I Have ordered few product on 14th June, and received on 27th June. (Orderer No- SO[protected]. I have created a return on the same date because of fitment issues. It shows that My product will get picked up within 3 working days (tracking no[protected] courier name- Ecom. Since then Nobody turned up and I have reached to their customer care ([protected]) which will never ring and it will be always busy. And chat support people have to me pls wait 3-5 days we will arrange a pick up and it happened 2-3 times then one day suddenly they have told that we have received your parcel (Which was never got picked up) and we will initiate a refund within 3 days. This same dialogue they have told me 2-3 times then all of sudden again yesterday (19th June ) they told they are yet to picked the product .
Am not sure What is the intention behind this and Nobody will wait for a month to get refund.
Very stupid service, No work ethics, very difficult to reach their customer care. Fake buzz, Very low quality product. Can't trust .
Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was expecting much from this application and wanted to buy more. But since there is no service for refund I would never recommend this application to my friends.
Kindly let me know about my refund.
