So after posting my previous complaint about the return and refund stuff, I get a call few minutes saying he is calling from club factory and it's regarding my refund of the two products which I have initiated for return and refund lately. So, he begins with the refund procedure. He asks me to link my card to Paytm since I have paid from Paytm and added an amount of 8000 change which I did. But for some reason the refund was not getting initiated. Later he asked me to use mobowick and add some amount there. I added 300 INR in my mobowick account. But still the refund was not getting initiated. After a long conversation of 45 mins, we hung up the call. I randomly went and checked both my mobowick and Paytm account and found that both my accounts are empty. I also have the call recording of the guy who called me.

I have returned the product and didn't receive the return amount.. So tried calling the customer care.. A fake caller in the name of club factory asked all my bank account details and the total amount has been debited from my account.. Such a worst app i have ever used... I couldn't find the proper customer care number as it has soo many numbers.. Please be aware of this number:[protected] (Sonu kumar)

My refunded amount is in my wallet but that amount format showing me in usd
So how do i convert into indian rupees... And whenever im calling to the customer care all the time the call is busy.. So how can i contact customer care to resolve my query and also my refundable amount was 1783 but actual amount credited in my account is 1523 rs. Why? And it give late services than other sites

Sir... I am being cheated. As they said they are from customer care. Mobile no..[protected]. And asked my card no... And cvv no and mobile number to refund my money. Sir i'm in worry 'lplease help. Hi team,

I ordered few products online order no. So34352997 and was waiaitng for the delivery. Howevere, when i tracker online, in the app it showed as product delivered.

But i had not received any product. After mutilple call, one of the call center person confirmed that the order is cancelled due to technical issue and the money will be repaid.

Very surprisingly, no updates after that. Horrible customer experience. It will be great if i can get the money refunded.

Customer experience person cannot even a form a sentence in english. No advisable to shop in club factory.

I have not got my refunded money yet for one product which i have already returned 3 days ago and on the top of that my last refunded money which was credited to my club factory wallet have not transferred in to my bank account even after i withdrawn it already.. Well at first I complained in every complaint site as possible..but the good response has come from the consumer complaint. I received my money this morning, I called to customer care service of club factory they assured me that i will get my money after 7 days..luckily I got it today itself..thankyou very much

And received on 27th, as product was not up to the mark, requested for return on the same day. Still waiting for the return. Tried calling customer service but got no response from them. This seems to be a fraud company, once your amount is paid to them, will not get that back. It's a total fraud company, highly not recommended

On support chat i daily explain my problem, provide screenshot of the return request and everything they want but no effect just they say it will be picked in 1-2 days n making me fool everyday

This is regarding my sister's order number-so38010569 which was cash on delivery which was 1200/- and we have received a order confirmation call and they have suggested on call to make online payment and they have done fraud transaction of rs.6500/- in my sister's account.

While i made a call from my number he replied that system is down and it will get refunded.

They are running a scam with club factory name.

I had made a guest order in club factory. My first order no is so38075522 which is unpaid and second order no is so39292229 for which i have done the payment. Now i am not able track my order. For both the order they are showing order error.

And as of now they are not giving any messages also. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. I have no idea of where my order is.

We ordered 3 wireless earphones. Two of them did not have a charger and also they are not in a working condition. We waited 10 days for the delivery and are now disappointed.
