My guest order (So[protected], was delivered yesterday. I want to return it. Kindly help.
I am highly disappointed by your service. Since morning i am trying to reach you over phone and line is busy. Worst quality products have been delivered. No option for returning a guest order in your website.
A working person can not afford to spend entire morning just to connect you over phone.

i recieved my order but i want to return it i don't this type of stuf and i purchase product as a guest so in your application there is no option of returing good when i purchase as a guest and order info is given below in image

    Its my second reminder complaint. My order number is so33232677. My order has been booked and payment also has been made. But i am not able to track my order. There is no particular way of tracking guest's order. I want to know where is my order. More than 2 weeks gone by and i am not receiving any updates. I have totally no idea where my order is. And none of any courier service is mentioned

      Ordered an item on 11 july 2018. Everything was going well then i opened the app on 21 july 2018 and saw that my order has been cancelled by club factory itself and there is no explanation about it. Also it is showing that the money has been refunded to me the way i used i. E paytm while making payment for the purchased product... This is the second time club factory has done... Moreover there is no option to complain.

      Now my request that please give my refund as soon as possible. It’s already been 7days since they cancelled my order. My order number so31629538

          I want return my orders which i bought from club factory bcoz its too small in size. I have requested for return pickup from app but its been more than 6 days no courier people has come for pickup of my parcel. Customer care simply giving me the days today tomorrow but nothing is happening. All i want is my money back. If they cant arrange pickup just let me know the address i will only send the parcel through courier.

            I have placed an order as a guest and when I search guest Order, it shows as shipped but I am unable to view any other tracking in details. For example the location of my package. It is best if the tracking number of the courier company is provided so that I can get the details. It is a prepaid delivery and is stressful when details are not provided!

              After complaining in this forum the representative of the company mailed me to return the product at my cost. Since the return is due to the sellers fault it's his resposibility to take the product back and refund. At the time of return application the company inimated me that they will pick the product soon. Now they are saying that i have opt for "return by courier" and so it's my responsibility to courier the product. I have the screen shot of the page at the time of return application in which the "mail by myself " option is still active and the intimation saying that the product will be picked as soon as possible. I don't know on what basis the company representative is demanding me to courier their defective product.Please get me a solution for this.

                Recently I ordered a choker and payed for that through my paytm account, the amount was deducted but the order was cancelled saying it's out of stock but I didn't got my money back. it has been given that the money will be credited within 5-10 business days, but I waited for around 15 days from the day of cancellation and haven't got my money back.

                  It has been over one (1) month since i ordered shoes and have not received them yet! What is the problem. I will call or visit my bank and stop payment. If you have already received the payment, the bank can force you to pay the money back to them. I do not wan the shoes because this is too long anyway. If i finally receive the shoes, i will not order again because i am thinking this is a scam website.

                      I had recently ordered an item which they cancelled themselves saying out of stock. Then refunded in account balance but when i tried to withdraw it to my bank account it showed failed but the money had gone from the account. Now it didn’t come to the bank account also. No money is shown anywhere

So24334733 was placed to club factory online site by making payment via debit card but when order was received all the material and quality of product is very much beyound imagination and poor so i return the same on same day on 16.06.2018 but very bad deal with customer my refund money have not come in my account till the last date.                           My self Rajul Verma from Agra.
                          I bought recently a casual belt and men’s socks from club factory.

                          I received the parcel but men’s casual belt doesn’t fit me it’s a small size but I when I booked it’s doesnt show any sizes and that’s not a colour which is display on website of club factory.

                          It’s not a good website for online shopping . I didn’t recommend this to anyone .

                          So, I need to exchange my belt if is it possible.

                              We have ordered hoodie in clubfactory on July 6th with order number SO30204627. Estimated date was 23/07/2018. But till now i dint not received my item. and daily i have been receiving the SMS from xprees bees(Since 1 week) stating attempted to deliver but couldn't. I dint even received a single call from them when they arrived. They are lying. Solve the issue as soon as possible. Next iam never going to order anything in club factory. Such a stupid services from club factory as well xpress bess.([protected]). Shipping address Nanakramguda timings 9:00-6:30.

                                Hi team,

                                I have done a purchase of 3467/- in the month of june with order number so23708768 and i had to return few items because of the quality issues, and i had raised a return request on the same day which would be 12th june 2018. And the delivery guy arrived to my house on the same weekend 16th june for pickup from ecom delivery with tracking number:[protected] and carrier’s phone no:[protected].

                                I have been following up with the team since a month and have been receiving very lame response from them. I don’t find even a single person who is least bothered to address my issue and this kept going on for days with delays. Some say that refund has been initiated and some say they will look into it. At the end, all they did was ignore my complaint multiple times.

                                I just spoke to an execute this afternoon after trying to contact the team for a week, and they gave me this id stating that my issue can be escalated here, which i hope is true, hence my effort in writing you a detailed mail. I’m quite surprised to say that the customer call service is very poor.

                                I always loved cf app and been referring it to all my friends but this experience with the team has left me thoroughly disappointed and i would not suggest this app to any in future. As much as i want to address the pros with this app, this recent experience has left me baffled and shocked. I can finally say that the quality of service from cf is below average and not very genuine.

                                With this mail, i hope that your team would address my issue on high priority and make sure that i would be receiving my refund amount of (1761-94=) 1666 after pick up deduction.

                                Also attached the chats and required screenshots needed for the query with this mail. Your involvement will be appreciated else i will be forced to take drastic measures. Thanks!!

                                    I have ordered watch on 25jun-18 and got the same on 1st jul-18 and on the same day i have lodged a complaint that the size of the watch is too large so i need the refund back and on the next day reverse pickup has been arranged and delivered the same to your club factory warehouse as on 9th jul-18 (Awb no[protected] & order no-so28361282 and from 9th of july till today i-e 26th jul-18 no body has initiated my refund in account. They keep on saying same repetitive statements that dont worry we have escalated this matter to finance department and you will get the refund shortly.
                                    Not expecting this from such a huge respected firm.

                                    Club factory doing the same thing with me, its approximately one and half month have completed but still they haven't initiated my refund and their customer care repeat the same thing again and again that they have escalated my refund process to a technical or higher department but still their customer care acting like a robot

                                        Sir, i have order 42 size shoe and recieved a wrong size (43) for the order no: so 28800947, which i made on clubfactory on 13th july 2018. I applied for the return and refund on 13th july 2018 itself ie on the day which i recieved the product. Till now the seller failed to take back and refund for the wrong size shoe sent by him. They were not even responding properly to the issue. The return order id is son[protected]. After several conversation, on 20th july 2018 they intimated me that they will arrange for the return pickups in 3 to 4 days and still no one came for the pickups. The proof is attached with this complaint.
