I have ordered from club factory and my order ID is SO36584636.

It has been 18 days and still i am not able to get my order. When i open my application to track the order, it shows nothing.

I have wrote an email about this but i didn't get any response.

Why is this happened ? Is club factory is fake ? Can you solve my query ?

    and got delivered on 6/08/18, I had requested for the retirn and refund the product on 6/08/18 itself.
    Kindly requesting you to take back the product and refund the amount back as soon as possible.
    It's already been delivered on aug -6, 2018
    I'm trying to contact the club factory customer service it's showing me it's an invalid number.
    So please do the favour as early as possible.

      Please cancel my order, I have to leave the city for some personal reasons. So I can’t receive it anymore and So I want to cancel my order. My order no. Is So39713703.         Name - Garima, I haven't received my order yet.. My SO is So34601371. I placed my order on 23-7-18. My order was shipped by ecom whose track ID is[protected]. When I spoke to the customer care service of ecom they said that my order is RTO lock and only can be unlocked by Club Factory permission then only my order can be deliver. Plz unlock my order do the needful

          Call centre people are harassing for debit and credit card. Inpite of giving details also they say we got the message but just bluffing g and harassing g to give different card details we have called already 20times let of which 10peiple have taken out details and says msg received where as we haven't got got any message nor particulars of five refund amount. S[protected] and s[protected] since delivered consignments are not up to the mark, i called their customer care no [protected] for return of the consignments, i was told to download their application and then go to my account and then do the needful for return but in their application full options are not appearing to give instructions for return of consignment.                 I had placed an order "SO38998465" part of which was cancelled as it got out of stock and a refund was generated automatically for that item and i want my complete order to be cancelled. So please make the necessary and initiate the refund for both the item as early as possible. Without one item the other is useless. The worst experience with Club Factory on my very first time

                    I would like to cancel the order so40729915
                    There is no option to cancel in the app & also no response from them regarding this from them.

                    Also when tried for doing online transactiom it wasn't possible, leaving me no option but to apply cod which is 100 extra.

                    I also expected a short delivery period i can't afford to pay for it then.
                    So i request you to cancel order because in won't be available to pay the amount either

                          I placed an order with club factory and i am not able to track it. The last time i checked it showed that my order was on the plane to India but now when i go to track it the tracking bar says, ‘ Tracking:None’
                          What does this mean? Is this means my order is cancelled?
                          Please look into it as soon as possible and let me what the scenario is. If it’s cancelled, I’ll place a new order but I really wanna know where my order is. The tracking page in the app is of no help at all. Please reply to this as soon as possible.

                                Club factory — no way of tracking guest

                                My order no is so40417576. From where i can track this? I didn’t receive any message after the confirmation msg of order... When will i receive it? Please send some messages about this on my registered phone no. You should make a way of tracking guest orders. I ordered on website, not on app... I didn’t find any way of tracking my order and i’m not getting texts from club factory so i’m little worried about this

                                        I placed a return request for a product and then the chat team told me that pick uo service is not available in my city so i couriered it by myself on the address provided on the app.. Which was a wrong address and my parcel came back. My 100 rupees got wasted there and now again m trying to place return and its saying that 90 more will be deducted from my refund and the address provided on the app has also changed like seriously.. And the chat team is a waste and of no use... Now i want a free pickup or refund of my 100 rupee or i will file a suit against club factory. I want it be resolved a soon as possible.
