I placed a return request for a product and then the chat team told me that pick uo service is not available in my city so i couriered it by myself on the address provided on the app.. Which was a wrong address and my parcel came back. My 100 rupees got wasted there and now again m trying to place return and its saying that 90 more will be deducted from my refund and the address provided on the app has also changed like seriously.. And the chat team is a waste and of no use... Now i want a free pickup or refund of my 100 rupee or i will file a suit against club factory. I want it be resolved a soon as possible.

    I have ordered 2 products one is hand bag and the shirt but and i have paid rs 1425 both the products are very bad so i returned back but i received rs 368... How it is possible... They don't know calculation customer service no also not connecting i will keep on trying... Online chat they will reply once in a day that is also no use... Club factory people cheated me...
    I want my full amount back...

I returned the product through ecom express private limitedthey informed that money has been deposited in my app wallet,, but it is not showing money in my app wallet. I don't want to purchase anything. Please do that money i. E, rs 2195 gets deposited in my personal account

        Where should i start? This was my first time that i had ordered clothing stuff from cf and i received 1 damaged and 2 wrong products. Reached out to cf customer service through c, they said to send in pictures and they would raise return req. Then due to delayed response, they just keep a message saying i hope your query is solved and then i again have to start with some new representative. This is been happening since 4 days. Highly great delay in replies that we get. No proper solution. For first time i believe cf sucks. This is such a painful experience. Omfg never ever underlined buy from c[censored]nless you wanna go through trauma. I believe amazon has much amazing though items are little expensive.

            Do not use this website for online shopping! The are fraudulent. They are cheating many of their customers. I have been trying to return the sub-standard product that was sent to me and they are not allowing to return it. Their customer helpline is always busy and it looks as if they are trying to avoid speaking to customers. As a word of advice i recommend everyone not to accept services for this app/website. I will duly be approaching the consumer court.

              I hd ordered shoes bt coz they weren't fitting i returned the same. The amt for the return was deducted n usd 22.69 was refunded in the club factory acct. Whn i went to withdraw the same in my bank acct, i cud withdraw only 20.04. It shows credit of the remaining usd 1.04 in my club factory acct bt i hvnt received tht amt nor in tht act nor in my bank acct.

                Some products received by me is damaged or defective... I am struggling for the refund since last one month but ur customer servc executive is least interested to provide a resolution... They have told me to send the products pictures i also send that but still they are not taking any action.. Very disappointed..
                Why do i suffer a loss it's not my fault... No other apps doing like what they are doing i feel very secure as other apps itself took a return of defective items and sometimes make a refund too.. They not even change the products... The product is no use of mine as it is broken damaged how careless and hopeless app.. My order no. Is so33610985

                  I have order of mobile case cover of redni note 5 pro on 27th july 2018..i recived my order on 3rd august..then i reurn my order so that it doesn't matches styles given in picture..i requested to return and returned the order sucessfully...bt i din't get my refund amnt back..i consult custumer support through sms by application..i received a message that your amount will be refunded within two to three days on club factory balance..bt its nearly 10 dayz i din't get any amt back..plz hlp me out to get my money back..its nice app of good qulity product.bt they have issues with refundation abd custumer support dn't respond properlu..plz hlp me out asap...

                    It's been more than 10 days since i have ordered. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. I have made the payment and it was shown order will be shipped. I have no idea of where my order is.

                        I am really upset with club factory. They are real cheats and i would suggest everybody not to purchase anything from them. I ordered cell phone charger wire covers. What i received was old and torn product. When i raised the return request, they are changing around 100 rupees for pickup. This is not mentioned anywhere. I think they are not bothered about customer centricity. There is nobody to answer the calls as it is vrs. Can anybody help in my complaint and the product can be returned without any return charges.

                          I have returned the articles as they were very uncomfortable to wear and were picked by the agent on 6 august 2018 and i got the message that they were recieved by the factory warehouse on 9th of august 2018 and i also have recieved the confirmation mail that the return had been refunded on the account on 11th of august 2018 and i have selected the balance of the club factory app as the mode of return . Till now i have not received the amount .

                            There is one transiction done in club factory india pvt limited of rupees 2420.96 at 11:06pm on 13 august 2018. The order id is 201808131736075176705. Dont know what so ever item is but the payment has been done by paytm and from my mobile number [protected]. Please cancel that order and reverse back the amount. I already registered fraud case against this transiction. Please cancel that order and reverse that amount

                            I just want to file complain against this type of hackers which they are using and earing money.
                            And also this is effecting your company as well so i just want to cancel that order and reverse that amount and take strict action as many of them umaware of this and get trapped

                            Hi, i have ordered 4 dresses from club factory...not a single dress is upto the mark. 2 dreeeses have a defect but still customer care is not ready to initiate the free pick up. What kind of service is this? Instead of resolving my problem they offered me 1$compansation ...what a cheap...worst service..0/100.

                              I have booked order for headset with mic on 27th july 2018... Bt order got cancelled due to out of stock.. Amt got refund to club factory balabce.. And also got confirmation mail abt it.. I withdrwan money from balance and transferd my bank account.. Bt itz been many dayz.. Still i din't get money to my bank acxount.. Plz hlpme asap..                                 Yesterday i was searching customer care number of club factory and this no ([protected]) is displayed and i called up then he asked me order no, after that he asked my atm no, and cvv also bt that time i said him that cvv can't be share, then he said that it's complousry for us to refund your money, after that i give him my cvv no and otp, he said that this company is not from india so we want all details for customer then i said that this information is for debit from bank account he said that i will debit it and again transfer to you. But after that he blocked my no. And also switched off his no.. Please help me now my account balance is 0. I know i didn't stupid work. But i want my money back.

                                        I have ordered two pieces of ear rings from your web site before few days back. Today i have received this product at around 11.30 p m .After checking the material delivered by your good self it found that one of the product is defective i e the back portion of the lock is broken. So it is basically useless. In view of the above incident i am requesting you to please pick up the material and exchange the same as the product looks very decent and beautiful. So please do the needful at the earliest
