    I ordered a bag and received the refund amount in club factory balance on 19th July but when I transferred from club factory to my paytm account, I did not received it. It does not reflect in my paytm account. I cannot even view that if I have transferred in my own paytm account or have done the wrong transaction. I am asking them on chat support but no one is replying. I also called on the customer support number but I guess it is not taking the input that I am entering. Can you please help.

        I placed an order on 12th June as I live overseas and was promised a delivery by 30th June. The order never came through and I was offered a coupon. Anyways I left the country and according to your app, the order was shipped on 21st June. I kept contacting your customer service and the only answer I got is keep waiting. No one could track my parcel even with the shipping number provided. No one knew where the package is.
        Finally, on 14th July, someone told me they are processing my refund as my package got lost. So well done there as well Club Factory. Now, its been 5 days again and there is nowhere I can see the refund status or what is happening.
        My first and last experience with Club Factory and thank you so much for spoiling my holiday.

          I received wrong sized products. I ordered total 5 items out of which 2 are of wrong sizes. One is a striped blouse which I ordered of size L but I received M and other a dungaree which I ordered of size XXL but I got size L. I even sent the photos of the received products and contacted the customer support but they are hopeless. They told me to return the products by courier but they won't pay me the shipping cost. On the return policy it is stated that if it is their fault then they will bear the shipping charges. As they sent the wrong sizes they should pay me the shipping cost. It's been two days but still they haven't properly replied yet. I'm only getting computerized messages. Very poor service and worst till now.

Yet I didn't received the another product I have ordered and also I can't able track my order in that club factory app. Please recheck my order

              I ordered a footwear from club factory. The size doesnt matching what i ordered. In addition, the footwear itself is of poor quality as it is not worthy of half the price. So I demand a return of the product and refund the amount. I tried customer care number provided by club factory five times. Not even once i got reply. So do the needful as early as possible.

                I placed an order with club fatory on 8th june and paid for it in advance. i received the products around 26th June and I returned most of them within 2 days because of poor quality. they are nothing like in the pics. I have been following with them ever since for a refund but that didn't happen. they just took you around saying money will be refunded in 3 working days, some say 5 to 7 days some times they say products haven't been received. sometimes they ask for a slip durinf return that has never been given to you.

                  I had made a purchase from your site (order# SO[protected] and the order was failed however the amount was deducted from my bank account. I placed the order again (#SO30050977 this got declined from your end) and amount was deducted for that also. I have been contacting the customer care over phone and they do not answer my query and asks me to contact thru chat, I have been contacting your team thru chat from a week and there is not proper response also there are different person responding each time and asking the same question repeatedly. Your team said that the amount has not reached your team hence I call my bank and axis bank to which the amount was credit and they confirmed that the beneficiary account & I believe your team is not bothered about the same.

                    This is Rajul verma from agra.
                    I bought a mens belt and pair of socks from club factory.
                    Payment was deducted from my debit account but order not confirmed then i make call to club factory customer care and they want to know all my card details with password and i say i dont provide you any password and then i call to MD of club factory Mr. Vishwanath Malik (mobile:-[protected]) and he says that this the process to share all my card details with password and after that he says unexpected words like "hum yaha aapka ramayan sunane nahi baithe hai, agar aap password share nhi krenge to paise refund nhi hoga " and cut the phone .

                    Is this a way to communicate with customer by MD of a company?

                    Is such a fraud company?

                    Dont buy anything from clubfactory.

                          My order number is SO32200188. My order payment has been made on 14/7/18. But i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
                          I want to know where is my order.
                          The mail clearly specifies that the tracking details will be available.in 2-3 days..
                          More than 3 days gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.

                                I made an order as a guest user and paid through paytm. I received order confirmation message and this is my order number SO31210463. But am not able to track my order. As per instructions given in the website, i made an account with the same mobile number that i provided but I didn't find my order information there.                                     I ordered a dress but didn't like it because of its material. It was not the same that I saw on club factory's website, so I decided to return it back. The Order number of the product is SO28129244. It was ordered on 24th july and was received on 2nd july. It was returned back on the very next day of recieve i.e. on 3rd july. I want my refund back as soon as possible.

                                      Hi,
                                      I had return 2 packages at different dates against 2 different orders. The 1st one was picked up by them from my address, while the second one I had couriered to them as per the return address mentioned.
                                      1) Refund for the 1st package which was picked up, has not yet happened for over a month now. This is in spite of constant follow up with their chat support team. Every time they come back stating they are looking into it, but nothing happens.
                                      2) Refund for the 2nd package also pending with over 20 days now. The first time return package was returned mentioning it is not accepted by them, this later they said was the wrong address. Luckily i had taken a screenshot of the address that came up when I raised a return on the app, and that was the same address I had sent it on.
                                      The support executive informed me to resend the package on a different address again. I have been charged twice now for the courier for no fault of mine.

                                      Both the refunds amount to approx. INR 2300+courier charges.

                                      In spite of constant follow ups with the support team, there has been no resolution provided till date.
                                      This is really frustrating.

                                        I have placed order (Order No. SO[protected] in club factory as a guest user. later when I tried to track the order, it says phone number not available and when I called customer care, they have informed there was a mismatch and updated phone number and it is still not reflected and I still did not receive the order. I'm completely disappointed with the service as I have already paid the amount and there were no option to refund as well..
