Hello club factory,
Yesterday i withdrawal my club factory wallet balance into paytm wallet. But i didn't got money into paytm. I dont know how much time will it take for this type of transactions. Please refund the amount as quickly as a possible. And also the customer service response is really poor. There is no transaction id and status about transaction to view details.

    I have already made the payment and there is no link in app or website to track a guest order. Please tell me where my package is and if they cannot deliver it do the refund.
    It will be better if they provide a link to track guest orders or give some contact no. To ask for the same. This is so inconvenient

      I ordered some items from club factory, i got order number and tracking number but order history not available in that mail and even i cant get order history in my club factory account.

      I called to club factory no response i get, i sent mail also but no updates from their side.

      "your order (Order no. So[protected] has been processed and shipped by ecom. Your tracking number is[protected]."

        Dear sir / mam
        Your courier service was returned my parcel without asking and they are not contact me and not come to my home for delivery and they send mail 2 times for addresses and number and i replied also and then they say we will send you but they didn't come or call. Then 2 times they cancelled my order and now they return my order. Please tell them i want my parcel tomorrowat 10:30 a.m. and i also went to your coriyar service centre surat but i didn't found it. If it is possible to deliver today? So please send my parcel.

          Mentioned order - so28944789 from club factory was delivered on 10th july 2018. I applied for a return of this order somewhere on 15th july and since then i am following up with their customer care email as their customer care number is always busy. Initially 12 working days passed and no one from the courier department - ecom express came to pick up the item. I had no choice but to send the item through dtdc whose cost was more then the item cost.

          Over email it was promised, reimbursement of the courier cost will be made. Again the nightmare has started to get my refund.

          I am very very agitated over their return process and would like you to take an action on my complaint. I can provide you with a copy of the emails exchange if required.

            My order No. is SO34915772 which was ordered on 24th july 2018 and they tried to deliver on my office address but that day was sunday so no one was there to collect my order and i did not get any call from club factory regarding my order delivery.
            When i tried to call customer care number there is no one to pick my call.
            I am trying from last two days but my call was not picked up by any of customer care executive.
            I want to know that is there any customer care executive available or not for picking up customer's call.

                The return policy in the app does not specify that the money will be returned only as club factory wallet and not in original payment method. This is clearly deceiving the customers. Now my money is stuck in its wallet which i cant use elsewhere.

                  N now 1week down no order is being received or any tracking details, in fact its showing no order pending in my account,
                  I am worried now, the amount is 1117/-
                  It's very disappointing and unexpected as before also I have ordered n received on time... The worst thing is no one is replying and you feel cheated and helpless.

                    I ordered some items from club factory and it got delayed by many days.During the transit one of my item went missing and they said they would be refunding the amount within 3-5 days and it has been more than 12 days and yet i dint get my refunded .There is no proper customer care whom i can call .Whenever we call the number given by club factory app its saying line busy no proper chatting facility also.We tried calling from a number we got from google and it turned out to be a fraud call([protected]), they asked our card details please dont believe these kind of calls as they try to loot you.Now dont know whom are we supposed to contact for our query thats why registering our complaint here.

                        My order so33851376 got cancelled by club factory. And instead of refunding money in source of payment, they will-fully refunded it in their wallet which itself was wrong.

                        After i requested for withdrawal of that balance same day to my bank account, now it has been 12 days, but they have not refunded money in bank account. If you call them, they say wait for one more day. If you try to chat, they dont answer.

                        What should one do in such case. It is my hard earned money that they are keeping with them and earning interest.

                        Really pathetic. Such companies should not be allowed in india. Please banish them from here. They are seriously conducting some wrong practices.

                          To avail the free gift during its anniversary sale, i have to order a chain which was really good in the pictures and ratings were good. I have referred to my friends and family as well.

                          Very low quality products are received. Pictures in app showed so great but when i received, i was shocked and regretted with my own bad choice to shop from club factory. Received 2 products and both stand too bad in quality.

                          I am asking for some help from the customer care and there are not responding which the bad part of this app.

I immediately requested for a return. Now it's almost 2weeks i am waiting for a pickup to happen. No customer care numbers are working. No pickup courier service company is responding.                                       I placed my first order (order no. SO[protected] on[protected] and chose COD for payment. It said I'd receive a call for verification. I did receive the call from Club Factory but when it asked to press some number, I did but nothing worked. I did the same during the next call, but there was no response and the call was disconnected.
                                      I had been waiting eagerly for items to be delivered b/w August 16-20.
                                      But now it says my COD is cancelled.
                                      What do I do now. ???
                                      I was really excited for the purchase I made.
                                      If I join COD membership now...will they resume the delivery... Or is it permanently cancelled...
