I had receive a order from club factory but due to some issue i had to return the same. But they do not have any customer number, all numbers mentioned on net are incorrect. I called on number [protected], they are asking me my debit card no, card exp details & cvv code which is very confidential. How can do that & this number is registered as club factory number on net.

    I was thinking that club factory is international online shopping hub like amazon but i am wrong they have to improve club factory return policy like amazon
    Amazon is far better than club factory

        I ordered the above item (Sexy long sleeve coat) on august 16th for rs.479 through paytm. I have given my phone number and email id to the website. But i did not receive any notifications to both. But i could track the order using the club factory app. Yesterday i. E on 28th august, 2018 it showed that it has reached the destination city and on 29th august, 2018 it showed that the order was dispatched. On the same day at about 10:19 pm. It said that my order has been returned back. And i am not able to use the rs.65 compensation coupon. I am so much worried about this. Please do give an explanation for this.

          I have ordered a curtain order number SO34886193 for Rs. 3174.95 . The money has been transfered through net banking. Due to unavailability of item refund has been initiated. The balance shows money has been withdrawn.I enquied about the acvount number to which money has been transfered but disnt get any reply yet. I didnt receive any refund till date. Its more than 2 months. Its diffucult to get contact with costumer care.

              While withdrawing process i had selected paytm way but due to some problem in my paytm accout i couldnot complete it. For last 3 days i m trying to slove it but i cannot. So please tell me how to change my paytm option to debit card or cancel my withdraw process and add my money in club factory balance. I hope you will slove my problem as soon as possible.

                I had called the customer care number of club factory which connects to the center in Ghaziabad, India today i.e. 29/Aug/2018

                First I got connected to a female executive who was not at all trained and was not able to understand my concern. Fine, she might be a new employee and did not have fair enough experience.

                Then one another female executive interacted with me and tried to address my concern, but she (despite having the experience) was not at all able to help me out in the same. I just asked her to track my order whether the delivery has happened or not as I had already received the message which said delivery would happen yesterday which is on 28 Aug.
                She gave me the incorrect info about the order and told that it will take 3-4 more days to deliver. On contrary, the order was delivered yesterday itself and since it was given to the security I wasn't aware about it.
                First of all she gave the entirely wrong information(which is not good for the reputation of Club factory as well) and when I asked why is it delayed that much, she was asking me to speak in a professional tone. Like Seriously!!!
                Is this the way you train your customer care executives? Is this the way you handle your customers? What I could sense is that she was really struggling in speaking and addressing my concern and on the top of that she was expecting me to behave professionally.
                So she has a mindset that customers should be professional and the customer care executives have the privilege to speak in whichever way they want!
                FYI, I am an IT Professional and have got much more professionalism than your so called executives who are actually expected to be humble and soft-spoken when conversing with the customers.

                This was the pathetic experience I ever had with any customer care executives in my life and in turn it ruined the Club Factory's image that I had. This was the first time I ever purchased anything from Club Factory and due to this experience I won't buy anything and would strongly recommend my friends and relatives as well to not purchase anything from CF.

                RUCHIKA was the name of one of the females I had interacted with. If she is the one I have complained about then I would request you to train her about the professionalism and how to deal with the customers.

                  I have purchased t-shirts online in clubfactory app. And i returned it due to size difference. They recieved their item on 18/08/2018 which i returned back. Now its been more than 10 days still i havent recieved my refund and when contacted customer care am not getting any reply from them. Order id so30823341

                    I have already made the payment and there is no link in app or website to track a guest order. Please tell me where my package is and if they cannot deliver it do the refund.
                    It will be better if they provide a link to track guest orders or give some contact no. To ask for the same. This is so inconvenient

                      I received my wrist watch today and I just found that it's not working properly. There is some internal fault in its machinery. As it's minute hand is freely moving around. And one more thing that the watch is absolutely alright in outer condition, fault is in internal machinery.Please resolve my issue by taking some quick decision and kindly deliver me a new watch in proper Working condition ASAP.

                        I have order one item from club factory. But it cannot be delivered after coming to my nearby city. One day delivery boy called me and on that day i am unable to receive my order and he told me that he will deliver the product tommorow but on that night i saw that my order got cancelled. And when i called to that delivery boy he tell me that dont worry your product will be delivered by today. But after that day he told me that your order has got cancelled. But after sometime it is showing out for delivery. And then he tell me that wait for another tommorow what is this???                               They showing the wrong product photos on the app and send the different product to me. And when i applied for return they make me fool and said that plzz be more patience our courier boy come soon and they also charged for pick. Up fees and not any online site charged for pick up fees because its club factory mistake. I message alot and also mail but they didnt reply me. I ordered a bag and a dress which is not same as picture...

                                I ordered a pair of platform beef bottom sandals (Order number[protected] s[protected] and a fashion retro quartz watch (Order number[protected] s[protected] deliverd on 27 july 2018. Their quality was not good so i requested a return and the items were picked up from my residence on 31 july 2018. I have tried all means to get my money back but the customer service are not responding regarding my return. Please help

                                  I have ordered a product and the order number is so39585776.
                                  They delivered me a damaged product.
                                  The product is a wallet whose each and every pocket is tattered and the quality is also very bad. I have applied for return and contact with them to schedule a free reverse pickup but they are not ready to schedule a free reverse pickup at any cost. They are asking me either to pay the shipping fee of rs. 94 or for compensation with $0.50 or $1.
                                  I refused to take compensation of $1. If they wnat to compensate me then i want compensation of $2. Or else they sechedule free reverse pickup as i want to return the product but they are not agree.
                                  I shared 5-6 photos of damaged item 2, 3 times.
                                  According to their return policy and rules in case of returning the damaged product there will be free reverse pickup but they asking me to pay.
                                  The order date is 11 aug
                                  The delivery date is 20 aug
                                  Date for applying return is 21
                                  And since 21 aug, all this tantrum continues n they didnt sorted out my problem. They didnt scheduled a free reverse pickup.
                                  Such a bad service they are providing to their customer.
                                  This is the worse app i have ever experienced.
                                  Please sort out my problem and schedule my free reverse pickup. This is useless to me.
                                  I am fed up with them and their service fr 21 aug.

                                        I have received the product, but i am having the size issue. Quality of the product is good but facing size issue. With the same i have order 2 women top with s size which is too long, and with xs which is too small for me. Kindly put the proper size.
                                        And i requested to return my product on same day... But there is no response from your side.. I'm feeling helpless. Please provide a pick up person at my address as soon as possible..
