This is to inform you that i have order 2 item ORDER NO SO39110923 & SO39682869. One is JBL CHARGE3 BLUETHOOTH SPEAKER and another one is LEATHER MESSENGER MALE BUSINESS SHOULDER BAG.

But, as per my order i have received one parcel when i opend it for my surprise its other product. whcih is knee belt.

So, request you to kindly let me know when i will get my order and send some one to collect the wrong parcel which you sent to me.

    I have ordered some articles from Club Factory Order Number[protected], According to Club Factory expected delivery date was 12 Aug, But the shipment team(Ecom Express) has tried to deliver it on 6 Aug 2018. Unfortunately i was not available on that day to collect the parcel.But it was written in Club Factory as well as on Shipping Company site that if their is any glitch then the shipping team will try to deliver that parcel again on next business day, but I haven't got any information regarding my parcel .I tried calling shipping team but None of the shipping team customer care number was working.After writing several emails they said that they will try to deliver that parcel within 24-48 hrs, but at last no result.I just saw their tracker and it was written that the parcel got returned to Club Factory.It was my first and a prepaid order.So i want you to refund my order amount (627.54rs) in my Paytm account through which i have done the payment.

    Firstly i want to suggest you that please timely update the tracker.
    Secondly, give responsibility to those shipping team who are serious towards their work not to those who take the work just for granted.

                  Please help me. I ordered few items in club factory and before delivery i returned back. I returned all orders. What i got is the refunded balance in my club factory balance.                     They demand charger for both delivery as well as pick up. Even if the fault lies at them they still charge for the defected products which we wish to return.
                    They deliver wrong quantity products.
                    Their quality is third grade.
                    And their service is very very poor.
                    Processing time for any query is about a month.

                    In this order till now i am getting a loss of 1130 rupees.
                    The delivery charge was 100 rs
                    Now since i have to return my product which was actually demaged and a wrong quantity product. They are again charging 100 rupees while not ensuring a cashback
