I have ordered some articles from Club Factory Order Number[protected], According to Club Factory expected delivery date was 12 Aug, But the shipment team(Ecom Express) has tried to deliver it on 6 Aug 2018. Unfortunately i was not available on that day to collect the parcel.But it was written in Club Factory as well as on Shipping Company site that if their is any glitch then the shipping team will try to deliver that parcel again on next business day, but I haven't got any information regarding my parcel .I tried calling shipping team but None of the shipping team customer care number was working.After writing several emails they said that they will try to deliver that parcel within 24-48 hrs, but at last no result.I just saw their tracker and it was written that the parcel got returned to Club Factory.It was my first and a prepaid order.So i want you to refund my order amount (627.54rs) in my Paytm account through which i have done the payment.
Firstly i want to suggest you that please timely update the tracker.
Secondly, give responsibility to those shipping team who are serious towards their work not to those who take the work just for granted.
Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
