      I can see no tracking record for the order placed. Everytime i open to see, it shows ‘no order placed in your cart’. My order no is so40505520. Now i am quite worried because the payment has already been done but the record says no order placed till date! Please see forward to resolve my issue.: this was my first time buy! Trusting so much on club factory! Which now annoys me alot..:.. Kindly! Give value to customers hard earned money or else the success will never be in your cart people!!!

        I found a complain number in google of club factory related to my order. But the number was fraud. The number is [protected]. They deduct 9000 rs from my account. When i called that number again this is switched off. How the club factory is so irresponsible and how this number is exist in your google search. This is a fraud. Why this number registered in your site? This is not a secure site. Please take action about this number.

        This is debited message.

          My name is nishita. I ordered a one piece which i want to return. I have thrice messaged consumer care and twice called them that my parcel has not been picked even after one month of request and repeated reminders.
          The pickup company never answers any calls. This is height of irresponsible behavior towards a consumer’s grievance. I regret ordering from club factory. I hope my issue is solved soon before i start spreading all the negative reviews about your ‘ not at all consumer friendly’ company.

            I didn't understand the fact that for cod i have to pay more cash. Since i want to cancel it and pay online. So please cancel my order. I will be surely order it via my card. Because i really liked this product. Actually it was my first my using and purchasing from this site that's why the mistake was made. I should have been careful. Please cancel it as soon as possible.

              My order was delivered on Aug 13 and was returned on Aug 16. I was informed that a refund for the order will be made in the next 3 days but hasn't been made yet after nearly 10 days. I have also tried reaching the customer care which was useless since my call never got connected after waiting for so long on the calls and hearing IVR messages.The product was worth Rs.950 and I need the refund to be made as soon as possible. Please help me out with other possible ways to track the refund or other means to reach out to clubfactory.
              This has been a highly irresponsible, non-customer centric and worst service by club factory.

                      I recently have purchased a few items from Club Factory ( 2 orders ) and I'm so dissappointed with their poor quality and I wanna return them. But unfortunately, despite sending them a lot of emails and texts, the return process hasnt been yet started, evwnthough they have promise me that it will take place soon. Also their customer service is too bad. I want my refund ASAP.

                              I have ordered 2 items from clubfactory which was expected to arrive on 28th august 2018 (Order number so[protected]. They haven't updated the tracking status properly. When i checked the status now, it is showing as 'returned'. The customer didn't receive any phone call or email regarding it. I have paid the full amout at the time of ordering. The customer service is also not replying. They are not giving any clarification for return without customer intimation. I believe club factory is a fraud one.

                                I had asked Club factory costumer service help regarding my refund for the returned product but they are not replying my chat. It has been a month from now when i had returned the product and the app portal shows refunded but when i click on "show refund details " an error message pops up "we are still updating your refund details ". They have also charged me for returning package. But i still haven't received my remaining amount. This is completely fraud business site. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                                  I have booked since a jacket from club factory now it has been 9 days i have no information about my order so41045228 booked on[protected].
                                  I have enquired from internet and found that they are looting public money in the name of online shopping by luring through cheap price. I tried to call on the landline no. But no one picks up its auto reply mode.

                                  There is no transparent way to track order.
                                  Club factory is looting people and is a fraud company. They trap people for cheap items and do fraud.

                                  This should be stopped and now i want my refund.

                                  They have looted me 1700/ rs i want my refund my money.

                                    I’d like to return the product i received yesterday (25/08/2018). The product received is small in size. Not only is the size small but the material is so bad, it’s nothing like how it’s in the pictures. I can’t even see the return option on the club factory app. How am i supposed to return it? This is disappointing as there were some good reviews on the app but i don’t see why. Even the delivery agent was so mean and charged extra telling he had difficulty finding the delivery address. What nonsense is this?

                                        I purchased 6 dresses from clubs factory and they look nothing like the pictures online. One dress was short and the picture displayed as a long dress. The dresses are not running true to size based on the size chart. I reached out to ask how i can return and i'm receiving robotic answers. Please help me return the dresses and obtain a refund.
