I want to complaint about the Order No. SO39882280 The product quality is worse and damaged not voice of one side earphone... Please give me full refund of my return product. Thats not good way of shipping wrong damaged product. Which shows about the reputation of the company. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I ordered some shoes from the club factory app and paid for it online. When they got delieverd there was some size and material problem so i returned it. But i didnt get the refunded amount in the bank account when i withdraw it from the club factory balance.
Please help.

I want to cancel my order from clubfactory.. I ordered it but i wanted it urgently... Now i dont need the product so plzz cancel my order.. As it is of no need to me now... And the ocassion for which i wanted the ring is now. Over... So. Cancel it plzz nd let me be cnfrmd about the cancellation... Plzz do. Resolve my complaint regarding the cancellation of my order... I liked ur product a lot... It attracted me a lot and thats why i bought it but now i will not be needing it... I will shop from your company next tyme as i liked your collection.. I applied for a refund on 5th august with club factory app of amount rs. 653 and on 6th august I iniated amount from club factory app to bank account by entering account details. they said amount will credit in bank account within 5-10 business days, but still amount is not credited and when asking for the same what i got in response is below:
Club factory has 3 customers service support:
1. Calling support-
They said refund iniated on 6th august and no details are showing with my account number that i had given but by bank IFSC code different account details are showing with different amount. so they said to contact CHAT SUPPORT i.e. 2nd part of customer service.
2. CHAT support-
They said after gathering all information or examine the case, transaction was unsuccessful and now they will again refund the same amount into your bank account and will credit withing 3-5 business days.
3.Mail support.
They said amount is reiniated to your club factory wallet app, but no amount is iniated.
Conclusion is that these 3 cusotmers support have different answer no correct information. Misleading customer by provided wrong information.
Still issue is not resolved. I want my money back, very bad customer service and club factory company response.

I have ordered Order no. SO2873485 from club factory on June 17 2018 and got the order on July 8 2018 but due to poor quality of product. I returned the product and got the refund deposited on my clubfactory balance. Then I tried to withdraw money which was (4.74USD) Rs.324 into my bank account but still I haven't got any money in my bank account and money has already been debited from my club factory account. Please give my money back.

I had ordered two watches in my order numbered SO38812620. I, however received only one. The other one, namely Women's Upscale Vintage Bracelet Electronic Watch was missing and I have been charged for that. The company is not responding on app or phone. This is not acceptable. If this complaint is not resolved this might be by last order with club factory.

Costing 4788 inr, but items were too small that's why i have to return the parcel. They refunded the amount in my clubfactory app account on aug 3, 2018 i withdrew it and transferred the amount to my bank account on the same day. But i didn't get even a single rupee in my bank account upto now i. E aug 21, 2018. Although they said that the money will be transferred with in 3-5 working days. But theirs 15 or more days are gone.
There is no one to resolve our problems.

My ordered no: SO40622629 with my name VIJAYA . I seen clubfactory products in a facebook account and I ordered Crystal magic charm necklace in clubfactory and made online payment through debit . I got only order confirmation on that day but till today I didn't get any shipping and tracking info about my order . So Try to deliver my order as soon as possible or else cancel order and refund my payment .

I have done online shopping on club factory on 7/08/2018 with order no: SO37919605 and did payment via Paytm... It didn't respond during payment process and the order was shown as unpaid ... So I transacted via Tez. That same day twice the same amount was debited from my A/c. Later the website showed that payment accepted via Paytm.. It's been almost 15 days and still my extra amount was not debited back to my A/c.. I contacted the Support centre after a week of this issue and been pestering them since but they ask the same questions yet won't act in it ... Please help resolve the issue.

On 18th August I got a call from club factory delivery boy...it was 9pm...I just told him to give the parcel at right address that he was not knowing...I also guided him...In the appt, updates was that it has been delivered...but I did not receive my parcel...I am calling customer care for last two days but no response from them...Actually they do not pick up the call..

I had returned the Iteam No. 4& 5 due to size problem. the return order was collected vide Ecom Airways Bill number[protected] .
The total amount to be refunded for item 4 & 5 is Rs.2397.54 . but till date i have not received the refund amount. i have returned total 3 pairs of sandals one Thick bottom open toe sandal for Rs 857.58 and women's casual wedge sandals 2 pairs for Rs 1539.96. Total items returned are 3. The refund amount should be 2397.54. it is high time and Please check and inform the status.

I placed an order with you and then I returned the order within 2 days of receiving it.
My order number is so33535121 and my refund id is sor258902.
My refund issued on[protected] but I have not received the refund amount till now. It is[protected] now.
It has to be refunded within 5-10 working days. And there is no news for my refund.
Also, original refund value I was supposed to get was 553 INR but in above refund id, it is 514 INR. Where is the remaining amount?
Request you to kindly look into it and refund my money as soon as possible.

The product i recieve was of very bad quality, so next day i applied for return process but no response from your side... Really bad service. This is how you treat your customer, very bad service really bad service. First you send us worst product than you don't response to return process. If you don't response to me now than i am going to take some serious action against you.

I have order a product and due to some reason it was cancelled from your end and you have added $7.28 to club factory account.

1) amount paid is rupees have come to balance in dollar
2) it was withdrawn on 9th august to my paytm wallet, it was not reflected yet in paytm wallet, as i was told it will reflect in 5-10 days

Part of the order is returned, have not received refund yet. Have ordered product 2 month back and just to get the refund and to reflect the cash back in paytm will have to wait for months and months. What kind of a service this is. Never gonna order from club factory anymore even if you are selling it for free.

I had ordered 1 pair of earring in club factory. I received the wrong product. So i thought of returning the product. But when i tried to return the product it is asking for 90rs for return even though it is club factory's mistake.
I tried to contact them but no response at all.
Kindly help me on this. They are keeping condition like we have to return in 9 days.
