I have returned two items for which i have raised request for pickup on 21st of july 2018, on 23rd july 2018 pickup was done.. But it's been 13 days i have not received my money back... Neither club factory members are responding for the same... They are telling me the same thing that they have not received the product n all n all... Y shud i suffer for the same... I have purchased one product from club factory but did not know i will get bad product and when i return it then it will not sure you will refund amount or not!

I have returned this product on july 16, 2018 and it was successfully delivered in club factory on july 23, 2018.

As per policy which is showing on my club factory app once we received the item refund would be initiated on club...

I placed a order on 1st of july and received my parcel on 17 th of july.. On 17th itself i asked for refund and on 18th of july their delivery boy took the products back.. And it's been more than 15 days.. Theh are not refunding my amount.. It's customer care keep giving excuses that wait for 2 days 3 days.. And then also.. There's is no information regarding my refund.....

Hi, i had ordered a bag. Before clicking the final order button, it showed free delivery and after placing the order, it showed 99.0 rps as delivery charge.

I ordered a dress from club factory. But it was of very cheap quality. It was not at all of quality which was mentioned in product description. Such kind of dresses u get on roadside. So i returned it. I told them to pick up the parcel from my place. That was also not easy. After pickup for at least 15 days they were saying that they didn't receive my pickup. When finally they admitted that they received my return parcel and they will return...

I ordered a jeans from here and received the parcel but I dint get the product which I was shown at that moment and I have applied to return the parcel and I don't receive any response from their side even i am unable to contact consumer care it has been more than 8 days i had applied to return but i dint find any solution . Cheap low quality product on top have to struggle badly for the refund. No reaponse whatsoever from the company side nor any customer support number reachable. Carrying out a fraud business by just fooling around customers showing fake pics on website and than delivering something down market n not at all as shown in the pics. I want my money back also want nobody else to suffer as i did....
