Cheap low quality product on top have to struggle badly for the refund. No reaponse whatsoever from the company side nor any customer support number reachable. Carrying out a fraud business by just fooling around customers showing fake pics on website and than delivering something down market n not at all as shown in the pics. I want my money back also want nobody else to suffer as i did.

    On 01st july, 2018, i placed an order my order no. Is so36901931. I have ordered gray colour shoes which is rupees 871.85. And its not showing in orders. Orders page is empty. But i paid the amount through paytm app. Cheated app. Please send me product. I am unable to get informations about the couriers service. So kindly help me track my order or what are the steps that i should take to track my order.
    I have no idea of where my order is.

    Pls help me out to track my order.

        As advised by club factory customer care, i had returned 7 items back to club factory for order number so25034018.
        I had sent out courier on 28 june, 18 and it got delivered at your new delhi return center address below on 29th june, 18.

        I still haven’t received refund of the same in my account, please help me get back my refund as soon as possible.

        I would like to bring to your notice that, i dialed club factory phone no. India i. E. [protected].
        They asked about my card info and said that they will refund my account for the order that i returned.

        They have deducted 3850 thrice from my account that is 11550 inr in total have been deducted, this is total fraud, they are deducting money in the name of refund. Now nobody is picking up my call. Please look into this matter urgently otherwise they will keep fooling innocent people.

        Please help me urgently with your proper customer care number. And request you to make aware your clients about such frauds and also remove these numbers like [protected], many of your customers will be fraud like this.

        Urgently help me know how to get my refund back, i have already lost my 11, 550 inr in thrust of getting my refund.

        To answer your question:

        1. I have returned 7 items, 3 footwear and 4 tops due to size issues.

            My order number is so33811772. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. Club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
            I want to know where is my order.
            The mail clearly specifies that the trackkng details will be available.in 2-3 days..
            More than 2. Weeks gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.

              I ordered a top from your site
              My order no: so29837171
              I received my product on 5th of july and requested for return on the same day. The customer care executive told me that the request has been placed and the courier partner will come in 2-3 days
              I have been calling and texting on the app to every effort in vain.
              I have texted multiple times and every time i get the same reply that do not worry, your product will be picked up in 2-3 days and its been a month and nobody came to pickup the product.
              Whenever i call the number is busy.
              I never expected such kind of service from you guys. Truly disappointing.

                Your customer service centre is replying very late and not answering the question. I need to cancel my order placed on 3rd august, 2018. I have placed the order wrong.                 They are saying that replies ill get will be after 35 minutes. But i have messaged before 40 minutes. And still i haven't got the reply or they haven't took any action.

The order was placed on 13/7/2018 but till date i didn't received my order.Your customer care dept. said that we dispatched, but shipping courier didn't deliver, so we can not do anything in that.They tell us to contact them for the order.We have given shipping charges to you not to whatever your transporter is.Either deliver our order within 2 days or return our money.

                      I had ordered Goods against SO34879428 . I have received the goods on 01.08.2018. I am not satisfied with goods and want to return but there is no return process as Guest Customer. The cloths are not of good quality . I have checked all options but no response. I tried calling their number also but no response. If my goods are not returned with in this week, i will file a complain in consumer forum.

                        On 30th aug, 2018, i placed an order. While making the payment online first time is showed failed but the amount got dedected from my bank account. I tried again to make the payment and the amount again got dedected. So i was charged twice for an same order. I have cancelled my order now. How can i get my money back for both the payments. I am trying to connect with the customer care but they are not replying to messages and i can't get in contact with them.

                              I have ordered a T-shirt from club factory. I want to return order SO32713931 but there is know information provided to return the on how to return this guest order.                                 Hello club factory,
                                Recently i withdrawal my club factory wallet balance into paytm Wallet. But i didn't got money into paytm. I donno how much time will it take for this type of transactions. Please refund the amount as quickly as a possible. And also the customer service response is really poor. There is no transaction id and stauts about transaction to view details.

                                    I had shopped some items from clubfactory. But i returned the 2 items which cost 1100/- approx. But it's been 17 days they are not refunding my money back. I have talked to people on live chat process and through mails also. But when i called up their team, they directly denied to help me with refund issue. Also having all proofs of chat team and emails.

                                      I placed refund of my order SO29501449 on 11 July. But still I have not received my refund yet. Nobody is ready to address my issue. Everybody in the customer support is giving false information. Online customer support service is continuously asking for keeping patience. How could I be so when I don't get any assurance from the company.
