Its been 2 months club factory is holding my money. I returned few items on 22 june of amount rs. 8265.75, order no. So25039041, refund id: sor[protected]. I asked for refund and club factory took a month to refund the amount in my app wallet. On 25th july i received a confirmation of the refund. And the same day i opted to withdraw that amount in my original payment mode i. E bank account transfer. However till date that amount is still not credited to my bank account. I have entered all the required bank details at the time of requesting withdraw. Its been 2 months i am contacting customer support team via chat and call on the same matter but nobody is of any help. This is really frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered a hand bag from club factory. Its too small than what is given in the image. So i applied for return and my package is picked up. I also got a refund money of rs.668 in my clubfactory balance. I transferred the money to paytm wallet. The money is debited from clubfactory. But i haven't get the money in my paytm wallet. Pls help!

I ordered for a 4 pieces handbag in club factory on 23rd july...i received a mail as order confirmed SO34704386.then on 26tb july i received mail as it will be shipped in 2 to 5 days.i paid as guest. Now i am not able to track or even contact customer care.no response to msil also.do disappointed and irritated.

I had given them the proof of payment in the form of bank's transection activity and they accepting it. But sorry to say that neither they confirming the second order nor refunding my money. I couldn't find another way to request for a cancellation. The number given in for customer support, when called, comes invalid. I have searched on google above mentioned transaction reference no and it is showing it is fraud transaction.

SO37381748 is my order number cancel it and refund to my back account, I'm cancelling because I found its not good by my friend. So please cancel my order n refund to the bank account.The app doesn't have an option to cancel seriously this is embarrassing.

Please help me. I returned an order. What i got is the refunded balance in my club factory balance. I withdraw it to my paytm account but i didn't receive any money. Refund id is sor[protected]. Order number is so32609874. Please help as soon as possible. Please. My refunded amount was 27.61 usd (Rs 1891).
