I have shopped a jeans from the club factory and i have asked for refund on that after one month after hundreds of messages they sent me into my wallet but unfortunately i tried to transfer that amount into my bank account but still it's been one month i didn't get the money and i have sent thousand times but they are not responding and refunding, i have never seen such a worst service in my life and they are cheating customers very badly and i don't want to recommend to anybody

    I ordered a watch i received it broken. N i am very disappointed. It's glass is broken into tiny pieces n i want to return it. I ordered it n received it after 15 days. The delivery process is also very slow. It's a black watch whose design is in the glass of its dial only and that glass is broken. It's now useless. I seriously want it to be exchanged as soon as possible..

      I have ordered a product - so40518206. I have already made the payments for the same. However when i am tracking the order it says that they cannot locate the address / phone number. I cannot find a valid customer care number as well to call. The support staff on the app are giving me numbers which do not exist.
      Please help me get the product.

      Would request someone to please get this resolved for me.

      The club factory is a fake company when we order some thing they send but it is not the same what we order and when we call them to complain about the item we got they don't care about it so customer please be careful with club factory don't buy any thing from them i[censored] want to buy any thing please buy from other company
      I wrongly ordered the product as I was not aware about the size of the
      leather bag I ordered leather bag instead of leather shoulder bag. Hence
      I wish to return the same. Actual I meant for Men's business leather bag

        I have placed an order so41450922 in club factory and i received a confirmation. It has been few days since i placed the order. But after that am not able to track the order nor receive any notification. I tried to contact the helpline number, they do not even respond, or it says theat the number is busy.. Even the customer support which is in the app also does not respond. I need to know the status of my order.

            I have ordered for a blue and white strips tshirt in a size xxxl but its come very deleyed and reminder message perhaps its delivered after long time wait, when it was delived firstly the tshirt is very small in size xxl and a rejective too. So i kindly want to return it... Its my first ordered with club factory dont break the chain, i really want to shop more further in future...

                I have ordered a pair of women footwear and a women bag from your site club factory. But i have to say this which product your shows on site that all are fake. Because i have purchased a bag, its quality is too cheap, stitching is also not properly done by your site.
                Please find the pictures also which i have attached. And i have also purchase footwear its size is too short according to my size so, requesting you to kindly exchange our both the products with new product.
                I am sending you the return on your address and also will put the paper on it with the returning reason and also will write that which product replace with which new product.

                  I ordered some clothes from the club factory app and paid for it online. When they got delieverd there was some size and material problem so i returned it. But i didnt get the refunded amount in the bank account when i withdraw it on 7th august 2018 from the club factory balance.

                    On 20th and 21st august, you have shipped my orders as so40901756 and so40953312 but due to my mobile, which is not in working position (Battery has spoiled) it will take two three days for set it right. So i am unable to receive the phone call from the xpress courier guye.

                      Placed a return request on 31July for the order delivered on 30 July.
                      Today is 23 August and still no clue about the vendor who will be picking the return request parcel.
                      Trying to contact the customer care through call, no response, as its busy always.
                      Through chat i'm not getting any helpful response. they only say i have escalated and someone should/will collect it within 4 days. 4 days have turned into 23 days. still no update.

                        I had made two orders on 20th july but there is no sign of it in my orders paid section of clubfactory. Also no one is responding from the helpline number. I already made the payment but it is not reflecting in my account . This poor service also compels us to contact fraudulent numbers. Take action as soon as possible. I'm trying from a very long time.

                              My order has already been paid and got the message too that it is shipped. Post that i have no clue where it. When i used the link to trace order the login id is shown as incorrect though on that same i'd i have received payment and shipment confirmation. Is this some kind of fraud? I need to know how i can trace or complain to club factory about it?

                                      I have ordered earings on 29july which were scheduled to be delivered on 14 aug (After 15 days). On 14 aug i got message that product is not delivered as order cancelled which was a pre paid order. I wonder which sane person cancel the order after paying. From 14-aug i am continuously following up with the club factory people and their delivery partner-ecom (Which i dont understand why i have to liaise with them as its club factory responsibility) and everybody is saying the same thing that we are working on your request on high priority. I dont think club factory people are aware about the term "high priority". Highly unprofessional behaviour from the staff and pathetic service provided by this website. I recommend never use this site for any shopping as these guys are fraud.
