mail from club factory confirming the payment. Please let me know in case it was some fraudulent business.
