    Sir i request to refund to club factory
    And club factory app give me a refund in app belence and i withdraw that belence to my bank account but i insert wrong account number by mistake so my money did not reach to bank
    At this time club factory did not work on my problem
    Pleasw say club factory to change my account number or cancel my withdraw process and give try to me to right account number

      I received wrong product. Am continuesly trying to contact these club factory people through chat but these people are so irresponsible. Everytime am interactimg with new people to solve issue and every time i needed to tell them whole story. I have ordered makeup bag and i received shoes bag. My order number is, order number: so38371320
      Am really frustrated after trying a lot of time. Please solve the issue. This is the first online shopping website i found very poor service and not communicate with the customers properly.

      Please solve the issue as soon as possible, i came to know i purchased the item by logging as a guest so i don't have option to cancel or return the wrong product

        I want to replace it but no customer care number is open to us as we cannot tell anything about the product the product photo displays ipod and heatset both but delivers only headset so pls open the customer car sevive number. If we want to complaint nobody os responsing us thats the reason and as a consumer we have riht to complaint and if we want to compalin than open customer service

          Kindly refer to order number so33617409 which was to be delivered by 5 august but it hasnt still reached me... Nor any details of it have been conveyed to me.. Kindly cancel my order and initiate my refund as i had prepaid for it.. I am highly dissatisfied with the club factory app and surely i will never ever invest my money in purchasing anything from here. If i dont get my refund i will claim a case of fraud against club factory

            On 8th august 2018, i placed an order for a pair of women's sports shoes using the club factory mobile app. The order has been cancelled (Not by me but from club factory's end), but the sum amount of rs.1655 has not been refunded.

            I have contacted the customer service center over phone, but the problem has not been resolved yet.

            Request immediate attention to this complaint. I may be contacted at [protected]@gmail.com for any clarification required.

            I have attached a screenshot of proof of payment for reference.

              I did shopping on www.club-factory.com/ using the mobile app.
              I have placed three orders. But due to size problem, I have returned that product by using India post. The product has returned on 2/7/2018. but no sign of refund initiated. In-app also it is showing it is not delivered back to the company. I have attached screenshot for more reference.

              And Indian Post tracking number:
              CM[protected]IN.

              It has delivered a product to a company on 2/7/2018.

              But not getting any refund information.

              Please help me to resolve it.

                I had made a guest order in club factory. My order no is so38673010. Now i am not able to track my order.

                It's been 1 week since i have ordered. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. I have made the payment and it was shown order will be shipped. I have no idea of where my order is.

                    Club factory, your product is good but due to some inconvenience, I need to cancel the order which has been placed, product no. Is so39936872, please do cancel the the order, hopefully next time it will not be the case, but for this time, it's a request. I wish that the order will be cancelled as soon as possible . And soon I will be ordering other items from club factory.

                      I ordered two shirts from Club Factory. But colour and quality is worst and size too.
                      My order id is SO37996013 and I want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return. In mobile application it is showing 0(zero) as paid order.
                      Please let me the producer and I want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from China.
                      Hope to get proper guidance from this site.

                        I had ordered purse from club factory. Order no. SO37224949. I was travelling and hence, opened my parcel after 4 days of receiving the product. The product is if very poor quality and it is not value for money. I called customer care and asked to refund the money in my account but customer care refused. Please refund my money immediately.                           My order number SO30757187 got refund in my account on 5 Aug and I had withdrawn the amount to my Pay tm account however I have not received any balance. CLUB FACTORY sucks neither the CUSTOMER CARE has any details nor the ### online chatting people are replying. Worst experience ever would never recommend these cheaters to any one. I have been trying the online chat people however those guys are not bothered to reply. When I tried calling online CUSTOMER CARE of CLUB FACTORY those guys said we do not have any information check with online chat people. Such ### have been hired by this ### CLUB FACTORY site. I am sick and tired of following these guys for my refund of approx Rupees 850. Kindly help me getting my money back from these fake people or fake site. It would be a help to me. Also I gave added the screen shot of the withdrawn money to my Pay tm where money was never transferred.

                            It’s been 2 months I ordered 2 products through club factory. Till now I didn’t get my products. When I checked order status, it reached my destination city through Ecom courier service. When I contact them they said no courier arrived by my name. Today I again checked the order status it says package is returned. What’s this?? If they returned product with out contacting me I need my refund.

                                      I placed my order no.SO39433083 on 8th of August 2018, the customer service people of club factory called me for confirming the order and I confirmed it and everything was fine but suddenly after a few days it shoes "Tracking : none " .I am extremely confused because I want those products but I'm unable to track it . This app is extremely good with affordable prices on products but I am unable to track my order . And I really want those products .
