Bought on cod products on 4th july and raised return request on 4th itself as the product was not up to the mark, the product was picked on 5th july but there was no message nor any mail confirmation about the same.. After contacting the customer care they informed that the product needs to b there in the warehouse and only after proper verification the amount will be refunded... I was continuously following up with customer care dept but no use after 25 days i saw that the app is having a balance of 20.44 (Which is less) which was in usd... There was an option to transfer the amount to my bank account.. I did that but again the app shows no balance but the amount was not reflecting in my account and also no message no mail confirmation about the same also the customer care number - ‭[protected]‬ seems a vague as the call is continuously getting cancelled. Requesting you to please help me get the entire refund of 1505.00 which was paid as cod.

Product was not upto the mark and was returned on the next day of delivery. They did not send and message neither refund was done after multiple followups the amt was showing in USD in the App and I added the same to my bank account as there was a option, but still no message no mail confirmation and also the amount was less.I have paid 1505 but the amt showing in app in USD was 20.44. Please help me to get the full refund in my account at the earliest and also they need to come up with proper refund policies.The Cust care number is also always busy and no proper response from them. I need my money back kindly help here.

    I had ordered a package of 1290 rupees from club factory. But when i visited the site it showed there is no such order placed, so i again plced an order but around 15 to 20 days a parcel came from club factory which was the parcel i ordered previously, but now when i'm trying to return the order they are showing there is zero order in the paid section and i'm unable to login to the account. I have told them about this query but nothing is happening.

      Hi. My order number is s[protected]. Orderd it on august 4th as a guest so unable to cancel the order. Its first slogan birth day banner. Found a similar product offline so want to cancel that product. Couldn't find any scope to cancel it via website. So want to make sure that this helps to cancel my order. Please help me with this. As i don't want to invest twice on same product.

        I ordered yellow jacket from club factory. Later, i figured the colour is not sophisticated and size isn't well as well.
        My order id is so36167476 and i want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return it. The first time i submitted this request, i just mentioned about size while now i am not satisfied with the product either, its unused and as it is, kindly let me know.

          I placed an order in the month of june 2018 and received the parcel on 13 july 2018 when i opened the parcel i saw that the product received was of wrong size then i complained at their customer service but they messaged that the product will be picked up by their courier partner its been more than a month that i have placed an order for m size and the parcel that i have received was of another size still awaiting the courier partner to get it picked up lots of complaints and follow up is being done from my end and every time they tell me or i can say they messaged me that there courier partner will come and pick it up which i am still awaiting i think they don't have any courier partner to get the product picked up please take it as a complaint as we save our money to get something for our self

                I have returned two pieces to club factory j. One was small and other was defective. I have received refund only for small yoga t shirt but not got defective t shirt. I have been following up with club factory since last one month. They have not refunded me amount for both t shirts. My contact no is [protected] shefali. It is serious mental harassment case. Neither customer care of club factory is giving satisfactory reply. Why they are sending defective pieces to customer. They are not taking my complaint seriously

                  I want to cancel my order, order no. So37294558 because after few days of ordering a notification popped up and shows that the cod option isn't available for your place, pay the money or order will be cancelled in 24 hours, so i paid the money, now its showing that i've booked two same item, so i request you to cancel this item.

                    Hello
                    I had order from club factory some products as guest but now i am not able to track it. One i ordered was on 5th august its order number is so38075522 it is unpaid and one on 10th august its order number is so3929229 and this is paid one. Both are jewellery things. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. It was shown order will be shipped. I have no idea of where my order is. Can u please help me to track it

                        I ordered item name: trend slim baseball jacket from club factory which was delivered to me on 21st july 2018. The material which i received was of small size but i ordered medium sized product and the material quality was bad. The same day i put a return request for the parcel which i received. It's now 10th august but till now there is no pickup arranged. I am very much disappointed. I have put a complain regarding this every day through the complain service given on club factory app. But still no action has been taken regarding this except fake promises that the pick up will be done in 2-3 days. I humbly request to make my pick up arranged asap.

                          Order no so27642383 was confirm on june 14th. (9items).
                          Delivered on july14th.
                          Returned applied on 14 july for 4 items. I dog leash and 3 pairs of shoes.
                          Returned id son[protected].
                          Amount for the order no so27642382 was rs3949.91.
                          Refund for return of 4 items is 3135.97.
                          But received rs 2440.63 on 6.8.18.
                          When i check my account n the items for which they have refunded, they have remove one shoe... Item no slo[protected]n rs882.69 and instead they have put another item which i did not return (Bowl clamp which is rs 187.)
                          Club factory is just not answering or giving any reason. It is beyond our patient. Pl help me.

                              It is really nice product but i just want to buy wooden chopsticks and not an entire set made up of steel.

                                I ordered shoes from club factory shopping site. The shoes had size and quality issues so after two days i sent return request on club factory application, they assured me that the same would be picked up within 2-3 days but nothing happened. So after 6-7 days i contacted customer care and after asking order number he said that i have again sent a return request and the shoes would be picked up soon but again nothing happened for 4-5 days. Today again i called customer care and he said that the deadline of 9days return request periods is over and your order can't be returned now.
                                Therefore i really find me befooled and cheated. I request you to allow me to return the shoes otherwise i am left with no option other than contacting consumer court.

                                  Hi i am ajay rao i have order on product from club factory order no s[protected] /amount - rs 938.24 on 18th july / after few days without my initimation my order was cancelled then i have asked for refund my amount ot club factory customer chat servise they have transfer fund to my account and when i have withdraw amount from club factory to my paytm account so they have transfer my amount ot club factory to paytm on 27th july but as per paytm transfer transection is failed...

                                  So since 27th to till today i have note recieved my amount back in chat section in club factory every time executives are changed and the ask again and again same qurestion.

                                  Here i am attached both paytm and club factory snep chat kindly look in to this and do the needfull.

                                      My order which is request for return is not picked. And no refund is processed.

                                      It has been 20 days i have placed for return. I have contacting customer care through every 2 days. No progress.

                                      Tried calling customer care and the call never connects.

                                      Tried calling other numbers and they are asking for cvv of card or paytm password. What kind of experience is this for a customer?

                                      I would like take this to much larger audience so that people wont get cheated like this.

                                        Its been 2 months club factory is holding my money. I returned few items on 22 june of amount rs. 8265.75, order no. So25039041, refund id: sor[protected]. I asked for refund and club factory took a month to refund the amount in my app wallet. On 25th july i received a confirmation of the refund. And the same day i opted to withdraw that amount in my original payment mode i. E bank account transfer. However till date that amount is still not credited to my bank account. I have entered all the required bank details at the time of requesting withdraw. Its been 2 months i am contacting customer support team via chat and call on the same matter but nobody is of any help. This is really frustrating and disappointing.
