I had returned a white top which was part of my order no SO34668229. But I did not get redund even after 7 days of pick up. When I called the customer care no. [protected] as found on google search, they asked for my debit card no. Which I gave. Then I got a messgae giving me OTP for purchase of Rs. 9999/-. Which I didn't share out of suspicion. For which they said that the refund process has been declined and I will not receive any refund.

I had placed an order on thin online shopping site. I received those products on time, but the product was totally different from the picture. I didn't like those products. Whatever I sent a return request to the, they accept my request and my pick-up was done by their courier partner. They sent me a text after few days that they received my products and refund would be done in few days. after that they sent me another refund text and said that my refund had been done by them but it's pending because of bank and it depends on bank, but it would be completed by 5-7 days. They sent me the text on 08/08/2018 but today is 31.08.2018 and I don't receive any refund in my bank from club factory.
It's totally fake and their service is totally worst. There's no customer acre service also.

I had placed an order on the 14th of August, i have as well received a confirmation on the same .
On the 17th of August i have received another confirmation that the order is being processed .
Today that is the 31st august when i tried to reach out to their customer care executive he tells me that the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock .

firstly when i purchased the item i have not received any notification of the product being out of stock !! then how can that product even be up on the website .
secondly if it was out of stock how would i get a message about the product being processed.

Thirdly i have not received any information about a cancellation of the order !!
All that the executive confirmed is that the money has been refunded and i had to place the order again .why would i intend to place the order again if this is what is at the receiving end .

If they dint have the product why was it up on the website .

What sort of responsibility do you guys owe a customer if you guys decide to cancel the order and not inform the customer at all. I have received nothing from your end at all.
This was one of the worst experiences compared to any other shopping portal.The only clarification or excuse they made out of it was it was a technical glitch !

Hi! I have received wrong items yesterday after waiting 15 days(Ordered on 12Aug, received on 31August 2018) for my order in India, Himachal Pradesh(175001-zipcode) This is my order number SO40113297, I had ordered some 5 items and none of them have reached me, instead I have received someone else's order I believe. The event I planned to use the items I had ordered for is here, now What am i supposed to do?
I tried the customer support center, chat option. The club factory app says send images of damaged or wrongly received items, and hence I did And what does your chat executive reply? He is telling me, "Oh look! Your order is delivered"? As if I did not know that, today morning another executive turns up and asks me "what help do you need" and vanishes? Now I am trying to call and it is not valid. they put me on hold for 4-5 minutes??? which reputed company does that?.
How do I get my item or file return for refund.? I want an immediate refund. or My items be delivered now. Else i am sure to escalate this further
If you plan to answer, great. Otherwise, I am filing a case in consumer court against "How do you guys dupe people with your false order deliveries and even calls / chats return?"

Club factory never returns your refund. They sell used stale products and after picking up the return there will be no mail/msg, they give a paper receipt. And with that paper receipt I ve been chasing this fake company for 2months. Haven't received the refund of SO30544623 order. And they keep changing the status of return also daily.

The product pictures are just pictures of chinese, what they actually send is stitched by a local tailor from used clothes.
You can consider this company another fake sucking Chinese company.

The size of the jacket we ordered was XL but the product which we have received is not of the correct size . I tried to login with the user Id but it's giving that the account doesn't exist so I'm not able to cancelthe order.

I was order two items in club factory. With Rs. 1445. After few days one ofmy item is cancelled due to missing. But act like smart like They increase the price of that product tremendously. And the money of Rs. 860. Im also inform them what happened in chat. But still im not able get my money back andcannot refund money to my account from 25 days. And Also another item is not delivered yet. So please respond to my complaint. Otherwise i'll go with the consumer court.

I got a sms from Club Factory that i won a lucky draw and they are giving me 2 options, option 1 is Tata Safari and option 2 is INR 12, 60, 000 money prize. So I tell them that i want to avai the money prize, Then they told me to submit INR 6, 499 charge to process my payment, I gave them INR 6, 499 but after some time they again called me and ask me to give INR 49, 000 more because my bank is not accepting this large amount. When I told them to cancel this amount then they refuse me and forcing me to transact INR 49, 000. It's a case of fraud and i want a strict action

My courier has been picked up 7 days back and today I got a message on my app that my refund has been canceled by the company.
I called customer care and got a cold response from then and he disconnected the call without listening to the complaint.

this is fraud company now I have realized.

I have applied for return for 2 products related to order no. SO36913787 and the courier guy came and picked it 7 days back.
Today I got a message on my Club Factory app that my pick up has been canceled.
But pick up for my order has already been done.
I really think I have made a big mistake making a purchase from Club factory, and when I called your customer care I didn't get any proper response and the call got disconnected by the call center executive abruptly.

So can I expect my refund?
Or as everyone saying that its a fraud company which now I also started believing is true.

I ordered full sleeve t shirt & men's casual pants from club factory. But quality is worst and size too small. My order number : so40093876. And i want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return.in the website there is no contact details or any address. Please let me the producer and i want refund money, worst company and worst customer experience. I personally suggest don't buy from #clubfactory. I hope to get proper guidance from this site.

I ordered two dresses from this site and one of them was not the dress i was hoping for so i returned it. A man came and took the order back but didn't pay the money neither it is credited to my account.
So the dress which i returned and didn't get back the money was "sweet bow design sleeve solid dress" which was of wine red colour. Its costs was rs.498.04.
Transfer my money asap via any means. I just need back the money.

I have been requesting you to refund the amount of rs 2397.54 for my return order bill no.[protected]. The details are as under:

I had returned the iteam no. 4& 5 due to size problem. The return order was collected vide ecom airways bill number[protected].
The total amount to be refunded for item 4 & 5 is rs.2397.54. But till date i have not received the refund amount. Total items returned are 3. Please check and inform the status.
It is a total harassment on your end in not attending to my requests.
It is once again requested to refund the amount immediately.
