I purchased 6 dresses from clubs factory and they look nothing like the pictures online. One dress was short and the picture displayed as a long dress. The dresses are not running true to size based on the size chart. I reached out to ask how i can return and i'm receiving robotic answers. Please help me return the dresses and obtain a refund. This is taneesha, i have booked "fashion casual pu leather shoe" last month, even i paid an amount through online, after i received the shoe was small in size, even the product was not good. That day itself on 21/7/2018 i requested to return the shoe in club factory, i got reply as shoe will be return in 4 days. From that day i calling continuously for ever 3 days to club factory regarding return of that shoe, all the time different executive recievea the call and say my concern will solve in 4 days, but it is more than 1 and half month, no 1 called and picked up the shoe
I did chat in club factory chat app, not getting propose response, my oder id is - so32449278 ordered in the name of taneesha, i stay in mysore (Karnanataka). I am really disappointed with club factory service. Kindly picked up the shoe soon

Club factory is try to take my money it over a month the say that your refunded unerd 2 3 days after they say it take 7 8 days now when i try to withdrawal from balance it show withdrawal is failed i am so pissed out i want to file a case on them or do my refund immediatelly without any hassale.

Maine club factory se online shopping ki or mujhe koi product nahi mila .Jb maine costumer care se contect kiya to mujhe kha geya ki aapka product available na hone k karan aapko pese vapis refund kiye jaenge jis no pe mere cl forword kr di jo ye no hai or es no se jis se bat hue esne mera Debit card no pucha or kha jis card se aapne shopping ki us ka card no batao tb aapke pese vapis honge maine bhe btaya or es [protected] ne mere account se amount 10000/- uda diye mere aapse request hai ki es no wale person ko aapne logoon ko lutne k liye care main rakha hai .
please refund my amount 100000 +2311.79=12311.79

I had order 3 shirts (Cod) order no - so34456462 and none of them were of the correct size and hence returned them. The club factory had accepted the return and refunded the money in my club factory app in usd. Refund id for the same is sor[protected]. When i had withdrawn my money from the club factory app with entering correct bank account details, no amount was credited to my bank account uptill now. Suddenly today in the club factory app they are showing the notification that the withdrawal was successful even when the money is not credited to my bank account.

This is a serious concern for me as the money involved amounts to ₹2618/- and also the club factory has crossed the dates prescribed for the transaction.
I have attached following screenshots which will show you a clear picture of the same.

Also they have stopped replying me on their club factory contact customer support and also no phone number has been provided to contact them. This seems like a fradulent activity to me.

I have returned 2 orders from club factory with details as follows:

It has been almost 3 months since i have returned the items.
I asked for a refund to my bank account directly but even after 2 months of chasing the customer support people, i was provided a refund in my app balance.
I withdrew the app balance to my bank account on 27th july but i have not recieved it yet.
Till yesterday i. E. 24 august, the status was as withdrawal initiated.
But today 25th august, the status has been changed to withdrawal successful, but i have not recieved any amount in my bank account.
The customer support people are totally useless as they always say 2-5 days, 5-7 days etc etc. But in end, nothing happens. These guys are cheating the customers big time.

My order number is so40752284. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
I want to know where is my order.
The mail clearly specifies that the tracking details will be available.in 2-3 days..
More than 2. Weeks gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.

I have placed an order for 2 dresses as i saw in pictures it was very nice... But when i received on 20 august 2018... It's totally useless nd is extra small otherwise i chose large... I had ordered the product through website (Not app). Now website is not showing return option. And when i tried to login through app it’s sayi that i’m nor registered. I tried to call customer care but no one bothers to pick the call. I have been calling for two days. This is highly unprofessional. I want to return the product and i want my refund. Please resolve the problem.

I have order 3 products from club factory and those products are beyond my expectations and they are very cheap in quality, when i request them for return they apply charges of rs 90. And still no one came for pickup. I want my full refund, otherwise i will mail your top level management due to poor service of club factory. Make sure action should be taken as soon as possible

No refund received but messages saying amount sent. Also all my previous and present purchase history has been deleted.
The item is slim round neck retro dress for rs.548.64.
The item was returned and instructions received said the refund was deposited. However, the refund amount showed 0.00.
After again bringing to the notice of the club factory team, a new refund for the above said amount has been deposited to my balance. But to my shock till today, my balance show's nil
Please verify or take up the matter.

I have ordered a large jacket so37700472 club factory, which i received on 20th august. But it's very small in size, so i had sent the request mail to know the procedure to return because i ordered it from guest account and i have not seen any procedure mentioned in the site to return the product from guest account.
As the returning time is 9 days from delivery and it's 4 days over to request.
Kindly help me out on this matter.

A have placed order of 3 pcs shorts to this company. Order number so36923485 of m size clearly mention in order form & they have send xxl size of it which is not as per my order. I requesting them to send my size as per order they are saying swimming costumes & underwears are not refundable.
I respect there policy but they should send order & size as per order form else inform in advance they have finished with particular size.
So need help in this fraud they have done.
