I have ordered few items from club factory but ordered was cancelled by club fac itself without any intimation and valid reason. I have received back my money in app wallet on 08/08/2018 and transferred the same in my below bank account on same date but till date i have not received money in my bank account.in app wallet status is showing as withdrawl success. I can see no tracking record for the order placed. Everytime i open to see, it shows ‘no order placed in your cart’. My order no is so40505520. Now i am quite worried because the payment has already been done but the record says no order placed till date! Please see forward to resolve my issue.: this was my first time buy! I found a complain number in google of club factory related to my order. But the number was fraud. The number is [protected]. They deduct 9000 rs from my account. When i called that number again this is switched off. How the club factory is so irresponsible and how this number is exist in your google search. This is a fraud. Why this number registered in your site? This is not a secure site. Please take action about this number.

I recently have purchased a few items from Club Factory ( 2 orders ) and I'm so dissappointed with their poor quality and I wanna return them. But unfortunately, despite sending them a lot of emails and texts, the return process hasnt been yet started, evwnthough they have promise me that it will take place soon. Also their customer service is too bad. I want my refund ASAP.

I ordered three combo vanity bags. My order number is - so39615000. Oh my god you cant believe if start to describe the quality of those. Quality is worst and also damaged. I had purchased a item and i got refund of the item and the refund of the money was too late as they refunded the money after i complained about it. Then i withdrew the money from the club factory balance to the bank account and till date it is not showing in my bank account. They are not even properly responding on my problems. I purchased 6 dresses from clubs factory and they look nothing like the pictures online. One dress was short and the picture displayed as a long dress.
