When called Club factory customer care for cancellation of delayed order with Order number S[protected] on contact number displayed on internet was [protected], when called they asked for the Some Debit card details and OTP for Refund processing but inspite of getting refund Rs 23333 was debited by fraud from my account. With four different transactions. I request you to kindly look into it and at the same time reporting this incident to the banking ombudsman that Is RBI

    Sir, I have had words with your chat team but they are unable to solve my issue .either I want to exchange my product with right size or you can refund my money .I had ordered 33 waste and you sent me 36 and also my paid item is showing zero on app. that is why I am unable to return my item ..please return my item as soon as possible other I have one way to get my money back which is consumer forum .

      The product you delivered was not like the one you showed in the picture. It was very small and the quality was not at all good. I also ordered for another product and you said it was out of stock and l didn't receive my money back.l need to get my money back. You said you will credit it, but haven't haven't credited it since now. Also please write the right description about your products or the buyer will be fooled.

      The product I ordered was out of stock but I didn't get my money back. Please refund my money to my account. I also didn't receive any message about the refund. Please send me a message after the refund. Please do reply. Also if a product is not available please mention it in the description of the product. Looking forward for your reply.

        i ordered a backpack, order no XXX[protected]N, on july 14 2018 and was shipped yesterday 20.7.2018. i have tried mulltiple times to cancel my order but everytime i try to open support centre, it ends up reaching the home page. i want to cancek my order of above mentioned order no. No options for cancellation is also available at my the order page of clubfactory app. neither can i open clubfactory website. please help me to cancel my order

          Dear sir,

          I had purchased some products worth Rs.3536.98 from club factory. Most of them were damaged and some unusably packed.

          I have requested for return on 2nd July 2018 by paying return request charges. They promised to pickup products in 2-3 working days but 15 days passed no one came to pickup returns.

          Everytime they say please wait for 2-3 days but nothing is done.

          I don't know how to get the refund.

          Please help me.

              Hi, I had created a return request on 19th June 2018 and the pick up of the products was done on 20th June. But till date it is reflecting as return pick pending and also when I call customer care they say you should get in touch with chat team...but the chat team is so irresponsible that they only ask us to wait patiently. It has been my very fist transaction on club factory and was pathetic. Such fraudulent websites should be banned.

                I got a shirt from club factory I want to return but they r not doing good behave now.i msg them to get my parcel back but not replying me I ask many persons about club factory all say they do this .sir plz take some action sir I think your website was too good now my thinking is wrong it’s too worst for me that u shouldn’t come to pick my order back sir ‘its Not my mistake cloth is very bad material u can wear also sir, plz u can take it back from my home .

                  I have already reported the complaint to refund which is as compensation for a damaged product. Your team said that the payment will refund me after 7-14 working days. But your team are trying to make the customer as fool. It's more over the mentioned period... Its been around 50 days now.. By tracking my account, still now the payment is unavailable for me. I have already reported several time.
                  And due to that am really afraid to order again😰😕

                    I purchased a product as guest user with order number: SO29261545. But the product is worst in its quality standards. I have never seen such a worst quality product.
                    I'm not able to raise the return. So kindly please fix return of product and refund my money back.

                      Firstly, there is no mechanism for guest customers to track their order and secondly I got a very degraded pair of clips and it only turned out to be one where it seemed to be many pair of clips. I am highly dissatisfied by both the product and club factory shopping site. The pair of clips provided is not even worth 5 rupees and I have paid 70 rupees for it. Please take my order back and refund me.

                              I Have ordered few product on 14th June, and received on 27th June. (Orderer No- SO[protected]. I have created a return on the same date because of fitment issues. It shows that My product will get picked up within 3 working days (tracking no[protected] courier name- Ecom. Since then Nobody turned up and I have reached to their customer care ([protected]) which will never ring and it will be always busy. And chat support people have to me pls wait 3-5 days we will arrange a pick up and it happened 2-3 times then one day suddenly they have told that we have received your parcel (Which was never got picked up) and we will initiate a refund within 3 days. This same dialogue they have told me 2-3 times then all of sudden again yesterday (19th June ) they told they are yet to picked the product .

                              Am not sure What is the intention behind this and Nobody will wait for a month to get refund.

                              Very stupid service, No work ethics, very difficult to reach their customer care. Fake buzz, Very low quality product. Can't trust .

                                  Hi,

                                  I withdrew my balance from CF account to my bank account. But have not received the money back to my bank. Please give me back my money. I dont want to buy anything from your ridiculous website.

                                  Its almost a month since i am chatting with some idiots sitting in the customer care center, but to no use. They dont even have phone numbers to talk. Every time different executive replies without any knowledge of the background. Its really frustrating.

                                      I m so not satisfied I ordered twice first you send me a blazer of wrong size without any size tags and of very bad material. Again I m trying to put faith and ordering. Order got confirmed and after 5 days you are cancelling it saying product is out of stock. I mean if it was out of stock then why did you confirm my order. And wen I m trying to withdraw money I m getting 40 rs less of what I originally paid. And that blazer is still hanging nobody came for it and I paid 800 for it. Please refund my money. And you should probably trash that blazer because I think no one can wear it. Highly unsatisfied with your products as well as customer service. Lost 1000 rs never recommend anyone or I ll never dare to order anything from ur site ever again. Just pretty pictures nothing else !

                                        Hi, I ordered a makeup brushes set (16 pieces).. I was charged Rs. 871 for the same set available on your same site for Rs 374.. plus the kit was missing (which was shown in the pic on club Factory app)
                                        BEA[protected]N This is the item no..
                                        The quality of brushes isn’t worth paying Rs 871
                                        Coming to the second product: Its a cosmetic bag which I received defective..
                                        The delivery period was too long.. I’m expecting the return also will take time.. So i would expect a refund of the remaining amount 871-374=Rs 497..
