Hi! I have received wrong items yesterday after waiting 15 days(Ordered on 12Aug, received on 31August 2018) for my order in India, Himachal Pradesh(175001-zipcode) This is my order number SO40113297, I had ordered some 5 items and none of them have reached me, instead I have received someone else's order I believe. The event I planned to use the items I had ordered for is here, now What am i supposed to do?
I tried the customer support center, chat option. The club factory app says send images of damaged or wrongly received items, and hence I did And what does your chat executive reply? He is telling me, "Oh look! Your order is delivered"? As if I did not know that, today morning another executive turns up and asks me "what help do you need" and vanishes? Now I am trying to call and it is not valid. they put me on hold for 4-5 minutes??? which reputed company does that?.
How do I get my item or file return for refund.? I want an immediate refund. or My items be delivered now. Else i am sure to escalate this further
If you plan to answer, great. Otherwise, I am filing a case in consumer court against "How do you guys dupe people with your false order deliveries and even calls / chats return?"
Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
